We searched and searched for a couple weeks for the perfect community for my grandmother and mom to find an apartment that felt like home. We came across 3700 dacy lane. We were helped by Jennifer, she was amazing! So helpful. Kept us updated with every step of the way. We couldn’t be more glad to have had someone like her help us find a place to live! I recommend this place 100%. If you do ask for Jennifer! She will make it 10x better!!!

I’ve been living here for a month now, and I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences!! Maricela and Dustin in the leasing office have gone above and beyond to help my approval and move-in processes. Jose and Hugo of the maintenance team have been incredibly prompt and have provided excellent service. This is a really great apartment experience, and I’m grateful to the team for everything they’ve done for me!

Had a great smooth experience applying and getting approved/moved in thanks to Leah! She walked me through the application and the whole process, she stayed in touch with any updates while we were waiting for my application to be reviewed and as soon as I was approved she called me with the good news and let me know everything that was needed for move in! Have lived here for a few months now and love it! Office staff is always friendly and they seem to be on top of keeping tenants in the loop if there is any issues or even during the freeze! This has by far been my greatest experience with apartment living!

My family and I have lived here for a year and have loved every last bit of this community. The amenities and property itself are amazing, the pool area is Our favorite.It is so well managed by thoughtful, caring people who are quick to solve any problem, and always make us residents feel at home and welcome. Dustin the assistant manager is always there when we need help, and responds back to us right away if we ever need something. Our maintenance staff are always on time and always have a smile on their face! All of our neighbors are great people too, and this is the first place we have lived where we have been treated equally and respectfully. 10/10 would recommend the 3700 Dacy to anyone looking, especially young families!

I’ve lived here for about 7months, have not had any issues. The maintenance has been very attentive when I had needs, around the time of last month’s cold front my heater was not working well and the maintenance guys got on it super quick to fix it, it took less than a day to get it up and running again! Very happy with the maintenance crew! Also any maintenance that I need gets done in a great timely manner!

I would like to give praise to the office staff (Casey and Leah) for always being resourceful during my stay here. Any maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely manner. Let me just say this property is the best property me and my kids have ever lived at. With middle school right across the street and an elementary less than 5 minutes down the road with an absolutely amazing special education program as well. These apartments offer a career center program with children activities every Monday and Wednesday from 3-5. whole staff here is really caring and always go above and beyond for us. Second year here and i dont see my little family leaving anytime soon. Thank you for giving us a place to call home.-sere sandoval

I have been here for almost 3 years and absolutely love it. During the freeze last year, the water line in my ceiling was about to burst. I contacted the office and Joe (maintenance) arrived immediately. Casey (manager) was able to get the situation resolved and fixed the damage to my ceiling quickly. I have no plans to move anytime soon.

3700 Dacy is very spacious and beautiful. Not only is the office staff very helpful, they are kind and have been there if I had any questions. Maintenence is wonderful and fixes any issues in a timely manner. This is an apartment complex that actually feels like a home to my family and I. We are so glad to be living in a community that values their neighbors!

I moved here last November and I loved being here. Thank you so much to Maam Leah Garcia for helping me out and accomodate us. School are closed to my children which is a plus of me being a single mom. Office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! The apartment manager, Robin, has been nothing short of AMAZING!! We are moving from Arizona in a few days and she has made the process so smooth for us. When I found these apartments online I knew this is were I wanted to be.Each time I interact with Robin it tells me that I have made the right choice picking 3700 Dacy as my new home. My advice to everyone who applies for these beautiful apartments, trust the process and be patient. I also experienced some of the same setbacks as others have mentioned. Trust me it is all worth it! We cant wait to see our new apartment and be part of the 3700 Dacy community.A special thanks to the entire staff at 3700 Dacy for making us feel welcome and part of the community before we even get there! I truly appreciate you making sure our deliveries are brought into our home before our scheduled move-in date.

Scheduled an appointment to view the property and Anna was very kind and helpful. The apartments were beautiful! My next appointment we were taken care of by Sabrina, she was definitely helpful and kind! She made us feel welcome and walked us through the process. We can’t wait to be residents here. One of the best experiences I’ve had at an apartment complex.

I’m so grateful for the maintenance manger Mr.Bobby he was so nice and professional !! He’s great! I had a maintenance emergency and he came quicker than expected for me even though he lives on the other side of town. I’m extremely happy with the customer service he gave me today. He definitely deserves 5 stars! The property is great and nice and also affordable I plan on being here for a while!

I’ve lived at 3700 Dacy for a year and things are improving. The price is great for those who are limited financially, location is good, and the office staff was helpful in completing residential paperwork. We did have to stay on top of the application process at the beginning though. Things were rough for a few months with some workers and tenants but things have improved- the staff is super friendly and helpful. The manager Casey has helped to improve things with communication. The kids who play at the playground here at super sweet. I like the playground best- it helps to get out my little one’s energy. It has to be cleaned often though- that’s the only negative.

Beautiful apartments. Very spacious..but please be careful where your located with your family. The office ladies and maintenance staff is amazing but me and my daughter dont have much peace at all. Ive reached out to the office and been told that my neighbors or people above me can do whatever they want. Theres no respect over here and the office doesnt push that issue at all. Its excuse after excuse! This is not a place to call home and be able to have any kind of peace,cause if theres a problem they dont care! I deeply regret for signing a lease here! Im glad I decided to wait and not move. Its been a year and now theres new management in the office. Casey Enriquez has taken the time to listen to my concerns and problems Ive had since Ive lived here and shes cleaning this property up. Its been a complete difference since shes in the office. Her whole team in the office are wonderful and sweet people. Thank you Casey for fighting to give families a safe and better place to live. May the lord bless the whole team in the office!

This place is absolutely beautiful! We went to get a brochure and were offered a chance to look at one of the units. Not many people will take the time to show you any thing, much less take you on a complete tour of the property, right before closing at 7pm! I really appreciate the amazing customer service. Lexi R was so sweet and professional. We will definitely be looking into moving here. The best property we have looked at by far!

This place is amazing. Me and my family will be moving here in the next month or so. So I came to look at apartments and get a feel for Kyle since Austin is way to expensive. Sabrina is the leasing professional who helped me and showed me options for the 3 bedroom. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. She took me on a tour of the property, which is amazing. The pool was the best part. Since I was visiting she went above and beyond and gave me recommendations on where to eat once our tour was over. This is by far the best place :-)

3700 Dacy apartments are beautiful! I moved in in April and absolutely love my apartment, with all the amenities. Pool is very spacious and beautiful. I have had no issues with anything or anyone. Residents are kind and respectful. I also have to put a mention out for the maintenance man his name is Mike he is very respectful always on time and is very knowledgeable of the things that need to be done around the property. Absolutely a life saver today! Definitely recommend living here and calling 3700 Dacy apartments home!

The apartments are beautiful and spacious, and the location feels safe and tucked away from the highway just enough to not be noisy. We cant wait to move now!

Maintenance does really great service ! Bobby is great with the Maintenance. Hes always on top of it . Gets ur requests done and checks on you asking how your apartment is when he sees you around . They work hard to keep this property clean & pretty but they can only do so much. However, they do as much as possible . :)

Ever since Bobby started as maintenance supervisor, a visible change has happened to the complex: trash is no longer laying around on the ground, work orders are being completed quickly and efficiently and, since he’s normally the person I see completing the work orders with someone beside him, I’m assuming he’s setting up the future of overall maintenance for success by mentoring his colleagues. There have been a couple visits by him to my personal residence and both times he’s been thorough, organized, and friendly. There are certain times where you can tell when a person is passionate about what they do and Bobby, every time I’ve seen him in action, emits that passion and is teaching his workers exceptional work ethic. When we first moved in, we had a defective microwave and ice maker that we had put in multiple requests in for and had no answer other than “it’s on back order” or “I don’t know how it can be fixed but you can always purchase ice.” However, a couple of months later during his first couple of weeks, Bobby came by and assessed the adversity that was stumping the previous maintenance people and got it fixed with little effort and time wasted. The future is bright here with Bobby as the maintenance lead. Thank you for what you’ve accomplished here, sir.

I came in today looking for either a 1x1 or 2x2. The leasing agent Sabrina greeted me right as I walked in the door. She went over all the options with me. She was very professional and polite. She answered all my many questions. She was amazing on the tour. She even gave me ideas on how to decorate (Im horrible at it). She painted and very nice picture on how my apartment could look. I love Kyle and the area. Close to everything.

💜 Love these apartments 💜 . Going on a year this October living here and I have to say the staff are very friendly and very attentive when needing help. My son loves the playground 🛝 here and the pool 🏊‍♂️ is pretty relaxing. The appliances are all modern and the apartments are very spacious!

Excellent place to live. It is quiet and comfortable. The staff is very professional in the offices and the maintenance staff is always attentive to requests to attend to them immediately.
