I love being apart of the Alta Sgt community! The apartments are gorgeous! The grounds and all the amenities are always in pristine condition. Cynthia absolutely rocks! Marie goes above and beyond for her residents. Super dog friendly as well!

Cynthia Gerhard was, by far, one the most helpful apartment agents we have encountered during our quest to find our daughter her perfect new home! She showed us the beautiful Alta Sergeant property and the perfect floor plan for her and her son. Cynthia was knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. She spent as much time as we needed to get comfortable with the layout and understand all aspects. I highly recommend the Alta Sergeant and Cynthia!

Cynthia Gerhard was the absolute best! When we walked in she greeted us with a big smile and bubbly personality. She was very helpful and explained everything perfectly. We enjoyed the tour of the property! It’s such a nice new complex with beautiful attention to detail! We plan on making this our future residence.

Absolutely love it! The leasing staff is so kind and professional, I was moving about 8 hrs away from Conroe and they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment to fit my needs! Every time I called with questions they were very knowledgeable and answered everything I needed to know, great communication and customer service! Anytime I walk into the clubhouse I’m always greeted with smiles and great vibes! The apartment and property itself is wonderful, the units are very up to date and spacious. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone, if you meet with Cynthia or Daphne you’ll be in great hands they’re the best !

The community here is immaculate! Brand new build, beautiful courtyard for the kids to play in, nice and clean! Easy access to town and a back road to get you to hwy 45 without having to deal with the traffic on 105. I got Danielle as my agent and even though she is new she had answers to all of my questions and didnt mind walking me around the whole property to look at what location/view I would want in an apartment.

After the Beryl Hurricane Alta Sergeant seemed to be the only place with the power on! No damage at all, only the Teal boiler went down but was fixed almost immediately. So if you want to feel safe during the storms that is a good place! We’re loving living here with our two kids. Everything is always clean including the swimming pool. The only thing we didn’t like is the quality of the paint inside the apartments, it’s not washable and if the kids soil it you can’t wash the dirt away.

I had an amazing experience at Alta Sergeant today. Cynthia in the leasing office is so sweet and attentive. She made the whole application process so much easier and less stressful. She answered all of my questions and honestly she just gave some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

I love the Alta! If you are looking for a great place to move, look no further. The staff is incredible and super friendly. The apartments are nice and well kept. The pool area is extremely nice and there is plenty to do there. I will not be going anywhere else anytime soon.

I’m a prospective resident. My wife and I have not yet made our final decision. However, we came in from out of town, unannounced with no appointments, on a Saturday afternoon, and were welcomed to come in and tour. Cynthia did a great job showing us around and making us feel at home. We were impressed with the property and with Cynthia. I will update my review going forward if we ultimately decide to go with this property.

Beautiful property with amazing amenities! The apartments are really spacious with incredible finishes and very modern! Julio was super attentive and professional! He was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. You can tell he loves what he does. If you tour the property definitely ask for Julio he will make you feel very welcome and at home from the start!

I Will absolutely recommend their Brand new luxurious living facility to all my friends, family and whoever is ready to live the luxurious lifestyle! Their leasing agent is very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful towards the entire process! This is definitely the place to call “Home”.Im Waiting until my current lease is over so that i can rush over and experience a whole new lifestyle. Ask for Cynthia!

If you are relocating to the conroe area you have to pass by Alta. Cynthia is honestly one of the most personable leasing agents I have met. She’s is amazing. She made me feel welcomed. I loved the modern finishes and the amenities. This community is beautiful!

She was pleasant and friendly with me and my family as we toured different units. Im looking forward to Alta Sargeant being my new home for me and my son! ( Ill be visiting one more time Clarissa, next time Ill be a tenant)!

Beautiful New Community located close to multiple shopping centers and great local restaurants. 5 minutes from Downtown Conroe where live music and great food is located and only 15 minutes from Lake Conroe!
