If you’re looking for new apartment with great features, come check this place out and speak to Stephanie! Lenin, with the maintenance team, did a great job fixing my oven that wasn’t working in a timely manner!

    I moved into this apartment in September 2024, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. Not only is the property itself beautiful and well-maintained, but the staff is what really makes this place feel like home.I want to give a special shoutout to Stephanie, Bella, and Brandon for their exceptional service and dedication. Stephanie made the entire application, tour, and move-in process so seamless. She explained everything in detail, answered all my questions (even the ones I thought were silly!), and always responded promptly to calls. She made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.After moving in, I had the pleasure of meeting Bella and Brandon, and they’ve been equally fantastic. Bella is incredibly approachable, always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported. Brandon, the community manager, is amazing as well—responsive, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping residents. Their professionalism and compassion truly set this team apart.The level of service and care from Stephanie, Bella, and Brandon is unmatched. They work together so well to create a supportive and welcoming environment, making life here so much easier. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live with an incredible team managing it!

    Ive had a fantastic experience with Alta Riverside from start to finish! From the initial tour to move-in day, everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with my new home. Special shout out to Bella for her exceptional kindness and friendliness—she made me feel welcomed and supported through every step. The community is beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and I’m already feeling right at home. Highly recommend Alta Riverside to anyone looking for a place to live!

    We moved in several months ago, they are very active holding community events often and are quick to respond to maintenance calls. Lenin is always very kind and helpful when anything needs a quick fix

    So far I’ve had an incredible experience at Alta, thanks to Bella’s outstanding customer service! She went above and beyond, taking the time to give me a thorough tour of the property and making sure I was comfortable and settled into my new apartment. Her attention to detail and helpfulness made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. I usually hate the moving process, but this time it was super easy! 10/10 would recommend.

    Had a good experience touring Alta Riverside, Brittnie was really good and answered all our questions. They had some exciting specials which easily convinced us to lease right after our tour, we move-in on Feb-14. Will update our experience. Cant wait to move-in!!

    I just moved in four days ago and I must say the service from the staff has been nothing short of amazing! Special shout out to Stephanie who assisted me from the beginning of my application process until I moved in. These apartments are blessed to have a leasing agent so sweet and welcoming as she is! I absolutely love my new apartment it is so peaceful. I am super excited to call Alta Riverside home!

    Our experience at Alta has been excellent so far and we hope it to get better and better as they are in pretty good hands.     Absolutely beautiful community, went to tour with a friend and the leasing agent, Stephanie, went over all the amenities and showed a couple units. My friend is so excited to move in. Monica the manager even came out and introduced herself and asked if we had any questions, really felt like home not just an apartment. Look forwarded to visiting in the future and maybe even moving in too!

    Stephanie gave me a tour of some great looking, soon to be apartments! she was accommodating and answered a lot of questions for me regarding apartment amenities and things to do! This apartment complex is right on the corner of 635 and 161 which will make commuting so much easier, as well as being within 30 minutes of most major metroplex attractions. Cant wait to move in once my unit is ready! Would definitely recommend scheduling a tour with Stephanie, shes the best!

    Currently a resident and so far its been great. Move in was so easy and nothing complicated. Stephanie and Bella have been so helpful and have answered all my questions, they are the best!! I love that its per friendly and they are working on an on-site dog park. I would recommend this place. Easy access to highways and tons of restaurants and shopping close by.
