Moved in 3 months ago, and am extremely happy here. There is a real sense of community and friendliness here. Quiet. Well maintained. Welcoming. Community events. Great floor plans. Safe. So glad I chose The Album.

***UPDATE*****Management at Album Mansfield was able to resolve the issue and get the penalties removed. Thank you for working on this and making it a priority.My stepfather had an apartment here and he was very happy. Unfortunately, he passed on 7/9/2024. What we didnt know until recently is that the contract requires a 60 day move out notice and there is no exception for the death of the renter. They are trying to collect a reletting fee and 60 days in rent. This a 55+ community where the likelihood of someone passing is going to be higher. Album, and their parent company Greystar, need to do better than this.

We went and looked at places for my mother earlier in the week. Shes 82 and still wants to be independent. We saw the Album site as it was being built. Great floor plans, great amenities, great staff, amazing sense of community. In general, just a great place. As soon as I get my mom out here, were ALL going to be touring Album. THIS is really where she needs to be and one of the best things will be shes less than a mile away from our home.

I have just recently moved into Album Mansfield. I love, love my new apartment. High Quality - I cant say enough how nice these apartments are. Management and staff are wonderful and quick to address any needs or concerns. My neighbors are super friendly and welcoming. I feel so blessed to have made the move to Album Mansfield!! *I have been here a little over a year now and I still love it here! The staff are still awesome! The Residents are the best! And I still love my apartment!! Moving here to Album Mansfield is the best move I could have made.

I moved in 7+ months ago (September) and I’m very pleased. Amenities are top shelf, staff is extremely friendly, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner! Residents are very friendly with a neighborhood feeling to it!

After worrying most of the day with a smoke alarm malfunction Aimee got on the phone and we had the problem solved. Thank you Aimee
