This 5-star review focuses solely on the exceptional customer service we received from Kay during our property tour. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely sweet.Unfortunately, I cant extend the same praise to the property itself. While the location and pricing are definite advantages, the condition of the units left much to be desired. The building has a strong odor of old carpet and cigarettes, and the units feel worn down and neglected. -

The apartment complex is in a perfect location and well maintained .Kay griffin did show us all the options and was so sweet showing us all the differences in prices and comparing options.Building 3 need work to be done to it specially the hall carpet but over all it was great and residents did recommend it for me . -

Everyone friendly, caring. Management goes to extraordinary length to please residents and they certainly work together as a team, kind’a like family. The environment is so nice-fabulous pool floor! Gym complete and convenient as well as common area spacious for entertaining and kept in mint condition. They provide private space and room for personal business meetings. Spontaneous residents get together offering specialty drinks , varied foods, wonderful hosts. -

Took a tour at Allegro this past weekend and enjoyed my experience! Kay was the experience associate onsite that assisted me and helped get me all set for my self guided tour. She was very sweet, interactive and knowledgeable on the property as well as the neighborhood and surrounding areas. I really enjoyed speaking with Kay and would recommend her for anyone planning to tour/ lease with the complex! -

I don’t live here and cannot attest to the quality of life when residing here.I went to this apartment building to meet a friend.I absolutely love the floor plans. The apartments are not brand new but seems to have been maintained much better than most other apartments in the area. I also like the fact that they have individual garages if needed.Price seems much more reasonable than other comparable apartments in addison. This is definitely a place you would want to check out.Only negative - although it’s in a very safe and clean area the apartment building is close to a highway. I would assume you would have issues with loud cars and motorbikes on weekends. -

I love the view off of my patio on the fourth floor, my apartment is extremely spacious, and I love the layout. Overall, this place is amazing. Edit: the pipes burst frequently over parking, I had over $300 of damage done to my car. -
Review 7 (2024-06-04 - Rating: 5)
I walked into allegro in a dire need of looking at an apartment with only 30 minutes before closing. The lady in the front was able to give me the keys to an apartment that was moving ready and was super nice about the timing. I was able to apply for the apartment that we saw and I’m so excited to move in. -

Kay was amazing! She made mine and my roommates move so seamless and was so thorough in explaining about the community and showing us all of the amenities! -
Review 9 (2024-05-31 - Rating: 4)
Revised 5/31:The Allegro is located in a prime location very close to Addison Circle and all of the associated attractions. The buildings are fairly clean and it is obvious that some thought has been given to things like the selection of appliances and attention to detail on paintwork. (Especially in comparison to the units and buildings under stewardship of MAA Addison right next door.)Having said that the leasing office can be difficult to get a straight answer out of, especially for non-locals. But while they were initially unyielding to my situation I was eventually able to escalate my case to a satisfactory conclusion. Thus I believe some of the staff, though not all, take their job seriously and strive to do the right thing.Ultimately I decided to select another apartment complex to live in. But I believe my last conversation with their office to have been sincere and genuinely appreciate their follow-up. Perhaps Ill revisit this community in the future! -

I had a wonderful experience at Allergo Apartments that Im excited to share. The attention to detail in the apartments design was impressive, offering both comfort and functionality. The management team was friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns. The amenities provided, from the fitness center to the communal spaces, added to the overall appeal. The convenient location made daily commuting a breeze. If youre seeking a well-maintained and comfortable living space with excellent service, Allergo Apartments is a top choice. -

Review 14 (2020-07-26 - Rating: 5)
By far, this is THE BEST place to live in Addison! Been here more than a year and love it, I just re-signed..Excellent location in Addison near all the fun. Beautiful looking apartments with rock/stone on the outside(rather than just boring brick)/wood floors/spacious apartments with big balconies/private garages, beautiful property with Trees/Nature everywhere(Huge plus for me) in Addison Circle with walking paths, benches to rest, parks and restaurants walkable/scattered throughout, clean and safe as well. The staff here is AMAZING!! Kristina in the front office is excellent and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the right apartment that fits you, and checks all your boxes(she asked me at the beginning what I needed to have, and exceeded it!!). They have been flexible and have gone out of their way to help me with things Ive needed even when Ive been inaccessible. Also they have a Hello Alfred service that is a welcomed surprise(theyd wipe down my apt/take trash/SHOP and BRING groceries/make bed/bring mail/put away dishes/etc.. Every Friday before I got home!!) - Logan is outstanding for them!!!Ive never had any issues at all... Maintenance is fast and kind (usually within a few hours work is completed), they set up community events/have restaurants cater food/Pool and Cabana Area on ROOF/even show random thoughts of kindness with gifts/rewards to let you know they care. Its a great community type feeling rather than just an apartment building to live.I would+have highly recommend friends and think its a great place to live!! -
Review 15 (2023-04-01 - Rating: 5)
Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been resolved very quickly, the apartment is extremely nice and to be in Addison and the price we were able to get a two bedroom it’s a steal. The area is very walkable with dog parks, restaurants, dry cleaners and a little bodega. The pet fee is a little steep compared to other places but the monthly pet rent is about average! Regardless very fun place to live.I should add, if you’re someone who expects 10 acre quietness this won’t be your place to stay. Its an apartment aka a communal space so there will be noise (kids in courtyard etc) however since moving in, my unit is on the inner edge closest to the freeway and yet I hear minimal to no freeway noise, the kids are kids and play during the day (again communal living) and my neighbors are pleasant and haven’t been loud. So while you won’t be able to go into full zen, the noise isn’t as many say. -
Review 16 (2020-01-14 - Rating: 4)
Ive been enjoying my apartment for about 4 months. The external building construction is mostly (98%) done and Im not hearing anything now. I work from home, but was able to continue work during the construction.Staff is very friendly and helpful - large complex and they remember my name when I walk in! (Probably an amazing testiment to the Staff Person who remembers my name and whos name escapes me! :) ) Additionally, when I submit a work order through the online portal, it is assigned and addressed within about a day! Love my floor plan, love the neighborhood and the location at Arapaho and the Tollway cant be beat. Although the wear is showing in the building and the apartment a little more than it should for its age, its still rather modern in look and style. In my opinion, there are a few things the management company could implement that could take it up a notch with respect to updates and attention to detail, but these are apartments, not condos. Finally, Im really enjoying Hello Alfred! Wasnt sure what to expect and Im happy I signed up! They stop by weekly to spiffy up a few areas of your apartment. And, though I didnt think Id use this portion, they will do a grocery run for you and deliver it to your kitchen for a small % of the bill charge. Now I plan to utilize their $5 service to drop off a box of items to Goodwill and schedule (and manage) my flat screen wall brackets for a fee. -
Review 17 (2016-10-03 - Rating: 5)
I LOVE living in Allegro Apartments. The front office staff are all amazing, so sweet and very, very helpful. The maintenance staff is excellent and also very friendly. The apartments are beautiful and I love the amenities. They take great care of the pool area and did beautiful updates and added another grill this spring. The kitchen/lounge area upstairs by the pool is beautiful and accessible to everyone at no extra charge. The conference room that you can reserve at no extra charge is also beautiful. Their location is wonderful with so many parks, restaurants and entertainment in easy walking distance and they are very pet friendly. I really love living here!! -
Review 18 (2015-11-16 - Rating: 4)
Pros: SUPER FRIENDLY and ATTENTIVE front office people. Best Ive ever come across and my family has never owned a home. We were only there for a year but they knew us personally and really seemed like theyd miss us when we left. We only left because we are moving to another state soon but otherwise the apartment was gorgeous and the space was great! Updated appliances, black concrete floors were easy to manage, and the two bedroom two full bathroom space was a really good price for the size. Their office package pick-up service is phenomenal. No more guess work; they tell you when a package has arrived, have you sign, and email you confirmation of it being picked up. Great process made life easy for the frequent Amazon-users like us.Everything is done online from rent, maintenance, updates, and notifications. Very simple and up to date process.Cons: EVERYBODY is a dog owner and the complex is littered with dog poop. Late night drunkeness and fighting are common because of the bars nearby. Traffic around Addison is HORRIBLE, but thats not really the fault of Allegro. Weird ceiling fans in the apartment where the living room one was very old and the bedroom one was so futuristic it didnt make sense (no speed control ability, made a helicopter noise because it only had 2 blades, etc.) Some of the light switches are located in weird places like inconvenient to the space. These are all minor, this place is great either way! -
Review 19 (2024-04-20 - Rating: 4)
The Allegro is a great complex close to the heart of Addison Circle. There are six restaurants within a five minute walk as well as three parks plus a dog park including the spectacular Addison Circle park. The apartments in the Allegro vary from quiet to noisy depending upon their location and proximity to the DNT. There are two decently equipped gyms that are seldom busy. Nice pool deck with BBQ and games. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings -
Review 20 (2018-02-08 - Rating: 4)
I just moved from here after two years. I was in building 3 and loved that location. Where my apartment was located was in a great spot, neighbors were quite and I had no problems. Parking was pretty good, had its moment with being pretty full and had moments where they would tow and wouldnt, so that one is a hit or miss, so be careful. I never had issues with the leasing office, but had a few complaints with the neighbor above me, that was a bit frustrating, but it can only be handle the best way they can handle it. Outside of that, living near the highway is something to get use to, which you tend to tone that out, I had no problems with that. During events, it can get pretty crowded, but nice to be there during 4th of July because you can walk. For the apartment, they are slightly up to date, can be upgraded with what you are paying for, so that is something to consider before renting. As the market has went up and the prices are a bit high, so I had to move due to the price increase. It was nice staying there, had no problems, but had to leave due to the price increase. If your looking for something quite and calm with not much traffic, this is a great place. I picked this place because its a small community. Worked out for me. -
Review 21 (2023-12-18 - Rating: 5)
Great location; walkable pedestrian friendly; dog friendly-many well-maintained dog parks and lots of green space for laying outside and reading, ball playing, wonderful exercise/workout room, comfortable and inviting common indoor rooms for meetings, many spontaneous but announced social functions with food and beverages (no charge), outstanding pool and spacious room even cabanas. walk to cleaners, restaurants quite a variety. Office management: very pleasant to work with; they will help you all you will let them. Maintenance expedient, experienced; not pleased tell them what, where and when - they will make it right. Constantly improving and maintaining the shrubs, trees, decor.Very good at taking suggestions from tenets; making it your home environment. They are determined to make it the best by helping you enjoy being home. All ages seen out and about; very considerate and friendly but non-intrusive tenets. -

Weve been residents of Allegro for many years. In that time, with issues that have popped up, weve had excellent response time from the office and the maintenance crew. In fact, the maintenance crew here is STELLAR! Those three gentlemen are always prompt, knowledgable, and get the jobs done well. We are so grateful and impressed by them! -
Review 23 (2019-12-08 - Rating: 4)
Like any mid priced apartment complex, Allegro has its downsides, but in the 2 months I have lived here I find more upsides. The floor plans are far more spacious than the Post Addison apartments and the water pressure alone was worth the switch. The interiors are well done and feel modern. I have only had two small issues where I needed to place a repair order, and both times the repairs were done same day. For anyone new to Dallas (as I am) the location is great. The Circle itself has several good restaurants, bars, dry cleaning, small market, massage, hair stylists and pretty much anything you need (other than big box stores or grocery stores) within a a very short walk. Addison is also easy to get to any area of DFW as it lies right along the North Dallas Parkway / Toll Road.Downside - while the apartments are well laid out and look modern and nice, they did use as low priced material as possible, but again it is a mid priced complex. And this is part of why there is construction going on. I rarely hear neighbors, but if you are in an apartment facing or near facing the toll road, you hear it. My only complaint is, they obviously used sound proof windows in the fitness room, so why not on the apartments facing the toll road? But over all, very happy with my choice to move here. -
Review 24 (2020-05-08 - Rating: 5)
The staff at Allegro are seriously amazing. They are always responding quickly to any questions I have and are very friendly. We havent had any issues and since the construction ended its generally very quiet! Our dogs love the little courtyard to hang out in and we enjoy all of the amenities. They make sure were happy here! -
Review 25 (2017-03-25 - Rating: 5)
This is a great place to live. Unlike some of the other properties directly above bars in Addison Circle, this one is close enough to the circle without the noise of being directly in it. Very nice floors, kitchen and bathroom amenities.... its been very quiet and I almost never hear my neighbors. My favorite feature are the rooftop pool and rentable bungalows. Staff is friendly, I cant recommend enough. -
Review 26 (2020-01-02 - Rating: 5)
My husband and I recently moved from Reno, Nevada to Addison, Texas. After searching many different properties in the area Allegro had everything we were looking for so we decided to move forward in signing a lease. We can honestly say that we absolutely love it! The location is amazing. Addison circle reminds me of a movie set and is beautiful. It has local bars, restaurants, convenient stores, several parks throughout perfect for walking and playing with our pup, dry cleaners, pup wash stations, salons, barbershops and much more. It is beautifully lit in the evening making evening strolls peaceful and enjoyable. We also have free access to the Addison Athletic Club for being a resident. Not to mention being foodies, our favorite street to visit is Beltline Rd. Talk about never having to go to the same food place ever again. So many options for food and entertainment.I notice a lot of the negative reviews for complex are mainly based on the construction which is understandable, however, they do have you sign disclosures and it is clear that they have renovation construction going on when you visit the property. Not to mention, they give a full months rent free due to the inconvenience. In my eyes, I am happy that they are updating the property to match the location as it is in a desirable higher end business community with townhomes in the same circle selling for upper $400-$500k.As far as price, with the one months rent free which you can add to your move in costs ( Helpful with pup fees), the rent is equivalent to what we paid in Reno for a one bedroom apartment built in the 1970s. This apartment in Reno would be easily close to $1800-$2000/mon. I would say their rate for this area is priced is pretty cheap comparable and once the construction is complete I am sure the rates will go up as our friend down the street is paying $1800 for a more updated apartment but much smaller.Aside from construction, we are happy with the staff, the rate, the layout and style of floor plan, the events that they put on for us and all amenities that are available, including Hello Alfred services that are included, and the convenient location. -

Beautiful apartment and amazing location. The apartment is spacious and a wonderful layout. I dont have any noise issues and any noise you here is minimal. The apartment complex is clean, although sometimes neighbors leave trash by the bin instead of putting it in. -

Just moved in to Allegro right before the snow storm hit in Dallas, TX. Allegro kept us up to date on power outages and water issues. They were as on top of things as much as they could be. Now that the storm is over, I have been able to explore the apartment building and the community. It is amazing, and I am so happy we chose to live at Allegro Apartments. -
