I highly recommend Jerome, he was amazing! I have been a home owner for a few decades. I was at a lost with apartment hunting and hitting several brick walls with my challenges. Jerome was our locator/realtor and he was absolutely amazing! We needed to find an apartment ASAP and he helped every way possible with plenty of options. At first we wanted a 6 month lease and he offered to help even if it meant he wouldn’t gain any compensation, but after deciding on a longer term lease he helped even more eventually finding us an apartment within a few days. He was great, definitely recommend this Apartment Lease Finders and would ask for Jerome any day!

You see, everyone here is talking about Jerome for a reason. I feel this guy is working for free. Is he? I am unsure. Gods work? Definitely.You dont get service like this from Chik Fil A or a 5 star restaurant. The man works on the clock like rent is due and will never miss a beat.Jokes aside, this man has helped me avoid one of the most depressing experiences of my life. I have enormous PTSD from being homeless and not having a place to stay. He has always been calm and he ensured he would try his best to get me a place to stay. He kept his promise and got a few tears out of me.I know you are reading this sir. And if you do, I could never pay back the debt I owe to you. I am happy that people like you are here for the people like me that has made mistakes in their past.

I was beginning to panic about finding an apartment in a very short amount of time when I stumbled upon Jerome and made an appointment to speak with him the next day. I wasn’t even sure what area I wanted to relocate to in the Houston metro area and he gave the best recommendations. Listen.....whatever you do, GET JEROME TO HELP YOU! I was looking for an apartment in Houston while still residing in Georgia and he went above and beyond for me. I was very detailed with what I was looking for and Jerome made sure that every recommendation he made was to my satisfaction. He sent over videos of different properties and helped me narrow down my search tremendously. In the middle of this process I had a HUGE issue arise and Jerome handled it like it was NOTHING. He really is the best as what he does. Dont even hesitate to have him help you! Its because of his help that i will be moving to Houston with an apartment waiting on me!!!

Y’all I never believed that an apartment locator can find a better deal than what I can, however Jerome went above and beyond to find my perfect home. I didn’t lose anything in my wishlist. I wanted to write this review exclusively for Floyd Bagsby here at Apartment Lease Finders. I saw him through a youtube video while apartment hunting and came across one of his videos. I decided to reach and let me tell you, this is one of the best list Ive ever come across when it came to my search for high rises. On a saturday night at 9PM, he spent 30 minutes to really take the time to understand my wants as well as needs and there is not much that I can ask for ask. He is truly an amazing person and super easy to talk to. I highly recommend working him and I will definitely be referring people to him.
