I’ve been living at Auro Crossing for the past year, and it has truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. Elisa, in particular, has been such a pleasure—she’s always kind and attentive, making sure everything is perfect.The amenities here are top-notch. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing on weekends, while the WiFi café is a great spot to get some work done or enjoy a coffee. The gaming room and media lounge offer fun ways to unwind after a long day, and the entire community feels modern and well-maintained.The location is ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and even great schools. The new on-site team has definitely made a difference ever since the transition with property management company. Management is very easy to work with and has the properties best interest in hand.. some good things take time and I see it happening.The club house is swanky and chill. I have been a resident here for over 5 years any situation that came about whether if it was small or major all that I had to do was call Ponce and she would fix it or she would have an answer for me as soon as she heard any type of information I was very skeptical at first about moving here due to the reviews about bugs and other issues however this is a very quiet place not a lot of children and you do not have to worry about your car getting broken into the night I wouldnt trade this place for nothing in the world and theyre making new changes with updates to the appliances the structure of the building I dont have anything bad to say about meadow Green apartments.😍😍😍.

Update: taking away a star not because of the unit or leasing agents but because of the towing they are trying to enforce.There is 10 visitor parking spots that I found on the property (I’ve walked around several times looking for more) those spots are always taken by the same cars and I don’t think they get moved they’re just there. For anyone to have a guest the guest must be in visitor parking and register as a visitor to not get towed.I have asked is there times were visitors are able to park and not be towed and if we were getting more parking spots. I was told by the person in charge of this that towing is 24/7 and that they are not making and new visitor parking spots.Just disappointed that my first week in being sent towing notice but they have not made a solution for the residents and aren’t going.Other then not having guest I truly love the apartment complex Wendy is my go to person and she is so amazing!! I love my apartment maintenance is very quick it’s literally just the parking.I haven’t gotten approved yet or seen the property so this is a completely honest review on the customer service.The ladies here are AMAZING. Walked me through step by step of process answered all my questions politely and was able to provide me multiple options on love on dates for their available units.Literally the ladies were so amazing on the phone I filled out a application just from the welcoming feeling they gave me and they still continued to provide me updates of what is going on with my application and what step is happening next.I hope I get approved I can’t wait to call this place home🫶🏾

We have been in these apartments for a year now and we already been through at least 3 new owners. Ever since we got new management they have been not but helpful. They care a lot more than the last managers. I appreciate every thing Victoria has done for us. She is sweet and understanding as well as work with you. Maintenance comes a lot faster and we actually have an emergency maintenance number to call now which I truly appreciate because you never know what might happen after hours. Thank y’all for making our living experience a lot less stressful and making us reconsider moving next year.

Walked in and Sandra was on her feet ready to help me as soon as I walked in the through the door. She greeted me and made me feel welcomed as if I’ve been here before. She helped me with the process and got to know more about her as well. She made me feel like we were family with the welcoming words. She is very professional and always makes the process more fun and less stressful. Super attentive to everyone that walks in and speaks professionally when assisting you with anything you need. Her positive attitude made me want to come back and start the process for applying. Michelle was also an amazing help with the process. She was very kind and helpful and made me feel like there was nothing to worry about. She helped me understand clearly of what to do step by step because she was very patient and understanding!

Amazing experience with the leasing team especially management! I circled the apartment complex before touring and it was impeccable so clean no trash anywhere. I toured a 2/2 and It was beautiful perfectly spacious. I loved the Amount of counter and cabinet space. The beautiful apartment got me to commit for sure but the clubhouse with a pool table and the 24 hr gym with a zen yoga room is why I decided to apply same day! Pictures do not do this place justice definitely worth seeing in person. Thanks so much Michelle for making me feel at home right away you’re great =}

My mother is a current resident and she ran into an issue with not being able to pay her rent which left her with an outstanding balance. Upon speaking to management a plan was worked out to effectively get her account back to good standing. Patience and understanding on behalf of the management was greatly appreciated. My mother communicated to me how happy she is in the new residence. We are impressed how the manger preformed her duties while still showing compassion. She would highly recommended this property.

We came in yesterday and spoke with Sandra. She was at the desk by herself and was not able to get away to show us the model home. We mentioned to her that it was ok and we’d come back tomorrow on Saturday which she told us that we could. She also told us she’d contact us if her coworker were to come in that she’d show us the same day. She had called us back but we never saw the missed call which was our fault lol. Needless to say we came back this morning with our girls and she was super friendly to all of us. She gladly showed us the model home and we loved it. She was very accepting of our daughters being there and she included them in talking about her family and how they would all get along because they were all the same age. She answered all of our questions and told us that the negative reviews we saw were in reference to the old management and that they have new staff and it is running flawlessly now. We are pleased to say that we signed the application and now are in process of waiting to get approved for our new home. We are so excited to move into this new community and get our family a fresh start. We can’t wait to move here and become new members of this community.

I would just like to come on here and leave an honest review. I have really enjoyed living at Auro. The apartment are beautiful and so are the amenities. It’s a great location and as a single Mom the fact that I can live my life-style and not pay 2,000 for an apartment is a God sent and I’m grateful for it every day. The quality of the property has gone down hill fast. I see every one is quick to blame “the office” but the truth is the problems are from the RESIDENTS. The office doesn’t live there; WE do. It is not their responsibility to clean up after residents or monitor or police their behavior. Their job is office work. The residents are disrespectful of this blessing of an apartment complex. They leave trash in the elevator and smoke cigarettes in the elevator. Have vandalized the gym to the point that it’s not as enjoyable to use because it looks ghetto now with all the broken mirrors. They don’t have all the money in the world to fix something every time the residents break it. This is INCOME RESTRICTED. Which means tax credit. Which means SMALL BUDGET. This could be a 5 star complex but the residents ruin everything ! Let’s start taking some personal responsibility for the community we live in…..I do have one suggestion that the office could improve upon. Answer the phone, respond to the emails. Even if it’s just an acknowledgment that it was received. I can’t get ahold of the office even if I call multiple times in a row. In order to get anything accomplished I have to physically go into the office. Which is not very easy because my working hours are their working hours.Whether you’re from Austin or moving to Austin this really is a solid spot. I would recommend it to a friend!

I’ve looked at other apartments & the staff was alright but when I came here to Auro I had the chance to meet Ms Emilee. She was very professional & it was easy talking to her. I was worried about finding a place that is nice enough for my grandson and I to live, after having lived a year in a complex that was like stepping back into the 80’s! I came up on Auro Crossing and I thank God that I did!! Every single person in the office is so nice and helpful but I have to give the most praise to Kayla!!! When putting in my application I told her about my worries and she assured me that everything will be ok and she will get me and my grandson in an apartment ASAP! I came to this property to ask for information, the very kind manager told me to wait, we had an appointment with Sandra, so she could give us the tour and she treated us excellently, it is clear that Sandra is a prepared girl who loves this property and loves it. What does she do, she never left her smile while she explained the tour to us, she was very professional, we loved the apartment. Everything was very clean, what caught my attention was that at all times Sandra expressed herself wonderfully about her work team, which means that there is a good work environment, everything was perfect, only the hallways were more clean and they didnt have business cards either. That, of course, is not an impediment to applying. We want to live here, we loved it
