I’m so thankful and very happy I Found 512 Apartment Locators and got to work with Andrew. I Just moved To Austin TX from Raleigh NC. He reached out very quick about my move to Austin as I was looking 1-2 weeks out. He listened to all of my wants and coming from NC I never really got to live in a very walkable area and that was my biggest want. He listened and delivered with multiple options of apartments and even a few others. I’m very happy with the apartment I picked outta all the ones he found. Living in the domain for about 1,100 is a really good deal with everything is within walking distance. Thank You Andrew moving from another state is very stressful but working with you guys definitely relieved a lot of stress and made this move a lot easier.

I’ve been here in Austin for about a year and my lease was up already but between work and just life and not knowing the areas as much it’s always been hard for me to look for a place until I contacted 512 apartment locators. William Tippett was such a blessing! Due to medical reasons I had to move close to my family in a very short period of time. He was not only able to find somewhere exactly where I needed to be (literally only a mile from my family and in my budget!) but he was so helpful with the application process. My domestic partner and I of 3 years separated Oct 3. Prior to our relationship, I lived in Georgetown since 2003. My partner had to live 10 min from his job. I have owned Just Call Sarah Residential Cleaning Services since 2006. I serviced all of Wilco however when I made the move south, the business expanded too. I love Georgetown, however, with the explosion of growth brought ridiculous traffic. Now what? So I called 512 Apartment Locactors. Definitely needed help finding a place especially not knowing all the new places to rent anywhere else besides Georgetown. There are some specifics that I was looking for with my apartment. I had to have no carpet. I had to have attached garage and I wanted a new place. Tired of paying so much money for outdated ugliness. Zach suggested a couple of places and so I want to go meet him an hour later at the office. I love that. He answered the phone right away. I didn’t even have to leave a message. He was energetic. He was like excited to help me find a place and it was quite easy. I did look at one that was a little more luxurious and a business owner and I just didn’t have my proof of income from last year cause I didn’t do my tech file my taxes yet for this for last year I needed somebody that would work with me to get qualified , I definitely make the money but I just didn’t have enough time to file my taxes and go through a break up and move all within three weeks. Zack found the place for me was a little disappointed that I didn’t get into the first place because I paid quite large credit check. $200 for this one at the first place that we looked! I could shock it up and swallow it however Zack went to bad for me. He got my $200 back!!! Way to represent Zack! The place that I did end up moving into there was some hiccups in the beginning for the place being ready nothing major. I thought it was major but Zach took care of it for me and met me down there and had my back with the property management, which they handled it very great, but I just felt like I wanted his help. Like I said it was overwhelming and the same token running my business the whole time throughout this process and packing and having a garage sale I was going 2500 ft.² to 795 ft.². And everything in that house was mine except for like two pieces of furniture had a four piece dishes, set. Everything else was mine Had a lot of work to do, but it was OK. I was able to get my work done because Zack found me the place he had my back every step of the way and I just received my check in the mail today from the other apartment management company. I couldn’t be more pleased , I like where I live in I’m adjusting and getting used to the smaller space however I was able to downsize half of my things and I find myself. I’ll probably doing it again as I put things away anyways I just really wanted to leave a review because this is a newer company, but all those guys the owner that was in the office really sharp guy really friendly. The other guy that was in the office I mean, just everybody was like just so nice and helpful and they were helping each other like a team and they were thinking about different properties and I don’t know I just feel like, OK when I went in there I wasn’t sad. Anymore was actually hopeful so you’re worried about trying to find a place especially if you’re going through some tough stuff. Don’t worry Zach has your back! I think I’ve said that three times now - however the marketing in me is wanting to brand him!! .

Andrew’s the man! He went so above and beyond for us when we were looking for an apartment. Even when there were snags in the process he made it so much less stressful and was so helpful. My roommate is an international student which complicated the whole process but Andrew did a great job helping us get all the paperwork we needed. Our new place even tried raising the rent on us last second, Andrew handled it and got them to put it back down to the right price. I really appreciate everything he’s done for us and recommended you use him too!
