    Awesome apartments with ceramic tile through the entire apartment! Granite counter tops in the kitchen and the bathrooms! The property nicely maintained, the gates work, apartment inspected frequently to ensure smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and AC filters are adequate working and quite living, the majority of the staff lives onsite. Worth the look! Worth the 2yrs of living here!!!

    Amir Apartments is a prime example of friendly and professionalism. In all of my time living in Houston I’ve received the best service from the hands-on management. When times got bad (COVID-19) Amir Apartments were by the tenants side, always. A personal thank you to the entire staff, everyone from the maintenance to the leasing office, without them my stay wouldn’t have been so pleasant.

    I like the security of the condominiums, a nice place to live, the cleanliness of the place is more than satisfactory, the rules for living a nice life are fundamental, the attention of Jessenia and Teresa are magnificent, the help and support are excellent and they prioritize your welfare

    I lived there for 2 years and I felt very comfortable if something was ruined they fixed it quickly I didnt have to wait and the staff was very friendly and honest when I left they returned the deposit I had given and today it looks like there is more security than before And cockroaches and mice Not good in my apartment good place to live
