Okay so here’s a honest review. Ms. Keya McCloud-Pigott And Ms. Lisa have been an absolute delight to me. They listened to me and helped me is an understatement. Ms. Keya is everything you would want in a manager where you are staying. She went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate all the effort she has put in to rectify what was going on with the previous office personnel’s. She truly did not have to help and could have left my issues unresolved. Thankful I came into contact with her.

I have lived here a bit over a month now & I have been happy! The maintenance is VERY FAST. I haven’t had any issues really, the only thing I wish was fixed was the gate in the parking garage. Since the hurricane hit it hasn’t been fixed yet but i understand that it may be a process but I’m just concerned with safety. Otherwise everything is pretty nice here!

Been here almost 2 full months now !! I love it.. I love the floor plan, I love the area where Im located in the complex! The maintenance staff are efficient and fast .. I love the leasing agents! Ive only lived here for two weeks but I have to say that Leasing agents and staff were amazing to work with. There were some complications but the staff went above and beyond to make sure that they corrected it and they made me feel like it was worth taking care of. They have not only paid attention to the details of the things that I wanted but they never made me feel bad for wanting them a certain way. the pool is an amazing amenity as well as the gym and the entire apartment complex from the lobby to the hallways are always spotless clean and it feels like a very much luxury apartment home. Icant wait to call this place home for a while.

I came to visit this complex because I was driving by and loved how it looked. I was not disappointed the units are very chic with the 10ft ceilings, crown molding and beautiful floors. They have amazing layouts and I absolutely love that they have a very neat private gym and a fantastic pool with a swim up bar. My leading consultant Josh was so welcoming and informative. Definitely at the top of my list even though it’s further than other properties I looked at.

I signed my lease yesterday, and I am so excited to live here! The staff was extremely helpful especially Torey the assistant manager and Monique the manager. No matter how many questions I had they made sure I received an answer and walked away feeling completely comfortable. The apartment itself was in tip top shape, absolutely stunning, and I had a nice surprise waiting for me inside. I’m really looking forward to living in this community and I can’t wait to see what this year brings!

I moved in a few months ago and I love it here! The amenities are great, maintenance is always done quickly, and the office team is great. Joshua is always positive, friendly, and helpful anytime I call or come into the office. The manager is professional, informative, and is always going above and beyond for the residents. I love the events that the coordinators throw as well! I will recommend Arlo Westchase to any of my friends or family who are looking to relocate in the future.

Overall, AMAZING!!Move in process was made perfectly smooth and the office management made themselves readily available for whatever needs and questions I had! Shoutout to Issac for being especially helpful by providing everything needed in a quick manner with short notice, and having and over staff that is very responsive to our needs.Within the first 24 hrs of moving in, apartment life came by the apartment and had a very warm welcome to the apartment. Looking forward to those monthly events (2x per month) look like a lot of fun and a great way to connect with by new neighbors!The place is overall beautiful and central located to all my needs. Everything is within traveling distance of 15 mins or less with so much to do! Great pool area, gym, and lounging area with many other perks!And 2 things to note; 1. They don’t discriminate against people of color, ethnic backgrounds, or race, there is diversity in this apartment complex. 2. People often forget that even though the front desk area is customer service, they are people too. There is no need to approach them with negative attitude. I know things can get difficult but they are simply working and trying to make living as many of us are doing so too. I’ve treated them with respect and kindness and received that in return.

This apartment complex is a great place to live. The office staff is very responsive particularly Victoria. All issues and repairs are addressed quickly and thoroughly. The common facilities including pool and lounge are some of the nicest around. The apartments are spacious and have high end finishes. Recently the management has made an effort to schedule free events such as brunches and movie nights to foster a sense of community. Overall would highly recommend living here.

Ive only been living here a month and I am pleased to say that I will be living here as long as possible. The apartments are gorgeous, clean and quiet. My neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The staff is by far the best group of people to work with. I was personally greeted by the manager Monique and she made sure all of my needs were met prior to moving in. I am definitely recommending them to all of my friends!

I have been living at Arlo for a month now. At first I was a little bit skeptical on how long I wanted to sign my contract because the old management had bad reviews. But since I move here, this place went beyond my expectations . The staff is so nice and friendly, Stacy assisted me so well. What I like the most is the fact that they have an apartment life team (Erin and Jason), who are just amazing people. They have events every month with delicious food and drinks. I don’t see myself moving out any time soon, because I finally feel at home.

I’ve lived here over a year, and I’m happy. It’s convenient for where I work. I’ve had issues with poor maintenance at other places I’ve lived, but here, maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. The apartment life team always plans fun events every month. I love walking my dog on the dirt track at the rec center just behind the facility. There have been issue with car break-ins in the past, but they just installed a new security system recently, so hopefully that will help. A honestly love it here and plan to stay for a while!

My experience here had been mostly positive. I love the community events, my maintenance requests are handled quickly, and my work commute is short. With any community, 100% immunity to crime cannot be promised. The management team has installed security cameras throughout the garage at this point so I am thankful for that proactive measure.In my opinion, the staff has measures in place to keep the grounds looking nice. Not all residents adhere to helping with upkeep, i.e. putting trash IN the compactor and not just sitting trash in front of the receptor, picking up after their pets and flippantly littering in the garage. Overall, very nice place to live.

I really enjoyed my experience at Arlo Westchase. I recently moved to pursue another career opportunity, but I would certainly have renewed my lease if I had remained in the area. The staff was very attentive and willing to openly discuss any issue that I brought to them. Yes, the complex has endured some challenges, but in my opinion, the staff works really hard to resolve the issues that arise. Monique has done an awesome job and is very professional. Im confident she will continue to improve the community and provide the high standard of living that the residents expect.

I love living here. I know that there have been some challenges in the community, but the leasing office team has been professional through it all. Victoria is a treasure, she helped smooth my transition back to Texas with her service and professionalism. Kiera and Monique are so welcoming everytime I drop by or even if I see them in the hallways. I love the amenities, the location, the courtesy and quick response from the staff, my apartment layout. I’ve never lived at a property with an Apartment Life Team before but highly recommend that all complexes get one! They host fantastic events and are available to chat with residents about concerns and compliments. It really makes the complex feel like a community. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to live here.

I literally rented my apartment in this amazing, exotic resort-like complex on the very *first* viewing after I moved to Houston to work for MD Anderson. First the property is amazing, huge pool area, incredible lounge area (feels like a 5-star hotel) with conference room, big gym, coffee machines etc. Second, Adrian, the leasing agent of this property, is super professional, extremely friendly and very responsive at any request for my convenience; he made the process of moving in so easy and he played a big part in my decision to choose Heights at Westchase. I rarely ever give good 5-star reviews, so this should speak volumes of how impressed I am by the property and the leasing agents, specifically Adrian. Couldnt have asked for a better place really, such an upgrade from the apartments I used to live when working in London.

I have called this beautiful community home since April 2016 and I have to say that it has been nothing but a great experience. The office staff is professional and very pleasant to deal with. The community is new, its clean, they are prompt when responding to maintenance requests, there is plenty of parking and above all its safe. I highly recommend Heights at Westchase to anyone looking for a great place to live.

My experience is mostly positive as a current resident. The maintenance staff is amazing and so nice! Always smiling and saying hello and completing service requests in a timely manner. The CARES team is equally great! Love the monthly events and the kind faces. Anytime I have a problem or concern, management addresses it fairly quickly. My only complaint is the trash pick up (not the valet) but the actual trash compactor is always overflowing. Trash is left out bc the compactor is full or tenants are lazy. This has from my understanding been a constant issue. Other than that great location with access to the next door churches soccer field, baseball field/track and playground!

The Heights at Westchase is a great place to live. The apartment layouts are well planned out. The common areas and amenities are excellent. The parking areas on each floor and elevators makes access very convenient. The apartment staff are extremely helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I would recommend taking a look at these apartments before making a decision.
