My sister and I recently visited Alpine Village to look for our new home . The experience was amazing from the moment I we got off our vehicle there was already someone at the door waiting for us to step inside the leasing office. Umber was the most sweetest person I have ever encountered as an apartment leasing agent! We fell in love with a unit we thankfully we got approved for. I can’t wait to move in! Thank you so much Umber and as well to the assistant manager I believe that assisted my sister and I today; you guys answered all questions and concerns and overall made this experience so much more special!

Kylie was amazing, she was very welcoming from the moment we walk through the door. Kylie was very knowledgeable about the projects happening around the community. She really made me feel that this is where I wanted to be. Both Kylie and the other young lady in the office are great. You won’t be disappointed.

Everyone here is so sweet and always willing to help! Umber, Kiley, and Mandy are literally the best—they answered all my questions and continue to go above and beyond. I absolutely love the complex!I applied before touring, which I typically wouldn’t do, but I trusted my locator’s recommendation and couldn’t be happier. The whole process was super smooth with no hiccups or issues along the way. Even with it being a partially active construction zone, I barely notice any work going on, and the construction crew is incredibly kind.Eduardo is also amazing—he’s quick to respond if there’s ever a maintenance issue. If you’re considering moving here, definitely go for it! You won’t regret it.

Alpine Village is located near the I-30, Hwy 161 Service Road for easy access to get to your next destination anywhere in the metroplex. Give Them A Call or stop by for a visit. Ask for Umber, or any of their Front Office Staff who will provide you Top Notch Customer Service. They will be glad you did and so will you.

This new complex is breathtaking. It gives the elegant, sleek home anyone would be looking forward to living in. I truly appreciate the welcoming hospitality the staff members showed, especially Bralon Thomas. He had excellent knowledge regarding the complex and an outstanding personality. I would consider moving here!

Umber was so amazing!!! My first time moving out and living on my own, she helped me through the entire process and listened to me attentively. She truly tried to find the best option for me and was looking out for my best interest. I️ toured a couple of apartments before here, and by far Umber was the best at explaining and breaking down everything!!! Not to mention this place is BEAUTIFUL, new, safe, and had the biggest yard i’ve seen yet for an apartment. Thank you Alpine Village for a blissful start to my new chapter! (def locked in the same day as the tour.. no hesitation needed) 😭

I am so impressed with the office crew at this complex - specifically Bralon Thomas. I am relocating to Dallas from another city and Im not able to come tour the complex. Bralon has gone above and beyond to provide me videos of the amenities and units I am interested in. Not only that but Bralon has taken so much time outside of work hours to answer my numerous questions about the property. I have spoken to several communities in the Dallas area over the last few weeks and no one has even come close to the top-notch level of customer service as Alpine Village. I have also spoken to others in their office over the phone and had a great experience as well. I love the beautiful and spacious layouts of the units and big yards for my dogs! Bralon - thank you for making this decision easy. I feel comfortable signing a lease here knowing the office team provides this level of support!

I toured this apartment over the weekend and I loved it. I met with Kiley and she was so sweet. She answered all my questions and showed me the floor plans I am interested in. The property is still under going construction so it isnt finished yet but I can tell this will be a beauty. Ill definitely be back in September to check it out. This is number one on my list of apartments. Thanks Kiley!
