Awesome awesome awesome! Renee was such a big help! Was having the hardest time finding apartments that accepted broken leases. After being told no numerous times I got discouraged on if I could even find a new place. Got referred to Renee and she made it so easy and found me and my family a place right away that accepted broken leases. She kept in contact with me the whole process to get updates on everything. She even helped get my electricity all set up for my new place. Highly recommend if you’re having a hard time finding a place!

I cant say enough thanks to Renee Jacobson for helping me find the right apartment. The first day I walked in, she and Mike Kraus made calls to numerous apartment managers to find immediate move in dates for me and my teen. We evacuated from the coastal bend due to Hurricane Harvey. I was overwhelmed with the numerous changes in our lives and Renee helped me with all my needs and concerns. She took the time to help me figure out what I needed for my apartment....electric service and furniture. She even took the liberty of setting up these services for me. She also had friends and staff who were very generous with clothing donations. Great thanks to those ladies. I really appreciate everything that Renee has done for me and my daughter. We actually have a place to call home after living in a hotel for 1 whole month. Just need you to know that Renee isnt just doing a job...she is doing a great service. Omg Where do I even begin?! Renee specializes in results!! She is absolutely wonderful at what she does. She is incredibly patient, kind and goes above and beyond to locate your new home. Literally!! I highly recommend using this company for your locating needs. I had recently acquired an excellent job in the Fort Worth area and wanted to move closer to work. Since I had spent most of my life in the Dallas area I was unfamiliar with Fort Worth. So after a couple of weeks of putting many miles on my car, many frustrating days of looking and having no luck finding an apartment. Either they were outside of my budget or had nothing available for several months. A friend said she knew someone that could help me and she would have her call me. Renee Jacobson called me the following Monday morning and asked me questions regarding my rent requirements and other needs and said she would email some information to me once she had found some options for me. Within a couple of hours she sent me several apartment choices that all met the requirements I had given plus many more options with most of them. Within 48 hours I had found an apartment, filled out an application, given a deposit and had a move-in date scheduled in an apartment with a washer/dryer included (never thought to ask for that). All my stress was relieved and the service was completely free to me; which made the whole experience even better. I will never look for another apartment on my own. I will always call Apartment Locating Specialists.

A couple of years ago I contacted Apartment locating specialists and got a hold of a guy name Mike Krause. I told him I needed an apartment with a backyard and some type of a view other than a parking lot or the side of somebody else’s building. He asked me for my email address and my price range in the area that I wanted and probably with in two hours I had a list I have apartments with backyards. I ended up finding the perfect apartment with his help and moved in and have lived happily ever after! About six weeks ago my boyfriend was deciding to move and he needed an apartment so I gave him Mike’s name and phone number and he spoke with him and sent him an email with apartments listed on there. Needless to say on March 14 my boyfriend moved in to A super nice complex in Roanoke. Never in my life have I ever used in Apartment locating service but I can promise you this, never in my life will I not use apartment locating specialist. It’s kind of like having a realtor that you never see. We told him how many rooms we wanted how many bathrooms and if we had any pets and he did all the work.
