Sophie at Alta Trails was amazing throughout my leasing process! She made everything smooth and stress-free, guiding me through each step with patience and professionalism. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable with my decision.Now that I’ve been at Alta Trails for a week, I can say it’s a great place to live. The community is modern, well-maintained, and in a prime location—especially for those working at SpaceX, as the commute is quick and hassle-free. The clubhouse is a great space to work, relax, or socialize, and the gym is well-equipped, though a sauna would be an awesome addition. I also love the coffee machine and glad they keep it stocked at all times. Nice touch.I’m excited about the upcoming dog park, which will be a fantastic perk for pet owners. It’s clear that Alta Trails is building a community with thoughtful amenities, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it continues to grow. Overall, it’s a solid place to call home!

Very nice and clean facilityNew construction and quiet neighborsThe team at the front desk are so helpful and responsive it’s crazy. Within minutes I’ve have my emails replied to, questions answered and services attended too without hesitation.Big shout out to bailey, Sophie, and ms Kris for being so helpful and keeping the place running.So far one of the best housing and move in experiences I’ve ever had.Much love-Sergio

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! I wasnt too excited to start a search for a new home, Alta Trails was my first stop, and they made sure I didnt need to visit anywhere else. They answered my questions, showed me a staged unit of the floor plan I was wanting and I was sold. I went online to submit and application, very easy, and I was done. Move in was simple quick and easy. Ive had one maintenance request and they were on it immediately. Completely satisfied with my experience and my apartment.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Bailey helped us a lot with all of our move in questions and even after we moved in she never hesitated to help. Sophie is very sweet and helpful as well! The move in process was super easy and we are loving the amenities and our apartment.

I moved in a week ago and the move was very smooth. The unit was clean and ready for me day 1! There was an issue with my power breaker that limited my use of the dryer. Jeff a member of the office staff helped me get the key for an empty unit so I can use the dryer until my unit was fixed. The breaker was fully fixed a day later and I never felt more cared for by any other complex. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re making the move to Bastrop!!

I was the first person to move in. I came from the east coat and they helped make it an easy transition. My apartment is spacious with a lot of closet and cabinet space. A+ staff that are always there to help. Highly recommended to others. PET FRIENDLY!

This property seems to get it done right! Cant say enough good things about Kris the manager and the whole staff. The apartments are nice and the staff goes above and beyond. Check them out!
