    I’ve really had the best experience here. Staff and maintenance have really made my living experience comfortable. My work orders get done same day if it’s simple. The leasing office is top tier! I really like working with Camille on whatever issue I may face at the time. She has provided numerous solutions, it’s really just a phone call and she will jump into help. Ive lived in TWO units and have not had a bug problem that is a huge plus! There are a few quirks but that is with any complex especially living in a big complex like this one. The pool is open and clean the gym is clean and for the most part it is quiet! Love it here

    I have now lived at this property for a few months and love it. Thank you Camille for getting me in and having the amazing amount of patience you had with me through the process. I love having my own garage and enjoy the peace and quiet I get. The neighbors I have met so far are all friendly and inviting as well! So glad I found this place.

    I live in a 1st floor 2 BR townhome floorplan with an attached garage and backyard. I have been here since April 2023. Every single time I have had an issue (which all older buildings have), maintenance has addressed it in a very timely manner. When dealing with the staff, they are always friendly and will do whatever they can to help. The assistant manager Camille makes herself available to anyone that walks in the door. Previous places Ive lived have had the door shut to the Managers office and also assistant managers office, closing off themselves from interacting with residents. If you are looking for a great townhome style apartment, this is the is a great place to live!

    I love this place! I was able to find this apartment home on a Friday and had everything reviewed, signed, and move-in ready by Tuesday. The ladies that work in the office are so kind and helpful. My floor plan included a den and a one car garage. I really loved my space! It had all the upgrades, a fishing pond, dog park, and of course a pool area. The neighbors are very friendly as well. This place exceeded my expectations of apartment living. They have an amazing team that goes above and beyond! If your looking this is definitely the one.

    Amazing place for live, Tony was cleaning when I stopped to ask for the leasing office and this guy was so polite and kind, he showed me the leasing office where Sam was the one who give me a little tour with those beautiful apartments… really nice experience I wish I can be part of that resident thank you both guys 🥹

    Sam has the most pleasant personality and a calm nature. Everyone knows that moving is emotionally and mentally draining, however, Sam made me feel at ease and assured me that everything was going to be okay. His energy, professionalism, and pride in showing the property are commendable. I decided to move into a community in Addison because its closer to my job. The apartments are very clean, updated, and feel like home. The grounds are also well-maintained, which is a big deal. I highly recommend moving to Ashford.Awesome Job Sam!

    I loved the property when we visited and Sam the leasing agent is such an amazing person and help throughout this process!! Moving is never fun for me, but Sam has made the process enjoyable! He has followed up after months of visiting the property. Thank you Sam for everything and for answering all of my questions!!!!

    My niece and nephew live here and I can say that these are some nice apartments with a garage. Nice and clean with very nice friendly neighbors. Parking is a little bit tight and not much for visitors to park.

    I have always owned my homes with this being our first apartment experience, and I must say I have been more than impressed with our new management company and its employees. We have been here for 4 years now and an extensive renovation and freshening is ongoing and the property is looking very nice and much improved. Tony, the manager, has been very responsive to my requests, and Camille stays on top of issues and provides answers and follows through. My wife and I are retired and have no plans to relocate as we are very satisfied with Ashford as our home.

    Ive lived here for a few months and so far we its been a good experience. The community is clean and quiet. The staff is professional and friendly. Everyone who saw our new home loves our townhouse and how the community looks.

    I went for a guided tour on Saturday and Sam was friendly, helpful, and very informative. The scenery of the big pound is a beautiful touch to the property. The layouts of the units are very spacious. Thank you again Sam for answering all my questions and providing me a wonderful guided tour experience, you were awesome!

    Ive lived here over 8 yrs. Its a nice area, quiet, well-maintained. Ive seen a few companies manage the complex, all have done well. Current mgmt excels at taking care of maintenance and repair. At my request, they replaced the automatic garage door of an adjacent apartment because of the sound it was making in mine. Previous company wouldnt fix it but these guys paid to replace it.

    I was visiting this apartment complex today with my husband for a tour, Sam was very nice and informative and the apartment he showed us is really beautiful, there is still some time until our move-in date but we will definitely come back for the application process when the time comes.

    Living at Ashford Apartment Homes in Carrollton has been an enjoyable experience for the past 23 months due to a premier view of the lake with egrets, herons, ducks, turtles, large fish, beavers, and recently the birth of baby geese. Neighbors have been friendly and interactive. Greystars office staff, Camille and Jasma, are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable in responding to questions or concerns. Maintenance staff responds promptly when needed. Tony Balani, property manager, has provided a smooth transition for my moving due to unforeseen health issues. He was knowledgeable in explaining policies and procedures and gracious in providing responses to my questions.Management has diligently worked to continually improve the living experience at Ashford through upgrading the physical environment and interactions with residents. My time here as a tenant has been a unique experience with many happy memories.

    We really enjoy the Ashford apartment complex. There are awesome Amenities, a great pool, fitness center, barbecue area, and outdoor fireplace area. The pond is peaceful and beautiful. The staff has always been helpful, friendly and prompt. My apartment has not been renovated but I’ve heard the renovations are fabulous.

    I rounded up from what I feel is a 3.5-4ish for this review. The grounds are very well kept and it is an absolutely beautiful area. We spent the extra monthly rent money to have an updated unit as well as to have our patio and balcony overlook the wooded/stream area. The unit we had was townhome-esque in the fact we had 2 floors and no one was above or below us. At the time we lived there (2018) the management was great and we liked the fact that some of the larger packages were dropped safe in the office. There were some great community events while we were there and they especially made those with pets feel welcome (we didnt have a pet at the time but appreciated the care they had towards those who did). The maintenance when called was fairly quick and mostly helpful for any repairs that were needed.Now on to some of the minor and not so minor issues we had while there.The place is a maze and it is not very well lit at night so it can be hard to navigate especially if you are having guests or ordering delivery and the building numbering is somewhat of a mess. There are trash pandas (raccoons) that like to drag trash out and will leave trash all over however it is usually cleaned up fairly quickly by the groundskeepers. When we initially moved in every single faucet and toilet pipes leaked, it was a newly renovated unit so it was a fairly easy fix of just tightening everything up but still I would have expected better quality control before moving in. Also our garage door kept opening while we werent home (not safe) because someone near us had the same garage opener wavelength frequency, we particularly werent happy with this when management called us during our Christmas holiday to let us know our garage door had been open for multiple days. Luckily since its such a nice area nothing had happened to the stuff inside our garage and management closed the garage for us. They came out after we got back and fixed the garage door wavelength to be different. The garage space was rather small but it worked well enough. Our kitchen was small with the tiniest drawers Ive ever had but that was just that particular floorplan. We had fairly quiet neighbors but every now and then you could hear them through the walls if they were talking loudly.Overall our time here had some ups and some downs but we did love the area and most of the management.

    I recently moved in! IM IN LOVE!!! There are so many things to mention that I love about the property, all of the upgrades make this living experience wonderful. Garage attachment, Bluetooth shower heads, extended patio, nest thermostat, amazing pool and a catch and release area etc, what more can I ask for. I love this community and recommend Ashford for anyone looking to move in the Carrollton area, you will not be disappointed. They have an amazing staff, thank you Denise and to all the staff for making this moving process a fast easy and hassle free one. I look forward to many years living on this property.

    I couldn’t be happier!!!!!There are so many great things I have to say about this community and entire staff! I have been looking for an apartment for my son and I and let me tell you, the other 4 places we looked didn’t even compare to Ashford! Now, I’m not talking about just the amazing upgrades that Ashford is doing throughout the entire community, but the front office staff and how amazing they are. After, 4 horrible experiences at other communities: 1) Putting up units online that aren’t even available. 2) never being called back after submitting online app. 3) the complete rudeness from front office staff. 4) Keeping a deposit for a unit that we didn’t even choose. The list of bad experience was so long and daunting that I was not super thrilled to try for a 5th time. As soon as I walked in to Asford I was immediately greeted by Stephanie, and the rest just gets better! I have lived in Carrollton most my life and I have actually looked at Ashford years ago, but it was nothing like I remembered. The upgrades are absolutely amazing! Beautiful selections made for flooring, cabinets, color schemes, Bluetooth shower heads, Nest thermostats, etc! The pool, gym, fire pit, lounge area and dog park area (don’t have a dog but this property makes me want one!) have all be immaculately done! The app process was quick and painless and I didn’t have to call in to check what the status was, which was a relief not to have to do someone’s job for them like other experiences. Within 10days was moved in to literally a new apartment, since they are upgrading every unit as it come available! I love having a direct access garage and a fenced in yard double the space of a normal patio! I don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but if you are looking to move please please take my advice come see a Ashford and the amazing property and staff they have!!!! Highly recommended!!!

    I came in to enquire about an apartment and was given a tour and everything, but just the hospitality that was shown while we were there was what sold us! Every person working there interacted with us, and were very welcoming! Thank you to the staff for all that you do!

    BILLY IS THE BEST MAINTENANCE MAN!!!Couldn’t be happier to live within a community that has a truly all around dedicated and caring staff!Billy came out after hours (late), clearly after he was off for the day and was here within 30mins! I have never had that happen with anywhere I have lived, especially an after 9pm maintenance request!The office staff from front to back has provided an excellent experience for my family and I while living here!

    The Apt Manager Ms. Helen Sims and John, the maintenance manager are exceptional in all aspects. They are very welcome, friendly, professional and over all quick to provide assistance when I needed it. They also keep the premises clean and secure at all times. I would recommend Ashford Apt anytime.

    Every other place I visited when I was in town had terrible customer service compared to Ashford. I am not looking to move until next year and it seemed like no one wanted to help me. Thanks Camille for being so friendly! She is also very familiar with the area which was helpful.

    I originally wrote a post, because my AC unit hadnt been fixed. But, today John, the maintenance man, personally assured me that it would be fixed. Also, Daniel the manager apologized and was very helpful. This aprtment complex takes the time to listen to tenants complaints. Thank you ashford.
