Such a fun place to live. Management (ATX Fenton) is extremely responsive although that was not the case with prior property management companies before this awesome team took over. I sadly had to move away due to life changes, but the management team was highly communicative with me through the process including recognizing my work cleaning the apartment and issuing my refund check back. There are occasional pests due to it being a little older of a building, but after moving in you can seal up gaps (oven, dryer, refrigerator). In the many years I lived here, I only experienced one break in to my vehicle and zero confrontations with any neighbors. It is an extremely quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend making connections with other neighbors quickly as you will watch out for one another; some of the people I have met here are now lifelong friends.

Abby O. (leasing agent) was beneficial, provided lots of detail, answered all my questions, and was very responsive. Ultimately I chose to go with another apartment but Abby we great!!!!

As a tenant, I really appreciate how flexible and responsive the ATX Fenton management team was whenever I had questions or wanted to extend my lease. Maintenance requests were also fulfilled in a timely manner. The only reason I moved out was because I was moving into a house! Overall, I had a positive experience here and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent.

I reached out to a couple of apartment listings on Zillow and Celia was the agent for both! She was very quick to respond on there and also via text! She was extremely patient and professional yet also very friendly with answering all my questions and showing me around properties. Even after we settled on the one she met me a second time just so i can make sure it was the right choice. Apartment hunting is usually something I dread doing but this process was a dream! Highly recommend

Hollie and the team are very helpful and responsive. I have been at one of their properties for over a year now. I feel that I am heard and cared for at a personal level.In my profession, I deal with many management companies. They are at the top of the list for management services.

Hollie is not only kind but helpful. When theres an issue in your home where you and your loved ones live, you want someone with a calm and gracious attitude to handle it. Really thankful for the good service about sensitive issues.

I have a lived at a couple of different apartment complexes and ATX Fenton who manages the Fountain Terrace Apartments in Austin, TX was awesome throughout my time living there. I was able to get maintenance to come very quickly and they were all super nice and competent regarding their work. Their payment portal is somewhat outdated, but it is not that big of a deal. The renovated apartments were super nice and modern too. They also did not upcharge for having a short term lease, nor did they scam me upon returning my security deposit with fake cleaning fees. I would totally recommend them.

Living here has been such a breeze thanks to the management team! Theyre always on top of things, keeping us in the loop and making sure our needs are met. Its obvious they genuinely care about us and our well-being, which is so reassuring. Plus, whenever weve had maintenance issues, theyve been quick to fix them.

Im reviewing Xander Flats. Ive been in many apartments. Ive had great experiences and horrible experiences. My time at Xander Flats was great. There were a few hiccups as they renovated the property however Id return in a heartbeat. Im headed back to Austin and have already requested a unit for a second time.Dont take my word! I need an empty unit in the summer! Ha.
