After doing a ton of research, I settled on touring this complex before any others, due to good reviews, location, and amenities offered. Safety, privacy, and cleanliness were my top priorities. They have great security measures in place and residents seem to be very respectful.Marian was extremely helpful in answering my questions and went out of her way to allow me to view different floor plans on more than one occasion to ensure I found the right floor plan that met all of my needs while staying within my budget. She called to check on me weeks after my first tour and invited me back for another tour. She remembered all of my wants/needs, which made it seem like finding the right one was just as important to her as it was to me. Schedule your tour and ask for Marian. You won’t regret it.I’ve been a resident here for a little over a month and absolutely love it here. The hallways and complex are constantly cleaned. On a select few occasions I’ve noticed someone leave behind a piece of trash or a spill on the floor, but their cleaning crew does a great job and consistently cleans the property.I’ve had two maintenance requests so far, which were both addressed the very next day. I do wish they had warned me about the hard water but that is easy to work around with the right cleaning supplies. Having brand new appliances and a fridge with filtered water makes a huge difference.The complex and hallways are very quiet, almost too good to be true. They host events from time to time for the residents to mingle. Parking spots seem to fill up quickly around some of the buildings once everyone gets off of work, but it has not caused any issues for me since I have a garage - something to keep in mind if you do work late hours and do not plan on paying for a garage or covered parking spot. I cannot say this applies to the entire complex, only a minor observation I noticed at my building. It is a very quiet and peaceful complex.The second work order that I submitted, they responded to very quickly. Abraham is the best maintenance guy around. He is always friendly and highly experienced. He was very careful with repairs and swift to complete them.

I have been a resident since last June. The process was easy and simple which I appreciated so much, considering other complexes I lived with in the past where there was a lot of cat and mouse.From application to approval the process was seamless and I absolutely love my community and neighbors that I have met.Safe Clean building, nice gym, clean grounds, resident events, quiet building, neighbors speak to you and I feel safe.Marian is amazing by the way!!! And everyone on the team, they just always speak and greet you with a smile and have made my stay here with me and my daughter feel like I am not alone but I am apart of a community.

I am so glad I decided to visit this complex. From the first interactions with the front office staff, I felt welcomed. Marian, Ralph, and Tre made me feel like family before I even signed a lease, and have been consistent even after I moved in. I had an issue with my fridge and the maintenance staff was quick and responsive to take care of the problem, all without me having to be home. I truly have no complaints about Alta Firewheel. Fantastic staff interactions, great amenities, beautiful appliances and close to so many places to shop and dine. Couldnt be happier with my decision to move here.Oh, and did I mention free coffee and hot chocolate?

It wasn’t that fake, forced “customer service” vibe either; everybody was genuinely cool, smiling, and just giving good energy!Brittany? She’s the truth. Super knowledgeable, straight up, and really looks out for people. She’s not just tryna get you in a unit—she actually wants you to be in a good situation, and I respect that heavy. Even with the weather acting dull and ugly, the whole team kept the energy high.If you’re looking for a spot where the staff actually cares and the vibe feels like home before you even sign a lease, this is it. 10/10 recommend! I’ve been here for about a month and feel comfortable extending a review. Alta Firewheel has been great so far. I’ll share a few key things I also look for in reviews: For those dependent on elevators, please note the only building that has an elevator is building 1 and 2 they have four floors. While Buildings 3,4 and 5 are stairs only. There’s no package room like Luxer or Parcel Pending. They offer Fetch (3rd party vendor where you schedule your delivery) I’m still too new to have used Fetch as I haven’t had anything delivered, but from reviews online Fetch is hit or miss but that’s how you get your packages. Otherwise you’d have to hope your delivery driver is generous enough to deliver to your door. (Likely not, when package rooms exist at other complexes)Consider assigning your Amazon specific products to a local locker.The complex is a new build as of 2023 that I believe just started renting in 2024. Based on the availability online, the complex is not yet at a near full occupancy and while I ultimately purchased a reserved space I will be interested to see how parking plays out over the year. Overall, good complex.

Great facilities! Moved here from out of state! Very tranquil place. Away from the hustle and bustle. Safe, clean and remote yet still accessible! Having moved from a big city like Chicago to here has been such a complete 360. The management team have been nothing short of amazing. Ralph is always a pleasure and pleasant and gets to tasks immediately! Brittany is a gem and conducted a fun and upfront tour! I applied the same day! The property manager there is fabulous too! Cant remember his name but he is always so helpful and friendly!Shout out to the maintenance crew Maria and Abraham! Ive heard a lot of terrible things about Greystar management but so far they have been incredible! On top of work orders. Before you even click send on the work order they are at your door.Will post an update after 6 months of being here.

I came to tour the newest building that just finished being built. I was interested in 2 different layouts that Jaycee helped me tour. She offered refreshments before going to walk the property and its amenities offered. Property looks great! Default lighting is a white hue, which I’m so picky about (no need for me to switch out bulbs). For anyone who enjoys baths, they have deep bathtubs!! There are carport and garage parking options available for an extra fee, and I was able to snag up a garage before they’re all taken. I have pets and Jaycee mentioned there’s laminate flooring and cement underneath, which is great because I always try to be mindful of my neighbors. Also, they have the A/C unit and water heater outside of the units behind a locked door that only property staff has access to, because they want to limit their visits inside our apartments!! Wow! Hallways to the front doors are completely enclosed to the outside, so no need to worry about Texas heat walking to your unit. I would like to add that office staff have great communication and teamwork amongst each other, since Rob helped me on the phone while Jaycee was out of office for a couple of days. I have experience working as a leasing consultant and have rented from a variety of properties. Great first impressions and am so excited for move-in day!!

My fiance and have been looking for an apartment for over four months and the level customer service has been horrible, but this guy made the tour very memorable as he was just as excited as we were that we came to tour.We completed an application, because he didn’t shy away from any questions on they will take care of us and we figure if the service if this now we believe it can only be consistent.We can’t wait to be one of the first people to move in.
