    This is place where you get an apartment on lease. It’s a very luxurious and soothing place. They have pool, billboards, gym, grilling area, chilling space, huge parking space. The place is very quiet and calm. The best place to live in.

    This location from the front door was very nice and well kept. The lounge areas and other amenities were quite upscale and comfortable, and all of the floor plans we saw were fantastic and had a lot of great features. Rod in the leasing office also made the whole experience awesome! We walked in late on a busy Saturday afternoon, but he was able to accommodate us between appointments and answered all our questions. Great spot!

    My husband and I moved into this community in September 2024. Of all the places we have lived this one is by far the best yet. The management team is very professional and attentive to all of our needs and the maintenance personnel are very prompt to respond to any issues that arrive. they also take great pride and care in the community and are always doing things to enhance the beauty of the property. We are very pleased with our experience and look forward to being long-term tenants in this community. If you’re looking for a great place to live that is well cared for and conveniently located then this is your place!

    I am very pleased with maintenance and how fast they were able to fix the issues in my unit. I just moved in at the end of December and I love living here. My experience in the beginning was rocky but Rob took care of everything for me along with Sophia. Great community, great staff

    We toured the townhome side of the property on 2/12 with Rod and left knowing we would be signing a lease here. We have toured many properties throughout our apartment search and Rod was a breath of fresh air! He really took the time to show us each and every aspect of the units, answer our questions, and provide us with an overall quality tour you really dont get anywhere else. We have never met a funnier, more personable leasing agent. We left feeling like he was our best friend!

    I inquired about a few floor plan styles here. I will be relocating and Ive read the reviews. Some were good & some werent. But you must do your own research as well. I had questions...many questions to be exact. About the different floor plans/mail/package delivery/etc, Candice was the person whom I spoke with. She was professional as well as patient with my many questions. I appreciated it, Ive spoken with other complexes and their staff wasnt always patient with questions let alone friendly! Candice assisted me with my checklist, and Id like to say thank you again!!

    Rod works with 4110 Fairmount and he’s is by far the most helpful employee there. The community is beautiful, clean and refreshing. It is nestled in a quiet area but you get the perks of being surrounded by a lot of restaurants and bars, and may I add that you can’t beat the prices. I’m an apartment locator in Dallas and will refer my clients here!

    Rod is absolutely amazing! From the moment he answered the phone, he was kind and very patient in answering all my questions. I was able to come in same day to tour the property and even when I came in early, Rod was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly! The tour was very detailed and I walked away confident in taking the next steps for moving in! I highly recommend Rod for anyone who may be interested in this property and wants to know they will be working with a leasing agent who is attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and kind!

    Love this complex. Been here a year and a half and have no complaints which is rare for a large complex. I’m in the townhomes and they are very well appointed, plenty of space, nice garages, views, and plenty of amenities shared with the apartments all at a great price. Nice gym, two nice pools, and a great staff.

    My experience with 4110 Fairmount has been great. Deante and the remainder of the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the amenities the complex had to offer. If it wasn’t for relocation I would still be there. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice place to live in Dallas.

    Ive been a resident at 4110 Fairmount for nearly 2.5 years; I could not be happier with the experience I have had here. My wife and I have been living in the townhomes, and I can honestly say that after twelve years of renting in Dallas, the team that works here (from the front office to maintenance) is the best I have ever experienced.We had storms knock out our AC in July--maintenance answered the late night call and had our AC up and running within 24 hours (on a weekend btw). We had shipments delivered to our door while we were out of town, the front office proactively called us and stored our packages until we returned. There are a number of even smaller, less impressive, but meaningful actions that the team here did that really showed that they cared about showing up.Weve all had subpar renting experiences. The difference between a crappy renting experience and a good one is often determined by the response you get from the maintenance and front office teams. Simply put, I could not be happier with the support my wife and I have received while being a resident here. I know this probably reads a little too overtly positive, but I genuinely mean it when I say that The Fairmount is the only place Id actually recommend to check out.A big thanks to Deante, Darius, Mike, Jose and the rest of the team.

    Weve lived at 4110 Fairmount for about 3 1/2 months and couldnt be happier. Our office staff are the absolute best, so friendly and helpful. Weve only had simple maintenance needs (ice maker, new air filter..) but our requests were fulfilled by more wonderful professionals within 24 hours. Amenities galore, beautiful apartments & the rent is reasonable. What more could you ask for? Come and be our neighbor 😊

    I had a minor misunderstanding with one of the leasing staff and the entire office called/emailed me to check if the issue is cleared. They went above and beyond to meet my needs.     Honestly one of the absolute best communities in Dallas! The staff is so nice. Even the residents are all friendly it feels like a family!! Mike is always very responsive and welcoming and handles issues immediately! I’d recommend this property to anyone!!!!

    Honestly, it was a very confusing process. Updater and a terrible moving company made it really difficult. The reason for still giving 5 stars is that the office and maintenance staff did whatever they could to help. My move was unique and extremely difficult but everyone pitched in to help. I like to ask questions and get verbal directions. They have no issue with the interaction and are very courteous and knowledgeable. Great first impression!

    I can not say enough about this apartment complex but even more the staff. But i will try. Since my move in date the entire process has been smooth, informative, and seamless. Deante has been the most professional hospitable person ive ever had the pleasure to meet in a leasing office.The entire staff has made the complete experience one i rave about to all my peers and friends. The complex and community rooms are always clean. The amenities are beyond accommodating and any issues ive ever had- all which were extremely small like garbage disposal, has been handled diligently and promptly. My dream house will have to become available in order for me to leave this place. If i could give the experience 10 stars i would, but the staff i would Ive them 20 stars!

    Moved in recently and the process was simple and easy. My apartment was delivered in perfect condition and a member from the maintenance team responded to my after hours request the very next morning. Special shout out to Alex Ortiz, a leasing representative with the complex, who was wonderful to work with and made sure all of my questions were answered and is generally fantastic at his job!

    If I could rate this complex and staff 10 stars I would! I have lived here a year and just resigned my lease and I have zero intentions of leaving anytime soon. Not only is this place clean, well managed, and affordable for the location and amenities, the staff are super accommodating and always friendly! The residents are super friendly, I’ve never heard people making noise late at night, and parking is always available in the garage.

    We moved in to 4110 Fairmount a little over a year ago and the team at the time left a lot to be desired. Thankfully the staff at the complex changed last fall. When we were up for lease renewal or the option to move recently, we chose to stay as the current management/office team always goes above and beyond for us. Theyre friendly, kind, quick to respond and great at trying to improve life here with new programs/events. We love our apartment layout, the amenities and the new perks put into place by Nicole and her team. We look forward to the rest of our time here.

    Ive been here for a solid time and I can honestly say that I am happy living here due to the safety, office staff , and community quietness. Thanks to Deante and Joshs assistance I was able to land my unit in the right time of the year. Moreover, this complex is centralized near the center of Dallas , and just about everything is about 10 minutes away or less within city limits.

    Many of the one star reviews are fake and the photos do not appear to have even been taken inside the building. 4110 Fairmount is a great place to live. Management has been great, very friendly and understanding. Maintenance is quick to respond to problems. Overall, especially for the price, this place feels like a very good deal.

    Nice front office staff. Incredible maintenance staff- always address issues within 24-48 hours. Very helpful and polite. Aside from paying high rent (but thats due to location) I dont have many complaints with this property.

    Mail theft is on tbe rise after a 2 month lull and and managent has conciously chosen not to take action. Still the complex feels as though its improving. The amenities are incredible. Just install a single camera in the mail room.
