I have lived here for about 3 months now and I absolutely love it here! The sunsets are beautiful and I’m able to enjoy the wild life here from my balcony. It’s very quiet and peaceful here even on the weekends. Aimee has been so amazing from day one of us touring the apartment to moving in and now being a resident. Hector is amazing with his maintenance work and I really enjoy him overall. The management here has just been be very accommodating and quick and they host community events all the time (my favorite has been the eclipse watch party!). I would definitely recommend moving here!

By far the best community I have been a part of. They genuinely care about their residents and I love all the events they do as well. Couldnt be happier with the area, very convenient to 2 major freeways yet not congested. Maintenance goes above and beyond. I always see them busy and always asking how everything is going. We’ve been living at the Aura Benbrook for over 3 years and really enjoy our little community here. We have also seen a marked improvement all around since Donna came on board as apartment manager. Donna and her staff have been really helpful with whatever needs we’ve had. Also, the dream team (Hector, Joe, and Rodney) are the best maintenance crew we’ve ever experienced and are super responsive, professional, and caring.

Hector & Joe were incredibly professional, prompt, and thorough when addressing the issues we had. They take pride in their work and truly care about the well-being of the tenants. Fast, reliable and high-quality maintenance!

Moved in April 2023 and we love it here. Leasing office Staff are all friendly and professional. Maintenance Staff are prompt in responding to work orders submitted. We had problems with our air conditioning unit for a couple of days. Hector and Joe worked tirelessly to solve the issue. They made sure to accommodate us with a portable cooling unit until the air conditioning repair was fixed. I highly recommend living here.

I love living in Aura Benbrook since day one. Moved from NY and when I came to the leasing office, Karina was so helpful to us. (They speak Spanish as well for my Spanish community) ♥️. process was smooth and moved in the next day. No complains at all. Maintenance is on call and shows the next minute for the simplest thing I have. ( changing some batteries 🤭). They take care of residents like no other place, the events they throw for every holiday is a plus. I’m resigning for another 15 months 🥰. Oh, one more thing, this is my view from my balcony 😍♥️.

Updated review: Last review was made when we just moved in at 5 months, we have now lived here for a little over a year and we still stand by our 5-star review. The front office staff is very helpful and responsive with whatever needs we may have. The office is very interactive with residents as they throw themed social events & contests to build relationships with the residents. Very sweet people. The maintenance team is very quick to respond to any issues we may have with unit (very small issues, such as light bulb replacement or filter change). Our building is pretty quiet and neighbors are friendly. There is a shooting range behind the property, our unit faces the range, and we have never really heard the gun shots. My husband works from home and it stays quiet throughout.Overall, we are very happy with our choice to reside at Aura Benbrook. Highly recommend.

These apartments are really great. My husband and I have lived here for over 2 years and have had very minimal problems, nothing that couldn’t be fixed by the awesome maintenance team. I believe in transparency when writing reviews especially with my past of working at an apartment complex and in real estate its imperative for those looking for a place of residence so I can’t give this review without. I wasn’t anticipating to leave a review until I decided to leave, but this is for the recognition for the current maintenance staff, Brother Hector, the kindest and bestest Rodney and Uncle Joe bro! .I’ve lived here for 2 years in Dec and though it was great with customer service and care upon moving in, that quickly took a turn for the worst by all front office when issues arose in general but the one greatly effected my son and I’s health from day one for months and was neglected and not resolved without my persistence for it to be inspected esp w/ the previous manager all the way to upper management surrounding the issue that was as I stated from the beginning but evidentially severe at this point causing major health effects and it took 30 secs to asses by the manager whom I had to beg for weeks to come to my unit that we couldn’t stay in the unit until it was fixed by contractors and the construction of this property/ leaks the effects of those leaks and the solutions was sub par to a major issue while they were at fault, I mean I’m still in the same unit which was inhumane at that time bc the alternatives they gave were negatives, but ima leave that to God to handle. Deposits are the highest I’ve ever heard of at a complex so far and I’ve toured a lot of them in different counties and transfer fees are high too. I hated almost every minute living here. One thing that has been consistent is the maintenance staff response to request for the most part until my major emergency arose which other residents were dealing with as well and the team was changing frequently my 1st yr, but that was before the current team whom are why I signed for another yr after the first in this economy with rent being high with scarce genuine and consistent care at complex’s so the 5 star is for them only.The current super 3 honestly has been an answered prayer ! They not only respond quickly they are friendly, will listen and never blame you unless it’s really you and will go the extra extra mile and provide solutions to any problems that are effective ! ESP with pest which is a major issue! Hector has changed things in my unit to better impact my son and I’s health to where we haven’t been sick in awhile, and goes the extra mile with anything he’s asked to do which before we had allergen issues and breathing issues consistently due to the unit and he grabbed my package when it’s left out by delivery guys -good looking out Hector you’re the besttt and the kind of man that will give ppl the clothes off your own back if needed, Rodney is the coolest, kindest hard working everrr willing to work on a weekend to fix what’s needed or go the extra x 1000 mile for me and my son, he’s become more like family,,, then there is swift with the emergencies Joe aka (uncle Joe) haha so cool and kind and quick to respond to any leaks, lock changes, outlets and pest too he gave me the best solution! These guys are more like trustworthy friends than maintenance guys. They’ve made a world of a difference from my 1st yr to the second I couldn’t imagine living anywhere without their excellent, effective and efficient residential service and if I have too, I’ll miss them so much. Thank you for displaying genuine care, concern and being great at your jobs! So props to them every day, all day! I appreciate you guys so much! God bless y’all, praying y’all get increases bc you are the ones that deserve them and please stay! 🫶

I haven’t lived in an apartment for over 25yrs so moving into 1 was scary. Donna, Karina & Aimee in the office are the best! They greet you when you walk in & thru know your name. Hector & Joe in maintenance are not only great at fixing anything that comes up but they also have great soft skills like being personable while still being professional, simply smiling, waving when they see you & sharing their knowledge. I will buy another house at some point but until then I can see staying here. This is a great place 😀

The entire Aura Benbrook team is great! They really want it to feel like home when you move in, and the apartments are really nice to begin with. Donna really empathizes with the residents and goes out of her way to make sure things are right. Joe, Hector, and Rodney are the dream maintenance team, and are super responsive and helpful too. They’ve all individually helped me with a whole range of things and are genuinely the nicest people. With all the food and grocery places super close by, you really can’t beat the area.

Aura Benbrook apartments are a great place to live! I have lived here for about 10 months and everyone in the office has been extremely kind and helpful. I love that Donna always checks in with you to make sure any issues that may arise have been promptly taken care of and see if you need anything else. The maintenance staff is also amazing! Hector and Joe always go above and beyond to make sure things are working correctly. The entire staff seems to genuinely care about the residents and want to ensure that you enjoy living here. My husband and I moved into the Aura Benbrook complex a few months ago. The tour, application process and move-in was simple and hassle-free, especially with the help of Aimee Flores. She made it very easy and answered all of our questions. The maintenance staff are phenomenal!! They are quick, repair to fix and not repair to mend, and leave your home just as they entered it. The complex is quiet, clean and the amenities are great as well. Overall, we have been very happy with our choice and plan to be here for awhile.

Whenever I have an issue, they have made sure to address it immediately and then follow up the next day. The apartments are spacious and modern. I love living here! :)

We have lived here for almost 2 years. The apartments have recently had a change in the management office and we are absolutely pleased with the changes being made since. Much need updates, upgrades and changes are being made throughout the complex. Donna goes above and beyond to answer questions and provide help. There was also a change in the maintenance staff and we can’t say enough about how helpful and responsive they are.

I am coming up on my 4th year living here at Aura Benbrook and it has been a great place to live and raise my babies. I was attracted to the property by its cute small village appeal and quiet, friendly atmosphere. My favorite thing about living here is the fast working crew from donna and her team in the front office to the maintenance crew. Anything i need is immediately addressed and always with smiling faces and a caring attitude. The amenities are better than many places i have seen and the location has amazing views to enjoy on an afternoon walk. We cant wait to spend another summer making memories at the pool and enjoying our home!

He’s very friendly, professional, and knows how to quickly repair anything needing to be fixed. I submitted a work order to have my heating system looked at. A few hours later, Joe and Hector show up at my front door. After Hector and Joe looked at my heating system, I was told that a new blower motor was needed. I couldnt believe it; they were back within a few minute with the new part. The heating system was up and running in a very short time. Both Hector and Joe worked fast, clean, and professionally. I was very impressed with their work, two great guy.

The staff is super helpful and kind, and the apartments are very nice! I found mold in my closet and told Aura about it. Turns out there was a leak. They were extremely timely about it and had maintence come out the same day. Sterling came and knew where to look for the problem and starting fixing it the same day. You never want these things to happen, but it made me feel better how quickly they started fixing the issue.

Wonderful Property to live at!! The complex is new and very well kept. The complex is also secured with two gate entrances and security and police. When there is a gate malfunction (as nothing in life is perfect) the management staff reaches out immediately and informs the resident. Gate issues are always fixed in a timely manner! The maintenance workers are wonderful and very prompt. Any maintenance issues are ALWAYS completed very quickly (some of the maintenance workers actually served us beverages at a pool party) The management team are all BEAUTIFUL COMPETENT gorgeous women!! There is always nice family friendly events held by the management team on property. If the residents would just do what theyre supposed to, ie: pay your rent on time and put your parking sticker in your windshield there is literally nothing to complain about!1: Property is clean2: Complex is very safe3: Great area, next to highway and shopping and dinning

We had a amazing experience working Letitia and Kirsten!!! They made the process so easy quick to apply, made us feel comfortable and at home! We looked at multiple apartments and this is by far the best around. Well maintained beautiful apartment complex, from the second you enter you feel safe and like you are far from the hectic city life. Brand new everything in every house. The front office staff are extremely helpful and friendly I can NOT convey that enough!!!! If you want a safe secure home I highly recommend coming to Aura and asking for Kirsten, she is not only a joy to work with but does her job very well, she’s efficient, kind, and professional. Best choice we have made in a long time!!

Nice surprise! Found this property just outside of Fort Worth. We were welcomed and helped above and beyond during multiple visits. The design, decorating, color scheme, amenities, features, and even holiday festivities are beautiful and high-end. Christina, Eddie, and two other front desk/facilities staff were all great at their jobs. Love the location off the busy road, but still close to lots of restaurants and stores with easy access to the highway. And we appreciate that it’s a gated community with officers who live onsite. We were so impressed, we’re moving in next month! It was FUN and thanks so much!!!

This is one of the better apartment communities I’ve ever lived in. Great location and very clean. Parking can be tight depending on your building but especially with a garage or covered parking, it’s great. Staff was also great and very responsive, especially with any maintenance requests. I’m hoping to hire Eddie for odd jobs at my next house, he’s great! Overall a very pleasant place to hang your hat!

Beautiful apartment complex. The new leasing company has done a great deal to try and make this a better place to live. Regarding staying on top of maintenance, hiring a security guard, enforcing parking and getting the gates fixed as fast as they can. I deducted a star due to the fact that I have had two of my vehicles broken into and packages stolen off my doorstep. Would like to see more security measures implemented around the buildings ( cameras etc.). But overall a great place and location to live. Will definitely be renewing my lease.

The location of the complex is in a great area with near by stores. When I stopped by for a tour they were so helpful with everything even with the small details of the apartments which is very appreciated. Also, made sure to cover all details I would need.

The apartments themselves are very nice and well kept up with. The head of maintenance, Eddy, is extremely nice and informative. He is always willing to help out in anyway he can to ensure the residence happiness. Everyone in the leasing office has been very difficult to work with. The second month living here we were required to pay rent through a cashiers check. I made sure to have it to them a couple days early and still somehow I ended up with a late notice on my door. I went to the office to see what happened to the $2000 I had just handed them. They did not seem too concerned about looking for the check, instead told me they had not received it. I had to suggest they go look for it in the back and turns out they had it the whole time. Recently they have pushed for all residents to have a sticker on their vehicles for proof of residency. They then chose a day to tow all vehicles without a sticker. Resident or not. Not to mention the portal to register nonresidents vehicles had not been shared with us. It’s very odd that the office has so harshly pushed the parking stickers (obviously to weed out nonresidents) yet does not maintain the gate that we pay for monthly. The gate has maybe worked for a total of a week out of the 5 months. I have been living here.The leasing office specifically is unorganized and unprofessional. Love the apartments but the experiences I’ve had with the ladies in the leasing office makes me not want to live here.

I rarely leave reviews, but I went there a week ago and it was perfect. The apartment was everything I could ask for, and Vanessa.......AWESOME!!! She was the most helpful person Ive ever run into while looking for an apartment. I even saw some of the maintenance staff and they were sweeties as well.I fell in love, didnt even have to think about it, filled out everything right then and there, just waiting now for the approval from the manager (fingers crossed). I have yet to meet the manager, but if they are anything like the two ladies at the front, and the maintenance staff, Im sure shes awesome as well. Im so excited!!! Ive never been this excited about an apartment but not only was the apartment special, the people made it special.....(pray for me that I pass the test and can get in!!!!!) lol

READ ME!I have been living here since Fall of 2020, when it still had some apartments that needed finishing. There are mixed reviews of this place and that is truly a fair gauge. The OLD management team was quite rough. There were many issues addressed by not only myself but others throughout the complexes about our issues with the property and they were never addressed. MOST RECENTLY we have been bought out by a new management and it has been a true blessing. The new management IS LISTENING and taking action.- Gate being broken does take time, but new management is actually putting forth effort in tracking down who is responsible and fixing it as soon as parts are available- Parking being scarce has been a problem, but new management is requiring permits to park on property or use visitor parking- Maintenance problems are actually being addressed and communicated under the new management- Unaccompanied minors are now being reported thanks to new management- Package theft is going down thanks to new management sending out emails- Trash being left around on porches, parks, and property are now being reported and ticketed thanks to the new managementThings are changing. But when it comes to true change, it takes time and patience. I know that I am supremely pleased to have NEW management that cares about its residents and property like its their own.Thank you Christina, Karina, and her team!

I recently moved to from Illinois to Texas and decided to make my home at Aura! I could not be happier with my decision. I knew this was the right place for me from meeting the kind and attentive leasing agents, who answered my 1000 questions, thoroughly and quickly. Safety was one of my top priorities in finding an apartment and I loved that Aura is in a gated community. The grounds and my brand new apartment are sophisticated and modern but very homey at the same time. I truly love living here and am going to check out the 24 hour fitness center now!

Im an actual resident here. After reading the previous reviews, I am confused. Do you people even stay here? My experience has been complete opposite. The office ladies have never displayed carelessness about anything. The gate was broken due to someone hitting it! Maybe your visitor? Trash is a fee everywhere? If youre cheap, why did you choose luxury apartments? I do not see the little destructive kids running around anymore. I do not see the young girls walking around half naked anymore. How can anyone else be at fault for bad people in this world? Thieves are everywhere. I see an actual security guard when I come home at 2am. There are real issues like inflation going on in the world. I witnessed a middle aged man degrading the women in the office due to his car being towed due to him not picking up his sticker?? We have to do better. We are all human. #Trivia question was cool!

I moved in here last may, under the old management company. Old management would say they were handling problems, such as the broken gates, trash, trespassers, etc., however that was not the case. Mid-December the old management was bought out and the unprofessional staff, i.e., everyone, was replaced. The new management is not only much more professional but responsive. I went in today as my gate fob was not working and not only was it quickly replaced, but the manager allowed me to voice my concerns about a large population of residents, the travelers, who are the root cause of a lot of the issues that occur within the complex. While managements hands are tied from denying new applicants due to laws and regulations, they are working diligently on the illegal cars, non-residents, feral children, and more issues on a legal end of things (lease violations, evictions, non-renewal of leases) to put a stop to it, please understand a lot of this results from the poor previous management. The new team has made an incredible difference in less than 60 days and I can honestly say that when I have to give notice of renewing my lease or not, I will choose to renew because they are busting their butts trying to make this the luxury community it was meant to be.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Beautiful, good quality, energy efficient and great location. The price is hard to beat considering its about the same price as other communities that are quite a bit older and outdated. Maintenance was always quick to respond and no issue was left lingering.This would have easily been 5 stars but I deducted a star for the issues with the entry gate always malfunctioning and having to be left open allowing individuals with malicious intentions to just walk right in.

**Public announcement**. I am putting this out there because anyone moving into this complex needs to have this information prior to executing a lease. There is a very loud gun range just a short distance from this new complex. Everyone hoped the range would move due to its proximity to living but they are not respectful neighbors. This being said, if you work at night and sleep during the day or have any health issues or conditions that would cause you or your animals problems with this loud sharp constant noise Tuesday through Sunday then this is not the property for you. If you look north from many of the windows in this property you will see the grain silos in your view, this is the gun range. We all wish Benbrook would/could have taken harder action with this noise pollution and quality of life violation, but, it’s Texas.
