I’ve been living at Alexan Riverside for a few months now, and it has been a wonderful experience! The team here truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Zoe is always friendly and does an incredible job organizing resident events that bring the community together. Carlos is approachable, professional, and eager to help whenever needed.The property is well-managed, and the cleanliness of the complex is consistently impressive. I also want to highlight the maintenance team, particularly Julio for his exceptional service. With the colder weather setting in, I noticed my heater wasn’t working and submitted a work order. Julio arrived within the hour and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.Overall, living here has been a pleasure. The management, staff, and community make Alexan Riverside a fantastic place to call home. Highly recommend!

Overall, I had a great experience living at Alexan Riverside. The community is clean and feels safe. However, guest parking is extremely limited, and enforcement is strict, making it very challenging to host visitors. The staff is very communicative, often sending daily emails about updates and issues—be sure to manage your notifications, as messages from the complex’s app and emails can feel overwhelming. The location is decent, with convenient access to the trail. We ultimately chose not to renew our lease after finding a more budget-friendly option in a slightly older nearby option. Otherwise, we would have happily stayed.

From the resort-style pool to the fully equipped gym, everything is top-notch.What truly sets Alexan Riverside apart, though, is the incredible staff—especially Zoe. From the moment I first walked into the leasing office, Zoe’s kindness and welcoming attitude made all the difference. She’s incredibly personable, always goes out of her way to help with any questions or concerns, and genuinely cares about making residents feel at home. It’s rare to meet someone as thoughtful and hardworking as Zoe, and I can’t thank her enough for everything she does.If you’re looking for a community that’s not only beautiful but also has a team that treats you like family, Alexan Riverside is the place for you. I recently visited a friend at this beautiful property while in Austin and was extremely impressed! It is a new beautiful building with amazing amenities. I absolutely loved the amenity deck and the outdoor spaces have been beautifully designed. The apartment was large with a beautiful design. I had a chance to speak with a few of the staff team members and they were very nice and helpful. If I was searching for a property in downtown Austin this property would be it for me.

I literally love visiting both of my friends that have moved in here. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has all the amenities that you could ask for. The management team, including Zoe O. has been professional and responsive from the start, making any process smooth and stress-free, from visitor parking, to helping me find my way around. The location is perfect for any young professionals, close to downtown, HEB, and some really cute bars. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!

I’ve been living here for almost a year, and me & my roommate love it!We both moved from Houston and couldn’t be any happier. I think management does a great job at mitigating situations when any problem happens. They do their best to fix problems promptly (not that there are a ton of issues).Maintenance requests get done either same day or the next (maintenance crew is awesome!) Visitor parking is limited, but anytime friends come to visit, they never really have an issue with finding parking, if they don’t, they either park on the street or at the venue across the street. The people that live here are great and seem like respectful-responsible people. Is it perfect? No, but what place is? I think the most important part to any apartment community is management and how much they care. Amenities are awesome, we have security every night, they have resident events all the time, the most tasty free coffee, and a kombucha tap. The only other complaint I hear from tenants that live in the higher floors is how thin the walls seem and can hear neighbors at times, but I do feel like that is most newer mid-rises nowadays. I live in a corner unit second floor and our floors and roof are concrete, so we don’t hear a thing.All in all, this is coming from a girl who is very picky and does thorough research, I highly recommend these apartments! Also, shoutout to Zoe that is such a great part of the leasing team. She’s so sweet and helpful! Me and my roomy always love running into her and saying hello.

I’m moving across the country from Miami to Austin with just my clothes and my car. It has been both exciting and overwhelming. However, my experience with Alexan Riverside has been nothing short of incredible! The team, especially Carlos, has gone above and beyond to make this transition as smooth as possible for me.From answering my emails promptly to helping me coordinate furniture deliveries and assemblers, they have made what could have been a really stressful process feel seamless. Their support and professionalism have really stood out. I feel so grateful to be working with such a supportive and thoughtful team/building.Although I haven’t moved in yet my experience so far has been amazing and I’m so excited to settle in.

The complex itself is stunning, well-maintained, and offers incredible amenities, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff—especially Zoe at the front desk. Zoe is an absolute gem! She’s hardworking, always attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. Her dedication and effort do so much to make this community great. We have lived here for a little over 3 months and i highly recommend Alexan Riverside. The location is perfect. Very walkable area. Restaurants nearby and just a quarter mile from Town Lake. I’ve already lost a few pounds. The leasing agents are the best. Very friendly and helpful no matter who you come in contact with. The manager has been very receptive to feedback in the short time we have been here. The maintenance staff is top notch and responds to requests day of or next day. The halls are well lit as this was something we noticed other apartment buildings nearby did not have. The parking garage requires you to have access to open and close the doors making it safer for residents. The apartments are studio to 2br with a den. Having the den allows us to work from home with no issues. The amenities such as the pool, conference rooms, club house, coffee bar, gym and weekly activities are the icing on the cake.

I came in twice for a tour and he was very accommodating to my questions and patient with me throughout the whole process. Responded to all my emails and questions in a really diligent manner and I am very excited to be a resident here. The facilities are nice and the units are beautiful.

She gave a very thorough tour of the complex and amenities and I could tell she truly loved the being at the apartment herself. It’s easier making a decision knowing the staff loves where they work!Zoe consistently kept us updated on apartment availability and specials while we waited to apply closer to our move-in date and was very understanding and flexible with us. She really went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met :)The complex itself is stunning. The units are immaculate, super clean, and (most importantly) modern. Not only was Zoe an exceptional tour guide, but she also brought a lively and caring energy to the experience, patiently addressing all our queries.Ultimately, we chose Alexan Riverside not only for its distinctive apartment layouts and top-notch amenities but also because of Zoes fantastic service! Even after moving in, the property management team, led by Jamie, has been outstanding. Despite never having met me in person, Jamie recognized me instantly, demonstrating a personal touch that truly sets them apart. And when it came to service requests, Julio and Adrian were prompt, friendly, and professional in addressing them. Alexan Riverside also offers a ton of activities each month that the team carefully curates.Were excited about the prospect of calling Alexan Riverside home for the foreseeable future. I love this apartment complex! I moved in early March and everything has been awesome. Staff is super friendly and the communication is way better than other places I’ve lived. I love that they have their own community app to keep us informed, and the resident events are really fun. The pool and community areas are clean and well-kept. My dad says this place is “bougie”, haha. I would definitely recommend Alexan apartments to anyone looking for an affordable higher-end apartment experience.I’ve seen some comments here about fees— I specifically asked about fees up front when I toured the apartment and everything was explained to me fully before I signed the lease. No surprises here — the valet trash fee and community fees were noted up front. (I personally really like the valet trash service.) I expected to pay more for the extra amenities, and so far nothing has seemed out of the ordinary.Compared to the things I’ve put up with regularly at previous apartments, I have no complaints here at Alexan Riverside! While it’s impossible to please everyone, I think most folks who just want a nice, clean and safe place to live will enjoy living here. :)

We LOVE living at Alexan Riverside. From the beginning, Jamie was an absolute rock star, super helpful and accommodated us when wanting to transfer to a larger 2 bedroom unit mid lease. Zoe, Carlos and the rest of the staff are far and away the best staff we have dealt with after 10+ years of living in apartments.The amenities are amazing, the responsiveness for maintenance or any request is done quickly, the staff rocks, the units themselves are brand new, super clean and a great fit for our lifestyle being just minutes from downtown ATX.

I have lived at six different apartment buildings in my life including another Alexan property and this one has, by far, the best management Ive ever experienced. I really love my unit, love the building, and location but the management truly is what makes or breaks a community. I moved in December of 2023 so I have had plenty of time to experience the place before leaving this review. The management actually cares, listens, and responds to the residents. They actually read and respond to emails in a timely manner, which sounds like the bare minimum but every other apartment Ive lived at they take days/weeks to respond to emails (if at all) and make you come in person for all issues. Here, Ive emailed them about two separate items and I got a response within hours for both. Management is always on top of any issue that comes up. For example, there were a lot of residents not cleaning up after their dogs and so they installed additional signs, new disposal areas with bags, etc. Its still 100% on other residents to clean up after their pets but they do as much as they can to fix the issue. They listen and installed additional security measures including new camera and key fob entry locks on doors. They added additional visitor parking when they saw that was a reoccurring issue. They offered free nitro brew coffee and when some residence were taking a little too much of it and it started to be constantly empty they got a brand new system that gives you a free amount cold brew (and/or kombucha) per week and if you want more you can pay per oz a reasonable amount (which they then lowered even cheaper because they respond to the residents) so there is always some available and no one can take advantage of it and ruin it for the rest of us. The management here is leaps and bounds better than any other apartment management Ive dealt with, they are extremely responsive and are actually willing to come up with solutions for any issues that arise. The place is cleaned regularly and maintenance is extremely responsive. Ive only had to use maintenance twice and each time they solved my issue within hours of me entering a request (one was just changing a filter so not really an issue but they still did it within hours). Overall this is my favorite community and I truly think it is because it is run by competent management that actually cares and fixes issues that come up.

I love our new place! We use the amenities every day and have a great size apartment for a great price.The leasing team is the best! Theyre always so kind and helpful whenever we need anything. Carlos is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the community. The manager Jamie is the wonderful, always making sure we are taking care of and happy. Were so blessed to have such a caring staff.The maintenance team is AMAZING! Anything we put a request in for, Julio comes within 24 hours and fixes it. He is the best and lucky to have him.The location is to DIE for you. You in walking distances to trails, food, and drinks! Not to mention only an $8 Uber to 6th st.Were grateful to call Alexan Riverside our Home.

Carlos was very helpful during the leasing process, even going out of the way to take pictures of the exact unit for us. Communication with admin is frequent and responsive through Kinsey, Jaime, etc.. We were able to get a new ping pong rack quickly after submitting a request.The amenities are very nice and actually open during useful times. I particularly enjoy the private business rooms and the outdoor lounge. The apartment app is uniquely useful.Unfortunately there were alot of things that needed repair on move-in such as the blinds, the dishwasher, and doors. However I was very satisfied with TJ, who ensured maintenance was very speedy and communicative. The appliances are somewhat smart.Location wise there is great stuff within walking distance, and a grocery store within transit/bike distance . Its not the nicest part of town but no more dangerous than any other part of an inner city Id say. I dont feel threatened walking around but this isnt the Domain.

All the amenities are amazing, and all the staffs as well. The condo´s tranquil beauty was captivating, view was absolutely stunning, and I am already looking forward to sepend the firs year here. Beautiful building! Amenities are amazing, management is extremely nice and responsive and maintenance issues are quick to be addressed! It is a brand new build so there is some ongoing construction (which you honestly cant even notice) and minor growing pains, but right now its a quiet building that is very enjoyable as a resident!

I recently took a tour. A Beautiful young Lady, (Naudia) , gave the tour and answered all of my questions. She showed authentic attention to all of my questions ( at another apt complex the lady was hurried and while I know my questions were probably common she didnt have to sigh and roll her eyes). But not here, Naudia would respond with what a good question or something similarly engaging and then answer it. I am sure they were common questions but she made me feel I had her undivided attention.The property is simply amazing. Everything is so clean and new. Several tenants passed by us and Naudia knew each by name and I got the feeling that everyone feels like family here. What a refreshing experience to observe unity, especially when it is so hard to find nowadays.If I do move to Austin, THIS is my new home.
