    Here to help out the reviews - I haven’t even moved in (yet) but Terry was AMAZING. She took the time to show me all of the security and precautions that are taken at the complex to make me feel comfortable. She was understanding and super easy to talk to. This is the kind of office personnel you would want to call/talk to. We met with Stephen about a week ago and he was also great! Honestly only good experiences so far. We’ll be putting in our application soon!

    I lived in Addison Grove in 2021, when it was owned by Elan. Management changed as I was moving out.Pros:The rooms and amenities were beautiful and really well kept.Management was easy to get ahold of.There was a move-in special that made my first year very affordable.Cons:The garage is narrow and you cant see around the corners - Im surprised there werent more accidents.Getting in and out of the building can be tough at times, when Belt Line road gets backed up.Valet trash doesnt separate recycling.Common things like noise and picking up packages werent any worse here than any other apartment complex.Overall I thought it was a really great building and I was sad to leave.

    I moved a month ago. The complex and my apartment look great. I have gotten compliments from my guests on how nice my place looks. The amenities are just as described. My neighbors have been extremely welcoming. The surrounding stores and restaurants are great and close by. Even by being close to the road you dont hear excessive noise.Rayna is an amazing leasing agent! Wonderful experience, I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family! She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and stayed with me through the entire process.

    Editing my review after moving out 2 years later:Addison Grove was amazing! I miss having that GIANT closet and bright spacious bathroom. It was also very energy efficient. The 2 biggest downsides were occasional package theft and a complacent leasing staff. When I first moved in, everyone was so helpful and proactive. But as I was moving out, I had to ask for information on move out policies that I would have never been told otherwise. I still wasn’t even informed about carpet cleaning that I’m now being billed by Greystar for, but the total bill is reasonable and less than I was expecting, so I’ll give them that. I also referred someone to the community, and they set up an appointment to tour, but then the leasing office dropped the ball and didn’t allow them to tour when that time came. That apparently happened twice. Despite all of that, I never felt unsafe, the apartment was clean and conveniently located, and I had a great experience overall. I still highly recommend.Original Review:I am two weeks into my lease and Elan has been a great place to live so far. Leasing agent Rayna is busy but finds time to reply to emails quick and goes the second mile to make things right when she makes a mistake. The apartments are beautiful and very clean upon move-in. Building was built in 2019 and managed by Greystar. Kitchens and closets are very spacious. The noise around my unit is minimal, but I could understand if other residents aren’t as fortunate. Thankfully you can always transfer units if necessary and I trust that Rayna and the rest of the management staff would do what they can regarding it. Trash is valet. Maintenance is prompt and someone from the building comes with them. Amenities are nice and location is good. Parking deck may be hard to maneuver around with large vehicles, but I appreciate the keyless tolltag entry and video conference for visitors. Doors use digital keys and many residents use cameras at their door or inside their apartment. Overall I am very happy with my decision so far. There are some things you can’t get around when living in an apartment, but Elan’s overall value, amenities, and wonderful staff make up for it.

    I moved in about 3 weeks ago and have absolutely loved the complex!!! The staff has been super welcoming and helpful with any questions. The gym has been a huge hit for me. I cant wait to get more involved.

    I have been living her since this property opened and the customer service is just now top knotch since Terre has been her , I finally feel like I can get some one to answer the phones. The property manager will never greet you or address your concerns face to face only via email. She runs and hides when the residents come to the office Ive witnesses her doing it on several occasions. I see the assistant manager leaving his apartment more then in his office so I see why I can never get his help either. Seems like there just here to play instead of helping the residence so were happy to have Terre and Steven to at least pass on the messages to there managers. The property is always clean just wish we had more assistance from managers. The amazon hub is always full I wish the leasing office had a better process to prevent the stolen packages. While your in the office hiding please set up a better process as we are spending good money for all amenities that I would love to use frequently. The leasing staff Rock hope you guys get better management soon fingers crossed!

    Steven has been such a huge help from the beginning of the leasing process and continues to be even after I moved in. He always has the best attitude and is very professional. I can tell the leasing staff wants the residents to have the best customer experience. I am very happy with the apartment complex/staff so far since moving in.

    Great Property with great amenities. The apartments are new with high end finishes. Have a great Grey color theme. Absolutely love the Place. I will Will be extending my Lease.A huge shout out to Raynalynn. She works at the property and has been very helpful! She is very well versed with all the rules and regulations and Is always available and fixes problems/complaints in a very timely manner. Ask for her if you are looking stay here. Great Job!

    WOW! I normally do not post reviews but in this moment I just have to. Myah is the best leasing agent I have ever encountered. She was sweet, funny, relatable and loved this apartment so much I could only love it myself. This is what everybody needs to experience. This management company truly devotes time into their employees for sure. This community is so beautiful. I am hoping soon I will be able to call this lovely place my new home. I just had to take the time to write this review so everybody can know what type of service you will get here if you reside with Elan Addison Grove!!! Impeccable, respectful, and DILIGENT SERVICE!!!! I am amazed.

He had over 5 people waiting to see a unit and he was able to approach each single one of us with respect and made us feel like he cared and did not rush us !     Weve been in our apartment for a little over a month and so far everything has been great! Steven was super helpful with the leasing process and answered all of our questions quickly and diligently. All the team members and residents weve encountered have been super friendly and the location is very convenient.

    Apartment complex is new and great. The staff is very helpful and answers all of my needs and questions. Rayna was who I was in contact with and she went above and beyond to help me out from before moving in til now. Definitely recommend this complex and hopefully you get lucky and get Rayna as your consultant. Everyone else is very helpful and nice too.

    Terre is AMAZING. She deserves all her flowers for her service. Steve is also great. Love the neighborhood and amenities Addison Grove provides. Wish it was a bit more affordable.

    MYAH, MYAH, MYAH!!! Let me simply express my gratitude for the patience, professionalism, and kindness youve shown me during my entire move. From our initial conversation, Myah has kept an open line of communication with me. Its a new construction, she assisted me with choosing the best unit to fit my needs. She accomadated me in so many ways. In fact, Myah went OVER and BEYOND for me, and Im grateful. The property is absoluty gorgeous, but the entire staff sealed the deal for me! Each staff member Myah, Wendy, and Ben are all team players, they make you and your concerns a priority. Wendy being the property manager clearly sets the tone. Wendy is absolutely amazing and doing a phenomenal job with running things at Elan Addison Grove. I would highly recommend this property!!! If youre looking for an amazing leasing expert, and a beautiful place to call your home, contact MYAH ASAP... Shes better than amazing!!!

    I want to first start off by taking time to thank Raynalynn and Wendy for all of your help on making this such a seamless and easy process for me. I recently sold my townhouse and I work down the street so I have had my eyes on this property since they started building them. Due to the Covid I was not able to see it in person but the pictures and virtual tour is what won me over. I am so glad I made this decision everyone is so friendly and diverse which is always a good thing. So if your a business professional who wants to live in a community that has a 5 Star resort feel please see what spaces they have available today you will not regret it I promise!

    This is an immaculate property and was one of my last stops on my apartment hunting journey. In a class all their own in terms of amenities, service and ambiance.
