Sylvia and Brian are ABSOLUTELY amazing. Not only are they warm and welcoming, they’re efficient! They found the perfect apartment for me in less than 30 minutes.... They were on the phone with the one I wanted to see, I got an appointment, and was signing a lease 2 hours later. The apartments were in my price range and had every single detail I was looking for (wood floors, open concept, dogs allowed). If I ever move I will 1000% be using Sylvia and Brian’s expertise again. You cannot go wrong with these guys!!!

As a first time apartment hunter in the Dallas area, I needed help with my search. I called ASAP and two other services on a Saturday. Ten minutes later and on her off day, Sylvia Nelms called me back. I have yet to hear from the other two services.Sylvia helped me focus my search and made appointments for me at several places while I worked in the mornings. She called me every day to ask me what else she could do for me. She never pressured me or pushed me to any one location. She is personable, professional, loves her job and was an absolute delight to work with!!!In the end, unbeknownst to me, I selected a place to live that does NOT pay a service like ASAP Apartment Finders a commission. She did not complain about it. She stated that she was very happy for me and that the commission was a non-issue.I cant imagine theres anyone out there better than Sylvia and ASAP!

TRUE PROFESSIONALS WHO TRULY WANT TO HELP – Cannot begin to give enough POSITIVE feedback about this company. As the search for apartments began, I looked online and got in contact with Sylvia and Brian. They were very very nice and had no issues with working with all of the criteria I gave them. We had done our own research, but they did a ton of more research for us, scheduled appointments, and provided us with all the information (even some that we werent able to find on our own) we needed to decide on a place that best suited us.Editing review: After filling out their form to get our rebate for referring them (twice, just to make sure it was submitted), we have not received the rebate nor any communication about it. Service was still great and would recommend, but not following through with what their promise after referring them leaves for a less than perfect review.

They made the apartment finding experience easy and not painful. I called Ms. Nelms without really knowing what I wanted. She listened to what I had to say and put together an initial list for me that had what she thought was a good start. The list also included a chart per apartment with all the amenties listed and what each apartment provided or offers. She also called the apartment manager for me when they went back on a deal they had offered. The craziest part of all of this is that you make money from using ASAP. If I need to move again in the future ASAP will be my first call!

They give you a bunch of options within your price range and location. Amenities, name of the complex, office hours, address complete with a map, floor plan photos, and my favorite: the public schools it is zoned for. My #1 priority was to move to an apt. that had great schools so this helped me rule out the ones I did not want right off the bat. I would recommend this service to everyone.
