    We moved into Album Benbrook just two weeks ago, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Our floor plan suits our needs perfectly, providing both comfort and convenience. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and supported. We are absolutely thrilled to be part of this wonderful community!

    I moved here about 6 months ago. It is an incredible place to live. The property is exceedingly well maintained and managed. The staff is very kind and highly competent.Residents are kind and helpful and there is a real sense of community. There are a lot of diverse activities if you want to join or you can be less involved if you choose.In todays market the rent is reasonable and really in comparison to other properties is a great value. The area we live in is very quiet and safe. I highly recommend Album Benbrook and I am so grateful to live here.

    The property was once in serious trouble—residents were leaving, and frustration was at an all-time high. Enter Maircadez, brought in by Greystar as the new on-site manager. She stepped into a property in crisis and faced a community of residents who had essentially become an angry mob. Despite these challenges, Maircadez got straight to work, and her talent and leadership should not be underestimated.Her first priority was communication. She kept residents informed every step of the way and quickly built a reputation for making and keeping promises. From tackling the massive task of revitalizing the landscaping to addressing a long list of property issues, Maircadez transformed Album Benbrook. She also elevated the lifestyle offerings for residents, creating a noticeable improvement in the community experience.This positive shift extended to her team—Lexi, Tanna, Vanessa, Jose, and Patrick—who now radiate a renewed energy and enthusiasm. The collective efforts of the team have brought the property back to life. Even the residents, a community of seniors known for being vocal about their concerns, have embraced the changes wholeheartedly—a testament to the teams exceptional work.I often tell Maircadez and her team that they are “irritatingly talented,” because they’re always one step ahead, anticipating residents’ needs and rising to every challenge. I can only assume that Album Benbrook is now the crown jewel of Greystar’s Album properties.This transformation wouldn’t have been possible without the support of Greystar leadership, who provided the necessary resources to drive these changes. Credit is undoubtedly due to Maircadez and her team for exceeding the mission statement proudly displayed on the office walls.

    The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please their residents. I feel that each of them go above and beyond and theyre not even aware that they are. The property is always well maintained and when things break theyre not broken very long. We did have an electrical storm that caused quite a bit of damage but even though we were at the mercy of waiting for parts, and dealing with third party repair companies, i feel the entire staff did everything they could to keep us safe and comfortable. Im eager to renew my lease next year.

    I have loved living at Album Benbrook for the past 18 months and getting to move into a brand new community into an apartment that no one lived in before me. Yes, with new builds come some delays and such, but the communication from the Community Manager Beverly has always been great! There are lots of posts about amenities being down and thinking that not getting parts is a story, but depending on the parts, there are still supply chain issues to deal with and shortages of technicians in certain fields (working in HR, Ive experienced the issue with shortage of qualified employees).This is a very safe and secure community in a very safe and convenient area of Fort Worth - easy access to 20, 820 and 30! Im getting ready to move, but the only reason is because I changed jobs and new office is in Dallas. The entire time I lived here I was working 100% remotely - very quiet and the internet which is provided as one of the paid amenities was very reliable for work. If my job werent in Dallas (1 hr 30 min drive each way!), I would NOT be moving.

    The apartment staff are friendly and work hard to make album Benbrook a great place for the residents. They have a lot of events and the weekly happy hour is a big turnout with the residents. Very clean and great facilities. Outward facing Apartments on upper floors may hear traffic and trains in the morning. I had to soundproof my bedroom window. But overall great place to live

    This is a well run operation and is as advertised on there web site. This is advertised as an ACTIVE 55+ but there are residents who are Not physically capable of being Active. That said there are also many very active seniors. Make sure you ask about the mandatory add of and miscellaneous charges they amount to additional monthly cost around $300 per month.

    If I decide to move to a 55+ residence this will be the one. Its beautiful and the staff is super nice and there appears to be lots of activities. Also, the pool is very inviting.

    Enjoy the atmosphere. Social, convenient, and great people. Close to my work, easy access to shopping, restaurants, and medical needs. I would recommend to friends.
