I have lived here for a little over two years now and have had a good experience so far, but was compelled to write a strong review after receiving some help this weekend after a TV was delivered late into the holiday season. Pam (the front desk woman) went out of her way to move the heavy TV that was delivered to our front door (rather than the mail room that I had instructed for the delivery instructions) after I had left for the week in holiday and saved me a lot of grief and worrying. The maintenance has always been very timely and helpful here as well. I would like to thank Pam and the Austin Avenue team for helping make my first apartment a good experience.

We loved living here as our first time together after we got married. Management and the maintenance team were very friendly and helpful, despite their busy schedules. The amenities were great, and the apartment was cozy. This is a great community to join. I recommend it!

5 stars for David and the maintenance team! So far I’ve had a few maintenance requests and they’ve been solved extremely quickly. Also I am severely allergic to wasps and David came himself to kill one in my apartment. I felt so silly making that request, but the team truly cares about the residents here. I was blown away. I love being a resident of Austin Avenue.

Very good experience with Austin Avenue apartments. The lease staff and maintenance are very responsive and get things done faster.We had very good experience with Ernie - resident service manager who helped us to renew our lease to month on month even during last min notice. Thank you very much for that.Maintainance guys are very well and get things done faster.Amenities are very good.Lived there for 1.5 years and had no issues.Very peaceful apartments and well maintained. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful stay. :)

Where do I even begin. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most wonderful leasing agent Kevin. In the six years of being in Texas this is by far the most phenomenal service I have ever received! Finding apartments is so stressful. Kevin made this process so easy I was in disbelief. He laid out all my options and even asked questions about my lifestyle so that he can help me choose the right unit for me. Everything was done in such an organized and timely manner that I had nothing to worry about. The day of move in he got all my welcome papers ready and gave me my keys, he even went the extra step to walk me to my unit and welcomed me home. A few days after move in I had loads of questions about getting things set up and Kevin always responded almost immediately to my emails. Once again I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Alta Austin Avenue. I strongly recommend this property to all Texas residents looking for a change. I couldn’t be happier and I look forward to living in a hassle free environment. Cheers!

My boyfriend and I just moved in this month and it was difficult making a decision on where to live. When it came to Austin Avenue, the customer service and friendliness we experienced made all the difference. We decided to live here because, when we walked into the leasing office, it seemed like the staff cared about us, regardless of whether we decided to lease or not. Special thanks to Ernie- he was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. I was in contact, over the phone and physically, many times before making my mind up, and never did I feel like I was a burden. From answering questions, to touring, and being patient and not pushy, we were handled with the care we’d hope to receive as residents at the apartment. Both Ernie and Cody have been very attentive to phone calls and emails and I really appreciate that, as the beginning of the move is the most tedious in that department.Although we have not lived here long, we’re really enjoying it. I like the floor plan- we’re on the 3rd floor and the private-entry carpeted staircase gives the place a loft kind of feel. The rooms are a bit small, but it makes up for it in charm. I’ve taken some inspiration from their model 2br/2ba for our own apartment- it’s quite cute and has really helped me imagine the space, so I definitely recommend checking it out. Also, the value is good for these apartments, especially compared to the other options in the area. It is quiet around here as far as I can tell and I feel safe, which was one of our top priorities. The gym is nice and open 24 hours. I normally choose to keep to myself, but if you’re looking for a community that offers opportunities to socialize and gather- Austin Avenue seems to cover that.Anywho, come take a tour and you’ll see for yourself!

I’ve been a resident for a year and i’m currently transferring to a bigger apartment and we have loved it here. Cody is easy to work with and so incredibly helpful and friendly. He’s been very accommodating to help make the moving process less stressful for me and i can’t say thanks enough. Definitely recommend making this your home!

Since moving in I have only positive things to say about the community. Moving can be extremely stressful, but Cat and the rest of the team made it an extremely quick and exciting process! It’s always a great feeling knowing that management cares about the community. They’re always willing to help and answer any questions or concerns, and are excellent with keeping everyone updated on any changes that are happening. If you’re considering making these lovely apartments your new home, I would definitely recommend it because you wont be disappointed!

So far I am on month 3 of living at this establishment. All I can say is that their maintenance team has been stellar. In 10 years of renting between houses and apartments I have yet to experience the hastiness and commitment to accomplishing the job correctly as I have with this team. They are super friendly and very proficient. Even a work order that would normally take others days and even weeks to process and attempt these guys are on it the following day it’s inputed into the system.As far as the main office. They have been spectacular. They have helped and addressed every concern that we have brought up and truly act as they should dealing with residents. Very polite and understanding, quick and diligent with work and communications whether by email or phone calls and answer every question without hesitation and with honesty.The price is steep compared to what I have been use to over the years but for the quietness, amenities inside the apartments, the pool for my son and a plethora of friendly neighbors it is definitely worth every penny. I would definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out if it’s within your budget.

The office staff at Alta is amazing . They helped me tremendously, and were so kind . I haven’t had any issues here thus far . The community is quiet , the amenities are beautiful , and the people are wholesome . I moved in rather quickly , they sent me videos and pictures and my apartment is beautiful. If you’re looking for somewhere safe , where the office staff is helpful , this is the place for you. Cat is very detailed and goal oriented. Anything you need - she is there .

Fantastic service from everyone, especially Cat. Beautiful property that was well built.Service is quick to respond to the few issues Ive come on in the past 6 months and is very non-invasive.The parking as far as Ive seen has been just enough to accommodate everyone and their guests comfortably.Between the open kitchen in the main building, the pool, and the patio area I definitely appreciate the ability to host a decent sized gathering if need be.

Love my apartment and this community! Since Cat showed me the model and around the complex I fell in love and had to rent right away! Love the newer appliances and private yards. The apartment events are wonderful too! This is the Apartment community you would love to live at. Friendly neighbors and fun social events to get to know your neighbors!

Where do I even start. If you were ever considering to reside at this place I will be the first to tell you don’t hesitate one more second. Ms Regina,Ms. Pam, Mr. Cody and even maintenance they are the best management you could ask for hands down. They were very knowledgeable of every question I ask and move very quick and smoothly without hesitation. They addressed any and every issue I had and was so helpful through the entire process .I usually never do reviews but this service definitely needs to be given praise and acknowledgment. From the time I inquired about leasing in till move in date and afterwards. Thank you Austin ave team and Greystar management you’ve did an awesome job on putting this team together.

This team has been extremely understanding and flexible during my move out transition. A special thank you to Natalie for making this move out process stress-free as possible. I hate to leave such a beautiful place but i 100% recommend Alta Austin to anyone looking for a new home. If it wasn’t for the new job, I would totally live here. Beautiful view, friendly neighbors, and agents are readily available!

Moved in on June 23rd and so far the Alta Austin Avenue apartments are pretty impressive.At my last apartment, I was so use to calling the office, repeatedly, to get ANYTHING done from my dishwasher never working correctly to changing the AC air filters (none of this got done EVER btw), so it is very refreshing to find that the office staff here at Alta Austin Avenue is more than willing to help you with anything you might need and they are VERY proactive. Another great thing is, youll get a chance to actually know your neighbors because they have a lot of community events through the month in their clubhouse. Thus far, I am very happy with choosing to move here.

Was my top choice until external circumstances forced me to move a lot earlier than anticipated, really unique and good floor plans, decent price, and some quality restaurants nearby. I also liked how private the fenced in yards were, and how each unit felt like its own little world. The employees were also very kind and helpful.

Looks very nice. just moving into an apartment on the top floor is a pain stairs and then more stairs but slightly steeper and have carpet on the them. I believe there is 36 steps in total. But looks very nice and the community seems very cool and quiet. Would consider moving there

As a newcomer to Texas, Kevin and Ricky were able to supply me with a better opportunity at this location in Georgetown by creating a much more smoother process than the residency I am located at now. Kevin, a down-to-earth phenomenal agent who takes the time to figure out the concerns and needs of his clients. My fiancé and I were able to find a luxury modern apartment for our family in no time with the proactive steps in place.Kevin also collaborated with Ricky, an enthusiastic, customer-focused property manager was able to find flexibility in understanding my unique situation in order for me to move in sooner than expected.With last minute changes, it’s great to have a community of agents who are willing to be customer-obsessed, take bias for action, and overall, earn trust with their residences as long as you communicate with an open-mind!

Good morning, I dont know why they give so many bad options about this place. Ive been here for a year and three months and I love it. Its very safe for the children. Everything is spectacular. Im Hispanic and Ive never been treated badly in the office. Every time I go, they try to solve problems even if they dont understand anything about you, they look for a way to figure out how to solve it. I generally love the pool, its super clean, its surroundings are clean and they are always attentive to everything, if the power goes out, they solve it as quickly as possible and I It seems that they only do their job well because They like to leave the rent wasted for not paying, so they ensure that the rules are well followed.
