Moving across the country is tough and finding an apartment virtually is too. But Nicole LaCroix was our guide in all-things apartment finding. Not only is Nicole a whiz at knowing the best spots in the city and finding you an apartments, she takes SOOO much time to get to know you and your wants in your next home.The process was simple. Nicole asked me a bunch of questions, found us some apartments that fit what we wanted, and sent the list my way to review and pick what we liked and didn’t like. Then, she went on a couple tours and sent us videos and updates. We found one, signed a lease, it fell through (no fault of Nicole’s at all! The property was brand new and construction delays caused challenges). But Nicole was quick to help support us in round two of searching. This time, even more helpful because we were here in Austin and she joined us on the tours. She knew the gems that would align with what we wanted. As someone that’s new to Austin, Nicole was invaluable while on the tour with insider questions like what internet service the unit is connected to, asking about the extra fees like parking and amenity fees, understanding the concession offers, and asking about noise levels and sunlight. She was VERY thorough!Moving somewhere that we didn’t know anyone or anything was a lot less daunting with Nicole in our corner. TRUST me when I say this… Nicole will go above and beyond, and then some, to find you the place you want. She’s a dream! I am easily overwhelmed with too many choices. I was considering moving to an apartment after selling my home so I responded to an add on Instagram. Alex Gause responded quickly. I gave him my criteria and he provided me with 7 - 8 options that met my needs. This was so much easier than looking through literal hundreds of websites. I was able to look at each property online and read reviews before narrowing my selection. Alex met me at the apartment that I ultimately chose. He stayed while I toured with the building manager, checked in before and after I submitted and was approved for the application, and even followed up again after the move was complete. Alex saved me so much time and legwork and I am beyond pleased with my apartment. I highly recommend Apartment Hunters Austin and especially Alex!

Easily a 5 star experience. I’m currently transitioning from VA to TX and Rachel G from Apartment Hunters Austin helped make it super easy. I had an idea of where I wanted to go originally and she gave me the low down of the area and then provided many different options when I became unsure. I kept throwing different complexes at her in my own search and she took them in stride, looking into the complex and then giving me the details I needed to know quickly. We had decided to take a little break at one point because my timeline was just a little far out but I kept an eye on the places I wanted. When I found one on the exact day I was moving in with a preferred layout, I texted her and she worked with family I have in Austin so they could all tour the unit immediately. Alessia was super helpful with my apartment hunting. I was a little skeptical at first because I’m not used to free help, but I explained my concerns to her and she told me exactly how it works. After I agreed I got a HUGE spread sheet that had all the info I was looking for in an apartment complied into one document. I ended up going to a place I had looked up previously but that document showed me if the apartment I found was good compared to others in the area. I definitely recommend her if you are having trouble making a decision or just don’t know where to start.
