My little family and I lived at Amberjack Estates for 14 months upon moving to Houston. It is located in a quiet, well kept neighborhood which is exactly what we were looking for as we did not want the noise and traffic of the big city.Tiffany and her management team have been so understanding and helpful throughout our time here, great communication and friendly staff all around, maintenance was always quick to solve any issues we had when requested.The amenities have been an amazing part of our lifestyle from the dog park for pets to the gym and pool on our days off.We felt right at home the second we came in the gates with an all around welcoming community.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe and beautiful place to call home at a great price.

I had the pleasure of living in this beautiful apartment complex for 4 years and I must say, it was truly a fantastic experience.The staff especially Tiffany and Andrea was also extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.The apartment itself was spacious and modern. The layout was perfect for my needs and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the fitness center and swimming pool, which were always clean and well-maintained.Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. The staff, amenities, and sense of community all contribute to making it a wonderful place to call home.

I have lived in this place for 2 years and I just renewed my lease for another year because I absolutely love Amberjack Estates apartments. All people in the leasing office is kind and helpful: Jessica, Garrett, LaTora and Andrea, also the maintenance crew are kind, friendly and quick to respond to residents requests. The location is very convenient to quick access to I-10. Great amenities and modern style as well. Floor plans are exceptional with ample bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. Parking spaces are also big and convenient. So many great things about Amberjack apartments that I really love.

For the first time in 12 months I’ve felt completely safe at an apartment complex. Management is friendly so far. Only issue was the bathroom doors not shutting but management fixed it within 48 hours. They also have a rewards program to earn gift cards 😉😉😉

This is an amazing complex. Apartment living can be different in so many ways, it could be very scary moving into an apartment and not knowing the environment your surroundings or your neighbors. But at Amber Jack baby you get a safe environment, clean grounds, well kept pool, and Gym. beautiful clubhouse and the amenities are great and up-to-date I would recommend these apartments to my mother and my best friend I’ve been here for two years and a few months and I’ve never had any issues I am proud to call this property my home so if you are considering luxury living at an affordable price with kind people that care about you as an individual then you should apply.

Living at Amberjack Estates has been great. Everyone is so friendly, especially Andrea who works in the office. She takes time out to help me with my minor printer issues and interacts with my toddler who can be quite a handful. She’s knowledgeable and responsive. I love that the staff plans events to get the whole community involved and feel included. Whenever I see staff out on the property they always smile and wave. Maintenance is quick and efficient. They get the job done right. So glad we moved here, they have made a great living experience.

I have been at this property for almost two weeks and I am loving it. I feel really safe (even at night when I’m walking my dog) and it’s a quite complex. Andrea gave me my tour and has been amazing ever since! She made my whole move in experience quick and easy. I can’t thank her enough for helping me get into an apartment in just a few days. Everyone in the complex seems to be pretty friendly and lots of people are taking advantage of the bike trail just down the road. I love getting to call Amberjack Estates my home.

I just moved in to Amberjack, and am quite impressed! Aside from the tile in the bathroom, all updates that were in the model unit are in mine. Andrea was so helpful with process, and was patient and cheerful through technical difficulties (on my end). The living areas are spacious and welcoming, the kitchen has plenty of storage and counter space, and the complex is safely gated. The stairwells could use a good power wash and parking isn’t very shaded, but private garages are available for rent.

I’ve lived at Amberjack Estates for about a year and a half now, and I’m about to sign another year lease there. Andrea at the front office has always been extremely helpful and professional. She has helped me with two apartment transfers (mostly because I needed more space) and always answers any questions that I have. If you are looking to sign a lease there, I would highly recommend calling and asking for her. The pool and gym are small, but nice and clean, and kept in good condition. The other residents that I have encountered are quiet and respectful. As far as I’m aware of, there haven’t really been any safety issues. The police station is right around the corner and there is a great biking/walking trail that goes through George Bush Park right behind the complex. Convenient to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because of the parcel system. I’ve lost quite a few packages and the UPS/Amazon drivers who are dedicated to our complex continue to leave other people’s packages at my door and vice versa, none of which is really the fault of the apartment complex. I would highly recommend Amberjack Estates.

Also Jessica, the manager is on top of her community and making sure residents are taken care of. All staff here is very thorough in making sure their current and future residents are taken care of. I was in a bind when I stumbled upon Amberjack Estates. The apartment I was supposed to move into wasnt ready and I had to be out of my then current apartment asap. I went to Amberjack Estates with my mom on Sunday. Andrea was so kind and patient. She worked alone all weekend but was never rattled by the high traffic in the office. She was very helpful, kind, and professional all throughout this stressful last minute endeavor. She made sure everything got done and approved in a timely manner. My girlfriend has been living in these apartments for a couple of months now and she loves it. Management takes care of issues in a timeline manner, people in the front office are friendly and make you feel welcomed from the moment you step onto the property. Garrett Graham was the individual who helped us out and answered every question either one of us thought of. I’ve recommended this place to my friends and to seek Garrett due to his outgoing personality.

I’ve been here for 8 months and have absolutely loved it. Maintenance is usually quick to get things done, it’s clean, and the area of the complex that I live in is pretty quiet (I live in the one bedrooms so not many kids). Rent is a little pricey, but I think it’s worth it for the cleanliness of the complex. The only thing that has been really annoying lately is that there are kids who live in the front of the complex and their parents always let them play right near the gate Where cars have to enter/exit (they’re around 8years old and there’s at least 4 of them). Other than that, I have enjoyed my time here so far.Update: I lived here for 3 years (it’s was my first apartment on my own) and moved out due to moving to another city. I’m currently apt hunting again and have not found anything remotely close to being as amazing as this property. Always very clean, maintenance is always fast, it’s safe, usually very quiet and in a somewhat secluded area so that helps make it feel even better, everything is up to date inside all apartments, in the perfect location since it’s pretty close (15mins) to memorial city mall and only 30mins to downtown. I believe this apt complex is so awesome because of the very strict application process that they have. It definitely helps keep the bad apples out. The rent is still a bit above market value, but like I mentioned originally, it’s WELL worth it because of how great of a complex this is. I hope to find another apartment complex as great as this one.

I have lived here since 2020 and have enjoyed my stay for the most part. The staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are well kept. I rarely had maintenance issues, but when I did, they were taken care of in about 24-48 hours.The only reason for the 4 stars is the raccoons. I realize there isnt much that can be done when it comes to wildlife, but I hardly used Valet Trash because the raccoons typically got to my trash before the Valet Reps had the opportunity to.The only reason I am moving is because of a job transfer. Otherwise, I probably would have stayed.

My family moved into Amber Jack 3 bedroom apartment in July 2019. We were looking at different options for my family of 4 (soon to be 5 at the time), and this was it.1. Great location: So very close to I-10 and Grand Parkway, close to all the stores and restaurants (Katy Mills, Sams Club, Costco, Hmart, Target, Starbucks, Five Guys, Thai Cottage, CVS, Walgreens, Randalls, HEB, TJ Maxx, Walmart, Lowes, Kohls, etc. anything you can think of is within 5-10 minute)Has a bike trail to the Bush park that my family enjoyed taking walks. It looks secluded from everything, since its surrounded by trees!! :)2. Great school district (Katy ISD); since my oldest daughter would be going to kindergarten, I wanted to make sure that girls are in the Pattison Elementary school zone, which has school bus route. And school bus comes and pick up kids right outside of the community!!!3. Amenities:My 3 bedroom was spacious, LOVE the size of the closets (especially the size of the master bedroom closet). I have enormous amount of clothes, and one of the reasons I selected Amber Jack was bc of the size of the closet space in the master bedroom. It fits ALL of my clothes AND my husbands. It is amazing! Not even when I lived with my mom in her 3600 SF house, I was able to fit everything in my closet. You usually cannot find an apartment or even a rental house with big enough closet to hold everything, but this one does!! I was VERY pleasantly surprised and relieved!! :)I also loved how CLEAN they kept the property. The community is so clean, family friendly and dog friendly. I dont own a dog, but the residents here respect others property, as if they own it. The common spaces are never seen with trash. I felt very safe to bring my kids around on a walk around the property every day.4. The management is very responsive to your requests including maintenance. My unit faces the Bush park, and I had a few occasions where I spotted some ants here and there. They would come in from outside if it rained all week, and management made sure that these are taken care of in no time since I am allergic to ants, and I have little kids (including a crawler). The maintenance are very courteous, and they make sure everything is taken care of.5. Option of having parcel lockers make things so much easier, since all of your packages are delivered either to your door, or to the parcel locker. Even if the office is closed, you can still retrieve your package in the middle of the night to your locker. It is sooo convenient. There are occasions that the delivery men will place it in the wrong box and send the notification to others. But this is all on the delivery man.. not the community.6. The floor plan / layout is open, and very well thought out. It is spacious for my family of 5 with lots of windows for natural lighting. I was able to watch kids while I cooked. One of the reasons I selected this unit over the other apt community nearby.7. The garage space (I needed 2 car garage and space for storage) and the storage space in the laundry room were also a plus without paying extra! This apartment had enough storage space; another reason I selected this apartment over other communities.8. Parking is great!! The space is big enough, and you have more than enough parking spaces throughout the community located so close to your house. No need for stickers, or towing. This is a HUGE plus, since I constantly had guests from church. They didnt need to worry about getting towed or not being able to find spaces to park, which happened multiple times in previous apts)9. Community residents are quite diverse, which I like. The residents are very respectful of others space. Very quiet.10. The management team is spectacular!! Jessica, Garret (sorry if I misspelled your name), and Andrea!! They are very knowledgeable, super friendly, and respectful, and they ACTUALLY CARE about all the issues you have.I am very satisfied with the time that I lived here. Maintenance is good they respond in time and fix the problems with the homes unlike some apartments i used to live in where they would come in and just mess things up instead of fixing it like Ac,etc. One of the maintenance workers named, Reynaldo, very cool dude you should call him nd hell repair your problems in less than a hour👍. Overall the Whole Estate very beautiful place. Highly recommend for whoever is thinking of moving in.

They have taken measures to ensure social distancing and safe practices. The area is quiet and is near an entrance to George Bush Park. You can also walk down to police station for volleyball or basketball. Not far from the hospital or food places either! Overall a nice place that isn’t loud and “in the city.”
