I have lived in Alta landing for a few weeks and have had very pleasant experience from the moment I applied.Hannah was extremely helpful during the application process.Michael was wonderful during the move-in , there were quite a few people in the office that day but he remained professional and bubbly with everyone.The property is absolutely beautiful. Not to mention the amount of space inside the apartments. I never thought I could find a 3bedroom 3 bathroom apt with huge walk in closets. I look forward to living out my lease here.

I’ve been living at Alta Landing for about six months, and it’s been a wonderful experience! The community is peaceful and feels very safe. The move-in process was made so much easier thanks to Michael, who was incredibly helpful and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great apartment!

Been here since September, I love it. The maintenance comes same day as work order. The apartment complex stays pretty clean no trash laying around or dog poop everywhere. They have events every month and the staff are really friendly and amazing.

I’ve enjoyed staying here over the past 6 months. Maintenance team is top tier, always fulfilling our request within a reasonable time. Staff in the office is always friendly and welcoming. Although we’ve had some bad press, it does not overshadow our community as a whole. We have parties, meet and greets, as well as food trucks hosting for small businesses. I couldn’t have picked a better community to reside in! God Bless

I’ve been living at Alta Landing for almost 3 years now, and I can honestly say the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. The community is well-maintained and I’ve really enjoyed the sense of comfort and convenience that comes with living here. Ive been living in my apartment complex for a while now, and I must say, its been a great experience. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-maintained gym, a beautiful pool area, and plenty of green spaces. The management team is always responsive and helpful, making sure any maintenance requests are handled promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Overall, its a comfortable and pleasant place to live.

I am a firm believer that crime can happen anywhere. While we would love to blame management or owners, we are the only ones responsible for our safety. I love the community and the staff. Everyone has been kind and pleasant every time I visit the office. The property is beautiful and well kept. Unfortunately, things do happen that are out of our control but together, we can make a difference.

Apartments are new and nice. But lately few things are changing like noise’s neighbors. Walls are thin so you can hear anything. Also parking is not allowed on the Joplin at anymore and reserved parking signs are hard to read at night time. I just got towed and it was a hefty $300 plus fee. The AC is also very loud since it’s inside the closet.Dog park has lots of droppings, during summer people jumped the fence to get in the pool that don’t live here.Overall its safe and staff and maintenance crew is very helpful.

The service attendant Michael H. Is amazing! He very knowledgeable kind and patient with each resident . I came in today with some grievances and needed assistance with the online website. Michael was able to assist me not just with the website, but showed me how to use different apps that help residences at Alta. He’s been in employee for about five months and has made an improvement in the atmosphere in the front office and enhanced the overall team . At least my experience living here. Again, I have to express how grateful I am for Michael . He helped me , heard me out , and reassured me that there is improvement coming to the property and he did everything he could two successfully help me through my concerns and grievances that I had. I feel more confident and welcomed, To live here.

I moved in a few months ago and it still feels like I’m living on vacation! The pool and workout spaces are gorgeous and well kept. And the community is fairly active w activities and people lounging around the pool! Plus the couple of issues I’ve had in my apartment were taken care of immediately if not sooner! Plus I love that I have a yard for my dogs and to watch the sunset.

Words can’t express the outstanding experience we had at Atla Landing. We had a very unique situation and needed an affordable apartment ASAP. Michael was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. The apartments are taken care of very well and I love it here. I’ve been at peace here.Lacee is great. Funny, Perky and a great personality.Only complaint I have is no gate to keep stragglers out and the randoms that come swim in our pool.Is it worth 2200 for a 2 bedroom? Or 1600 for a 1? Yeah, but could be a little cheaper just because the gate/fence.

Brand new development and you can truly tell. Everything is upgraded and looks amazing. Lacee walked me through the property and showed me the amenities and truly made me feel so comfortable. Unlike my last apartment, Lacee made me feel like if I had any problems I could come to her and she would work them out for me which is super important in my book! Love the apartments and the staff so I will probably be putting a deposit down soon!

Ive NEVER had an experience as good as the one ive had here at Alta. They offer a true five star service. They have an amazing and super welcoming team. Everything is great the gym, the pool, the community areas, the dog park, the valet trash, THE APARTMENT!!!! The apartments are so fresh and sleek it makes me want to be home. It feels like such a huge upgrade and at the same price as my old ghetto apartments. Even the community is better, the people are so friendly its like nothing ive ever experienced and im so happy to call this place my new home.🙈💚💚

From Day one with Apt manager Lacee to present with assistant Brandon, this team has been nothing but outstanding in professionalism, response and ensuring the comfortability and needs of the residents. The maintenance crew has been outstanding and helpful. The property itself, although not complete is structured well and the on-site amenities and local merchants are great. All in all since Oct 2022 everything has been spot on. Great job Alta Team.

I cannot say better things about this community and the entire Alta Landing Team! Aside from the fact that they are brand new units, the support team is amazing. Looking for a new home is already stressful, but even more so when youre coming from out of state. Kelly was extremely patient and kind to me and answered every single question I had (there was a lot). She did a fantastic job walking me through the entire application process and held my hand through it all. Because I came from out of state and couldnt actually visit the community in person, Kelly took the time and provided me with a ton of photos and virtual tours of what the units looked like. She was also extremely efficient and timely answering emails! Once my wife and I finally made our way into the community, we were welcomed with open arms by Lacee, who has been our day-to-day on site go to since weve moved in! Like Kelly, Lacee is also extremely patient and so sweet, and took the time to show us around, and is always available to answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend the Alta Landing Community to anyone looking for new home!

First impression’s count, and I can say that Brandon made my first impression a great one! Brandon gave me enough information that I know that I’m going to sign a lease. I just want to look at one more apartment when it’s done. Everyone wants to call their properties “Luxury”, though I think it’s in the eyes of the beholder. I would definitely call what I saw luxury. I’m a disabled veteran and access is everything. They also have some good move in special’s, and there’s a Pubic Storage place next door!!I promise to do update’s as my experience with this place grows!

We came by to look at a place as we were referred by our friends.. and we are so happy they did, the two young ladies working there were so kind and answered all our questions with a smile on their face. They showed us around and went over every amenity that the complex has to offer. It was a no brainer for us as it has all the bells and whistles and is close to everything.
