I recently took a tour of Alta Grandway Apartments, and I was thoroughly impressed! Marley, the leasing agent, was incredibly kind and detailed, providing all the information I needed. The floor plans and layout were beautiful and well-designed. The property manager was also very sweet and attentive. The staff made a great impression, and the amenities and technology offered at the property were top-notch. Alta Grandway is definitely worth a visit and a place you can call home.

I recently moved into Alta Grandway, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Delmy was absolutely fantastic—professional, helpful, and made the entire move-in process seamless. She provided all the necessary information during the tour and was incredibly responsive throughout the application process, which I truly appreciated given my time constraints.The community is exactly what I was looking for! I decided to choose Alta because it is the perfect mix of what I need. The property is nice and clean, in a perfect location, and the units are well laid out and spacious. Me and my boyfriend toured with Fredrick, and he was so kind and personable and super helpful. He was very thorough in giving us all the important details about the property and was willing to accommodate. He took us to see the exact unit Ill be in, as well as the furnished model. Hes been super responsive over email and phone to address any questions or concerns Ive had during the process. That alone made me want to live here even more. Thank you Fredrick!
