My mother and I moved to Texas and were staying with relatives and they steered us in the direction of Tiffany, told her our price range and she delivered setting up appts and informing us if something didnt meet our requirements. Ive used Apartment Locators in the past. And also bought/sold multiple homes. Tiffany is undoubtedly one of the best I have ever worked with. Knowledgeable, professional, timely and detailed. I called her over the lunch hour, gave her minimal info and was probably not as polite as I needed to be. As I was rushed that day. (sorry!) She responded within minutes of our call. Had a list of great options. And did it all with a smile. Cant imagine using anyone else ever again!

She took my preferences (price range, location, amenities, square footage, etc.) and came up with a whole list of potential properties. I had been looking for the right apartment for about a year. I had certain stipulations and necessities that were hard to meet for a reasonable price. Once I found Tiffany and gave her all of my wants, needs, and deal breakers she immediately went to work searching. Not even a week went by when she presented me with several options. They met all my needs and a few more extras I didn’t think I’d be able to afford on my budget. I picked a place who then decided to raise the prices higher than what was quoted to Tiffany. I told her and she made them keep the quoted price and also helped me when the complex threw in a few additional fees that weren’t previously disclosed. In the end I paid exactly what was initially quoted to us and got all my needs met with a few bonuses. Best customer service I’ve ever had.
