Shelly is a lifesaver!! Within an hour of reaching out to her, on a Sunday no less, she responded and we began our apartment search. Within less than 24 hours she sent me a list of options meeting my criteria. My son and I toured our top choice that same afternoon and he was all set in a great place within a couple days. It was her quick efforts and attention to details which helped everything go as smoothly as it did.Our case had some challenges, which Shelly helped us navigate through smoothly. Shelly goes the extra mile and knows her business, how to overcome potential roadblocks and provides top notch customer service. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I never had an apartment locator work as hard as Shelly!! She made it so easy for me and my fiance!! Shelly works 25/8, with the exception of family time, but, she treated my family as if we were family and assisted us with great properties and deals!!! She even contacted properties and the properties were awesome!!! Thank you so much Shelly, we will definitely use you again!! And I encourage anyone having difficulties finding a place to stay, tell Shelly where, when and how much, shell exceed your expectations!!!
