Whats not to like about this property? Location is ideal, the grounds and building are kept immaculate AND the leasing office is super friendly and helpful. I relocated from out of state and Karina helped set me up before I even arrived which was a saving grace. Along with all the outstanding leasing and maintenance staff, if youre 55+ this is a great place to call home. I couldnt be happier. Thank you Alders Magnolia for making me feel so welcome!

I’ve been living at Alders Magnolia for almost 3 years. Great place to live. Lots of amenities. Lawrence, head of our maintenance team , is very efficient and professional ,completes the task. We have a wonderful staff here but most of all the people that live here are like family.

Alders Magnolia is such a great place and I cannot wait for my dad to join the community. Active activities everyday, breakfast every Friday, Live performances, casino night was a hit! food trucks every other Friday, H-E-B right across the street, heated pool in the winter as well as a Jacuzzi and so much more. They also have a guest suite that is rentable at a low rate for your family/friends. Property is well kept daily and everyone on the staff is very friendly.

Alders magnolia is wonderful. This place has wonderful staff, Great lodging and one of the most beautiful fireplaces I’ve seen in the atrium. Lawrence is a great maintenance man and super friendly.My parents have been here nearly two years and it has been such a blessing.Thank you Alders!

I have been at Alders for about 3 years. It’s a first rate community with just the right amount of available social amenities and the ability to acknowledge your privacy. Great staff, especially Lawrence, who maintains the property’s integrity in an efficient, professional manner.

Currently living at Alders Magnolia since July 2023. Really enjoy the facility and their Maintenance Supervisor Lawrence, has always been extremely responsive for any minor adjustments to doors and/or even the A/C unit that was non-functioning when we first moved into the unit. Really appreciate his efforts and believe that he is the same for all residents. Thanks Alders staff!

I would like to personally thank Alma Mendoza for all of the hard work she does. I always see her cleaning windows, doors, vacuuming. She washes dishes and cleans up after resident’s events. Alma is an extremely hard worker and we would like her back at Ivy Point Kingwood. We love Alma, she is part of our family!💕

My wife and I have lived here for 2 and a half years. Recently Greystar took over management of the property, and really has improved tremendously. The most value at this property is the maintenance crew led by Lawrance since he took over, things get done at Alders; I cannot remember a time that I put in a work order that it wasnt taken care of the same day. If you pass him in the hall, hes always friendly, if you have a question, hell take time to answer your problem as best as he can.Tom. C

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER 2 YEARS. WE HAVE BEEN PARTICULARLY PLEASED WITH THE GREYSTAR MANAGEMENT AND VERY PLEASED WITH THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR, LAWRENCE. HE IS VERY PROMPT TO COMPLETE A REQUEST AND ALMA HAS BEEN VERY ATTENTIVE TO THE OVERALL APPEARANCE AND CLEANLINESS OF OUR FACILITY. Its a great place, clean and quiet. Supper awesome coffee machine, that dispenses free coffee even triple shots of espresso, Yeah!. A wonderful place.
