    Went to this apartment complex from Dallas to look at a unit for my friend.Immediately I noticed that people in general in fort worth a much nicer and calmer than Dallas. Which was refreshing.As far as the customer service, it was absolutely fantastic. Kelsey helped us and she was amazing. They went above and beyond what is expected of a leasing agent.The apartment building was clean and well maintained. The units were beautiful. Prices were reasonable.The area in which this apartment complex is located seemed safe and well kept. Almost looked like a new development. Also, was dead center to one of the nicest jogging trails I have seen in this state.I would absolutely recommend this place..

    I recently toured the Atlas Waterside apartment complex and had the pleasure of being assisted by Timothy.     Yes, my daughter and I were looking for a new place close to work that was within our combined budgets. We had a very nice tour from Tim Bukovich. He was friendly and went out of his way to show us the different floor plans. He also didnt pressure us at the end of the tour to sign the lease. If you are looking to tour these apartments definitely ask for Tim! Great tour and its an amazing place!

    If you’re looking for a great property, definitely take a tour of Atlas Waterside! The swimming pool is the very best I’ve seen and the way it’s situated there is rarely a reason to not be in it. The amenities are wonderful and management is top notch. Good luck finding an open apartment unless you plan ahead. Also the game room is as special as the friendly community here, too.

    I’ve been touring countless apartments but Atlas Waterside has to be one of my favorites. There amenities fit my active lifestyle and I love apartments with elevators. Also I’ve never had a tour guide as amazing as Jasmyne she was very detailed and down to earth. I’m definitely thinking of moving here.

    This is a wonderful community with many wonderful people! My wife and I have greatly enjoyed the staff, the amenities, and our neighbors. We meet great people and fur-buddies at the dog-park and really have a strong sense of community.Like any community, some maintenance items and requests take time followup on and follow-through with but Kylie and her teammates have continually given us a great experience as we work to better our community! Keep up the great work, team!

    My wife and I have lived at this complex for three years and have absolutely loved it. We would be staying if we hadnt just bought a house. We always hopped around from apartment to apartment every year prior to living at Atlas so we have a lot of experience with apartments. Thus Id like to share our experience living here for anyone whos apartment hunting.Pros:- The office staff is always friendly, accommodating, prompt, and professional. They actually answer the phone for residents which hasnt always been my experience.- The maintenance staff has always had my issues fixed within 24 hours during the week and always on Monday if I submitted a non-emergency work order over a weekend. They really are top-notch. When we had the really bad freeze a couple years ago and some of the pipes burst, the main maintenance guy was out there at midnight in 1 degree weather trying to fix what he could while the fire alarm was going off. They also clean the hallways and communal spaces very regularly.- The apartment itself was built and furnished well. We never have had any of the issues some of the other reviewers had with noise from other apartments. If someone is walking down the hardwood hallway in heels, youre going to hear it. No apartment is soundproof. But we dont hear our neighbors on a daily basis at all.- The location is incredible. Walk out the back door and you have the trinity trail available to you. They even make sure to not let the grass die out there in the Texas heat each summer so the dogs have real grass to run on. A Whole Foods is about 500 yards away and the entire area is walkable and safe with restaurants, gyms, and anything youd need.- As far as the amenities: the pool, clubhouse, and dog park are very nice and active with residents. We were here before they renovated the dog park and there were signs up saying Improvements Coming Soon but we didnt think it would actually happen but they made it really nice. The gym is upper tier compared to other apartments Ive lived at. The dog wash might be what we miss most.Con:- The garage is tight. Its not that you cant find a parking spot, thats never been the case for me even once. However, its not much fun to drive in. Theres nothing the current staff can do about that and they have mirrors up, its just how it was built. I drive a truck and live on the fourth floor so that may have shaped my experience to some degree.We really couldnt have asked for a better experience and Id recommend Atlas to anyone.

    Kylie was so kind and helpful when I walked in without an appointment around lunch time and asked for a tour. She took her time showing me the model apartment and all the amenities. The model was a great layout, decorated nicely, and had drinks to offer. I was so impressed with the number of amenities beyond just a pool and gym. Even though I wasnt ready to commit to applying, Kylie put together some information for me to take home and also sent a follow up email after I left. Overall such good customer service and definitely at the top of my list when Im ready to move!

    Went to Vista my daughter on mothers day. With my two Grandson and there wifes. Have dinner there. We all had agreat time. She loves her apartment. And we all love it. She showed us around. Is a lovely place. And was peaceful apartment complex.

    Atlas Waterside is a great place to live. I’ve lived at several apartments in the past 7 years and this place is the best apartment I have ever lived at. My decision was based on the location, the amenities, the lil mini yard, and the way the staff treated me. I feel safe here and I have never had any problems. I also want to say thank you to Andrea the manager. She has been so kind and accommodating. You don’t find managers like Her!! When I call the office and need anything she is so quick to respond and she takes care of any work orders I have immediately. I enjoy living here so much that I actually renewed my lease for another year.

    Great place to live! Ive lived here for 8 months now and truly have enjoyed my stay. The apartments and building amenities are beautiful and new. The management and maintenance teams are very professional, welcoming, and helpful. The proximity to the Trinity Trails is a huge plus, and you can walk to several restaurants, retail stores, and a grocery store. There are some mandatory fees, including a package delivery system, that I wish could be changed to save residents some money. Overall, this has been one of the best apartments Ive lived in Fort Worth and Im glad I chose them!

    I would like to thank the office staff for their friendly and helpful attention each time I have visited the management office. They have always resolved any issues promptly and professionally. The maintenance guys have also been great, they always say hello in the halls and corrected my minor requests within 24 hours. I have lived in several apartments after relocating here from Florida and can honestly say that Alta Waterside is truly the nicest and friendliest place I have lived. My lease is up and I am definitely renewing; I hope my review helps anyone looking for guidance on where to choose. Thanks, Ryan.

    Love living at Atlas Waterside! The location can’t be beat.. it’s quiet and right next to everything I need. They do monthly events for us and they are usually really fun and a great way to get to know people. The staff is professional and always helpful. The community is kept clean.     I have honestly never had such a fast, smooth, easy move in transition. From the time I initially called them to inquire about the apartments to the move in portion it’s all been so amazing and pleasant. There’s been no issues what so ever! Jonathan & Jackson have been there to answer all my questions from the get go. Very excited to have such amazing management for once.

    I really enjoyed living here. I moved just to be closer to downtown Fort Worth. Decent amenities and its right on the river. I will say management was going a bit downhill toward the end of my stay, so I dont know how that worked itself out (I left 6 months ago and am just now getting the time to write this but things were getting less consistent, like my trash kept getting left and such). The walls were pretty thin (I could hear my neighbors even when they werent being loud) but it could be worse. Its a peaceful, quiet area and its placement on the river is amazing.

    I have been living at Alta Waterside for a little over two weeks now. While searching for an apartment closer to school, Lacee helped me find the perfect space in this quiet, well-maintained, and clean complex. She is always responsive to any questions my family and I asked. When I stepped into my new home on my first day, the staff left me a surprise gift and thank you card - such a kind touch for welcoming me! Kelly and Jackson also assisted us with any hiccups along the way. My electrical provider had contacted me to tell me that my apartment did not have a meter (actually, it does). I reached out to Kelly, and she resolved the situation on my behalf with Oncor. The staff is courteous and professional, performing their jobs exceptionally well!The surrounding area is stunning, with wildlife steps away and the Trinity trails along the river. I have already enjoyed a crisp morning walk on the peaceful, beautiful riverside. Amenities at the complex are fantastic and include a clubhouse, speakeasy, pool, grills, yoga/spin rooms, and gym. Please consider Alta Waterside if you are looking to move to Fort Worth. You wont regret it!

    I toured at least 4 other complexes before this one. They were all very nice but when I walked into the office at Atlas Waterside I was met by Jonathan. Dont get me wrong, the entire office staff is wonderful. However, Jonathan went above and beyond and made the whole process extremely easy. Hes professional and his customer service is on point. Just one of the many reasons I chose to live here.

    1)Really nice apartments/outstanding amenities . Staff/maintenance take good care of the property.2)Very safe location with retailers within walking distance and lots of trails right outside your door.3)If you are a dog owner, the yards on the first floor are so convenient. Our dog loves laying near the oversized sliding doors. The dog park & dog wash are awesome too.4)Love that there is NO carpet in the apartment. The only downside to that is you can hear your neighbors. I would highly recommend renting a top floor unit if you are a light sleeper or work the night shift like my husband does. We sleep with 3 sound machines and when our neighbor above us starts walking around in the mornings it’s so loud! So we don’t get the best sleep.5)Love that the garage/exterior doors are locked at all times. There have been a couple of times that we have been locked out because of power outages. Fortunately, my neighbors were home to let me back in. Wish they had some type of back up generator or system that would keep doors unlocked during an outage. Maintenance has been quick to fix though.6) We would also like the option to opt out of some the fees tacked on to our rent. Not really liking the Fetch delivery program because you have to be home to get your packages. Since I use Amazon the most, I have those packages delivered to the locker inside Whole Foods and then I can pick up at my convenience.Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex . Great staff, friendly neighbors. Can’t beat the location.

    This apartment is amazing! It’s right on the trinity river so it’s nice and quiet. The club room is the perfect place to just hang out and meet people! I’ve actually already met so many people just from walking in there. The gym is huge with everything you need and there’s also a spin studio that you can go in! I have 2 dogs and everyone who is a dog owner knows that bathing dogs in showers or baths are the worst. Well, they have a dog wash room just for that! I’ve used and abused that room already! It’s the perfect place! Cute farmhouse sinks(my favorite)! No carpet at all which I LOVE! Nice storage spaces and in every bedroom there are walk-in closets! Honestly, with all the amenities, it’s worth every penny! Also, Kelly and Jackson have been huge help and so awesome to work with in the office! If you’re looking for a nice, luxury place, this is definitely it!

    Finally, a luxury complex that isn’t all talk! I met the staff at one of their marketing events and took some information. The next day, I stopped by and took a tour. WOW!! This place is nice, new, and perfect for an upscale lifestyle in Fort Worth. I can ride my bike to shops, restaurants, or down the river. GREAT location, GREAT friendly and attractive staff, and my new apartment is pretty great too! I definitely recommend stopping in, you’ll be moving in likeMe!

    This apartment complex is First Class! Ive moved from 3 other complexes in the DFW area over the past 4 years...I will say that Alta is the first one that truly feels like home. From top to bottom, the building stays clean and orderly, at all times. The views looking outside from all the units Ive seen are superb and the interior of these units are modern, cozy and very polished. All of my interactions with my neighbors were awesome, this community is very friendly. Jackson Bricker is a World Class leasing specialist..Smart..Cerebral. He is very knowledgeable about this building, the units, amenities, etc...I was sold on moving here within the 1st hour of interacting with him. All in all, I highly recommend these apartments to you, family and friends. Remember, look for Jackson to assist you in the Leasing Office!

    I recently moved to Fort Worth (Jon relocation) and did an all day visit to 5 complexes I found on the internet in my search from a distance. I had to choose in 1 day so pressure was on. Alta Waterside was one of my top 3 sites to visit for all the reasons you can see on their website. Modern amenities plus great location. I’ve been here for 2 months now and don’t regret my decision at all. It’s exactly what they say it is and the staff are great as well. Shout out to Lacey for all the help picking my apartment and another huge shoutout to Monica Bower for helping me figure out something very complex (to me) and making it simple with a great friendly touch. Much appreciated. This is the place that you get what you pay for. Top shelf!

    I love Living at Alt Waterside! Application and move in process were quick and easy. Location is premium with the ability to walk to Whole Foods along with other restaurants to grab a bite to eat or something to drink. In addition, it is just a few short steps to access the Trinity Trail! The staff and community are both very friendly. The apartments are beautiful with wood plank flooring, high ceilings and garden tubs with a curved shower bar being just a few of the pluses! After making the move to Fort Worth from Houston, I couldn’t be happier I chose Alt Waterside.

    Ive visited Alta Waterside a few times. I have a friend who lives there. Im actually thinking of moving there myself. The atmosphere is very soothing in a way, the apartments are very well put together and tidy, the place just screams COMFORT AND PEACE!     Lucio who works in maintenance was so helpful. I threw the trash down the chute and it got caught on my ring and the ring went down the cute as well. He helped by going through the trash and retrieving it. I am sooo thankful he was so nice and proactive to help me. He went over and beyond for a very sentinel ring to me and I really appreciate. I tried to tip him and he refused. Great service!

    I was touring in the midst of job interviews that would land me in the area so initially, I was just curious about locations/price points/amenities, etc. - I loved the thought of living on the Trinity and lo and behold came across Alta Waterside.The property is nestled in behind a trendy shopping/dining area - its a brand new property so it wasnt one my Ft. Worth friends knew of but the website showed so much potential so I scheduled a tour.Shout out to Kelly McCandless! Kelly was a pleasure to tour with and made sure I found the perfect fit - she even reached out to me the day of my final interview to wish me luck! This place really is a hidden gem. Everyone in the leasing office is so friendly, the location is prime and the apartments are brand spanking new with all the perfect amenities (does YOUR apartment have trail access, a surround sound tech package, and a speak easy in the club room? Mine does) I would highly recommend giving this place a look and fast - this place wont be in lease up for long!!
