    We have lived here for about 3 months, and we have loved every minute of it. The staff are so kind. The concierge takes care of everything for us. The maintenance happens quickly and is done well. The apartment is wonderful. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place in San Antonio.

    7600 is amazing. It doesnt just look great, the amenities, the build, design and most importantly the team behind the scenes are great! The amenities are top notch and even our pets are loved! This building is HOME!

    I recently visited family who recently moved into 7600 Broadway and they LOVE IT. Embrey did it again with an amazing build! The team members I came in contact with were extremely friendly particularly Brianna(sp) and the maintenance team members who were sure to smile and greet. If I were considering moving 7600 Broadway would definitely be a top contender! Well done!

    Will be Leaving the military soon so my husband and I were apartment shopping online. Even with the crazy time difference with us being here in Japan, Rene assisted us every step of the way as far as applications, background checks, and the lease. His virtual tour with us was amazing. The property looks beautiful and I am excited to move in.

    From the very moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Our tour with Tabatha was better than any experience my wife and I have ever had with any property. As soon as we walked in, it was a feeling of, “look honey, we found our new home! This is exactly what we were looking for!”My wife and I were extremely happy with our tour of the 7600 property.     My tour with Tabatha was AMAZING! The entire property was exactly what we were looking for. I can’t wait until our move in date at 7600!We wanted modern, elegant and a clean look for our future home and that is EXACTLY what we were shown.     I am enjoying 7600 Broadway. I have a new appreciation for maintenance free living. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I love how Emma greets me in the fitness center. She does an amazing job and encourages me on my fitness journey. One reason to love 7600.

    Moved to this spectacular building ~6 months ago and it has been the most amazing living experience I’ve ever had! The staff are incredible, especially Emma! She really makes an effort to know each resident, is personable and friendly. Overall this is a fantastic place to live!

    7600 Broadway is fabulous. Great team. Miera was so very helpful working with us during the leasing process. Taking videos to show us apartments virtually, she truly went the extra steps to ensure our needs were addressed. Once here she and the leasing team helped make our move-in seamless and easy. The concierge team is the best; Dan, Justin, Isaac, and Arnold are all so helpful, informative, courteous and professional. Emma leads the crew that works so hard to ensure the common areas (such as the fitness center) are always so clean and looking like new. Luis and Ernan have been wonderful providing some efficient and timely maintenance support, performed with a smile and positive attitudes. It’s been a wonderful, relaxing, and refined experience living at 7600 Broadway. Thank you for making us feel at home.

    Ive been living at 7600 Broadway for 4 months now, and let me tell you, this place is always spotless! Emma, the woman on the cleaning team, is an absolute pro. Shes constantly making sure everything is in mint condition. Thanks to her excellent work, this residence easily deserves a solid 5-star rating.

    This place is absolutely stunning! Had a lovely tour today with the leasing agent Brianna. She’s super professional and outgoing!! The apartments are like no other, very modern. Both the apartments and amenities are breathtaking and incomparable. Now this is the definition of luxury apartments!

    We love 7600! Talk about ease and everything available or within walking distance..in terms of living, def doesnt feel like apt living as everything is high end finishes and tall cielings. It is very relaxing to live here.. the best way i can describe it is luxury, carefree, easy and close proximity to everything

    My fiancé and I was treated graciously byMiera and Tabitha. The man at theconcierge’s desk was quite the gentleman. Miera went above and beyond to get us extra measurements for our potential unit. The complex itself feels like a luxury hotel; the pool and amenities are top notch. This complex is across from HEB which is a plus. Submitted our application and currently waiting for approval.

    The staff at 7600 Broadway have been nothing but friendly and accommodating. We ran into a hiccup with the air conditioning, but Ernan was quick to rectify the issue. The property itself is quite lovely.
