Using Apartment Locating Specialists was the best decision I made throughout the entire move-in process. Renee was unbelievable!! She was very patient with me and my roommate and always catered to exactly what we were looking for. She’s first class! If you are moving to the DFW area, use this company and ask for Renee! She’s the best.

I used Tonia from Apartment Locating Specialists and the experience was great from the start. She got back with me right away and sent me a package of apartment listings tailored to me. Normally I would expect a locator to only send three or four, but Tonia sent 15 to 20. She got prices, move in dates, specials based on my employer and photos. I highly recommend using Tonia!

Moving is stressful and just a not fun experience but Tonia has been an absolute lifesaver! I was at wits end trying to find an apartment and work from home. I decided to give an apartment locator a try. I called Tonia and told her of my needs. Within two hours she had several listings for me to view and gave me her top 2 from the list. Tonia supplied me with the apartment details, as well as the deals that they had going at the time. I called them both. One was only doing virtual tours, the other could get me in right away to view the apartment. I walked in, loved it, and filled at the application on the spot. Tonia made it so easy for me! I couldnt be more pleased!
