    I hate moving and the whole house hunting process but I actually had a great time touring this place with Zoe the leasing person. She was friendly and knowledgeable and really listened to what I was looking to get from my new home. The complex is beautiful with nice amenities and seems well maintained, and I really liked a couple of the units and that I’d have my own laundry (!). Also worth mentioning that people we saw walking around were friendly with Zoe, which makes me think they must be pretty happy living there!

    I never leave reviews, but I have never had such a positive experience touring a property until now. Zoe is phenomenal and was so kind when I came in for a tour this past Saturday without an appointment. The other walk in tours I took that day were not warm and acted like it was an inconvenience for me to show up without an appointment, but that was not the case here. When my lease is up, I will definitely be considering 2929 Wycliff.

    Zoe and Preston made my entire experience extremely smooth, from applying to move-in. The units are well taken care of and the maintenance team is extremely responsive to any requests. The neighborhood is walkable and keeps me active.

    Great place to live. Apt has nice floor plans, fixtures, flooring, and big size washer & dryer. Amenities: great pool area, gym, game/event room, office space. Maintenance does a great job of maintaining the grounds & addressing requests. Great office staff who responds quickly. Very secure property. Need fob & app to get in & out of property and elevators. Quick access to toll road, 75, Oak Lawn, Uptown, Downtown, East Dallas, restaurants & shopping. Very price competitive for the area.

    2929 Wycliff has been a great place to live. Preston in the leasing office is very kind and helpful. The maintenance crew is great and always goes the extra mile. This apartment is clean and quiet and we have had no issues living here.

    While we have only been here for 4 weeks, it has been a fantastic move. The staff and maintenance team are exceptional, the location is perfect, and we finally have enough space for both of us to work from home *and* enjoy our home when we are not working. If you are looking for a new home, definitely put 2929 Wycliff on your list.

    UPDATE: I have been living here for 1 year and I love the property and the staff is so friendly, but I will say this coming from someone who is so patient and has only a couple of times complained about my upstairs neighbors - there is no way im doing another year with them upstairs. I am not even exaggerating when I say for the ENTIRE year I have lived here (I work from home) it doesnt matter what time it is there is a LITERAL stampede up there. Its wild, and to further explain how patient I am Ive never gone up there to address it. Why? Thats how understanding I am, but BEST OF LUCK to whoever moves in after me because I just know its not going to go the same for them with the next tenant. (I wont disclose units for the security of, but honestly I wont have to - youll look back at this review and know it was you who moved into this unit. I bet a million dollars on it.)Disclaimer: before I get into my thoroughgoing review, I would like to say that I was not asked nor required to write this review. I have seen other negative reviews on different platforms such as (yelp) and I couldnt disagree more. It also reminds me that as a worker of the service industry people are more likely to write a negative review when something/thing(s) do not go their way to prove a point.I would take a 50/50% balance of positive an negative as a sign there is a possibility not all of what theyre saying is factual.Review:Adrianna, you were so polite, so efficient and communicative (when I didnt proactively beat you to the punch before giving you a chance) lol. I genuinely enjoy your personality and have never had a nicer leasing agent. The amenities here are so well thought out. I love the layout! When I toured the property the garage nor the amazon hub were working but I was assured they would get fixed soon, by the time I moved in everything was up and running. I am a new tenant but I can tell when the community does their best to accommodate all tenants. The welcome gift was just a bonus. The layout of my unit is so on brand for my personality. This is important for me since I work from home. The tall ceilings, tall entrance door, marble counter tops and deep kitchen sink are chefs kiss. I have no complaints.Good job Wycliff! I am excited to say this is home.

    I decided to stop by this complex for a tour and was absolutely blown away by not only the amenities, but the warm and welcome energy of the leasing agent Zoe :)I had several questions regarding the community, and she was able to answer all of them with enthusiasm. I was so happy to learn that they have washer & dryer included in EVERY unit. If you’re considering this area, you definitely need to check this spot out. You won’t be disappointed!

    We went to look at some apartments that were available and was very impressed with the amenities and space in the units. Although the apartments have so much to offer, the real gem here is the staff. Zoe showered us around and was phenomenal to say the least. She was very informative and real and extremely pleasant to work with.

    I’m so happy to live here! I feel safe and I love the dog park because it’s so secure when I take my dog out, especially late at night! Everything is clean and really kept up so nicely! The leasing agents are really so wonderful to work with and always go above and beyond to take care of their residents!

    We cant speak more highly of this apartment. My roommate and I have lived in this apartment for about a year and came here after a friend recommended us. The staff is so friendly, they welcome feedback and they help you work through issues in a timely manner. Ive had some tough experiences with apartment management in the last couple years - 2929 is on it, theyre kind and they take an extreme ownership approach. The maintenance staff is also so kind and thoughtful. They take care of the dog park and while maintenance is down there, theyve played with our dog and know him by name.Overall the apartments themselves are also well kept, renovated and beautiful! If youre looking for your next home, 12/10 recommend 2929 Wycliff!

    Just moved out of this location! It was overall a great place to live and was sad to leave in the end! I had The Mercer unit and it was AMAZING. Lots of space and had a great layout. I was on the first floor near the trash which was the biggest complaint. Trash patterns happen at early hours in the morning which became something you just had to deal with, but it wasnt ideal. Plus you can hear the golf cart take the trash can and it is very loud, so err on the upper floors. Wasnt able to hear my upper neighbors foot steps which was great.Facility amenities are nice. The flowerbeds around the pool area could have used some TLC, but not the biggest worry I have.Never had packages stolen, but they could use another locker!Watch out for animal droppings in the hallway and garage, I wish it never happened but it did so be aware!The only other thing I will add is contact the managers through email versus the online portal (tried this way multiple times and never got a response) so go straight to their email.Rent was reasonable for what you are getting, would recommend to those moving to Dallas with all of these things in mind!

    I’ve only been here for a little over a week but so far I really enjoy the place. Adrianna, in the leasing office, is great and very responsive and was very helpful through the move-in process. The apartment is great, layout and things like the smart washer/dryer, nest, deep farm sink are just some of the features I really enjoy. The neighbor upstairs is one of the most heavy footed and loud walkers I’ve ever lived below, but not much the apartment building or team can do about that!I had some maintenance requests and Perrell was super quick to get to the work orders. He is a great guy, super friendly, and walked me around showing me what was wrong And then of course took care of it in no time!Only thing I can’t figure out is why this new security entry system still does not seem to work very well, there are no towels or wipes in the Peloton room so I can’t clean my bike after, and people love to park on the street with the rear of their car slightly over the curb and blocking the exit from the garage of the 4420 building…these people need to be towed because it happens nightly.

    Touring 2929 was the absolute best apartment touring experience! I looked at several complexes around Dallas and none of those tours came close to this place. Michael has been so very kind, attentive, and professional since the start. I had an abundance of questions and even came back a second time to see a different unit, and was treated exceptionally well every single time. The apartments are newly renovated, beautifully designed, and very well kept, and the amenities are also newly renovated and super nice. From the safety of entrances and exits with the key fob, to a gym full of great machines, to a spacious doggy play area and relaxing pool/courtyard areas, 2929 is the perfect place to live! Management is really great at being prompt with responding to emails and answering calls. Michael never once made me feel like I was being too picky or too much, and made us feel right at home. Overall, amazing experience and I cant wait to move in!

    Love the neighborly feeling of the community. It really feels like community members care to know and look out for each other and enjoy living in the community! The dog park is very convenient and nicer than any one Ive seen at other complexes. There are a few glitches sometimes, but nothing other apartments dont deal with. I appreciate that we are not constantly bombarded with over communication, yet get the information we need to know in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to tenants looking to find a friendly community in a cute neighborhood far enough away from the action for peace and quiet, yet a stone throw from the city and entertainment.

    We have lived here for about a year. Since moving in, we have absolutely loved it. The apartment location is amazing and close to a lot of stuff. The maintenance crew is so awesome and fast to quick ANYTHING. The office staff is really nice and welcoming. We are actually renewing our lease in 2 months, which is something we have never done. (Because I am very picky...)

    My sister first moved her almost 2 years ago and I moved here just a few months ago. I really like Greystar management teams. They are about taking care of business. When I was hunting for an apartment I paid close attention to the kind of service I got and usually the Greystar properties were top notch.This property is no exception. Frank and Timothy are the best! I don’t have contact with the manager that often but she’s usually very professional and direct. Maybe folks are used to being buddies with the staff but I think they do a great job.My biggest issue would have to be with nasty tenants in the building who let their pets relieve themselves in the elevator. The housekeeper Ms Daisy is the best though. You can always tell when she comes through. The place is spotless. Also some people hang out at the pool very late making so much noise it’s ridiculous. Several of them are rude too. At times it feels like living in a big frat house. I feel like the staff tries to curtail a lot of the shenanigans though.

    Ms. Tonique is always welcoming and thorough in her explanations for any questions or concerns. She is very professional and easy to talk to. She is always pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable about the property and the area. She makes coming to the front office a pleasant experience each and every time. Can’t say more about my experience on property.

    I really enjoyed living here. The property is beautiful, it is kept up very well, and the staff are very friendly. The only complaint that I have is that when I moved in, I was told every time I talk to my leasing agent, that they would get back to me within a day or so. Every time about a week to two weeks later, I was having to do the follow up.But still I referred the property to a friend. He came and toured the property in early January. He had some questions that he wanted answered, such as, can he get an apartment with a balcony, can he use his own washer and dryer, etc.The leasing agent never returned his call or followed up with him. My friend has since found another property. That was a little embarrassing on my part. I hope this is something that they will address and consider for current and future residence .

    Jocelyn was a fantastic leasing agent! She went above and beyond to show us the apartment complex even though no 2bedroom units were available. She answered all our questions and assured us she’d give us a call if anything pops up. Because we’re on a tight timeframe we went with another options but wanted to leave her and the complex an exceptional review for great service! Definitely will consider moving here if we decide to change options down the line

    Ive been here since February and I love it. Im only leaving because I got a new job in New York and had to break my lease. The staff have always been super nice and accommodating and were even helpful by providing a landlord reference letter for me. The place is quiet and the rent is affordable for the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.If I had one criticism it would be the inconsiderate residents who do not clean up after their pets accidents or throw their trash in the hallways. 2929 does a good job of cleaning up after them though. Ive never seen anything left uncleaned for more than a few hours. The complex has also begun instituting fines for violators, so I think thats helping because I havent seen anything recently. At least 2929 is making an effort, which is more than I can say for other apartment communities Ive lived in.

    Ive been here for a month and absolutely love it. Staff is amazing and willing to help. Floor plans are big and feel more like a house than an apt. The close proximity to the tollway is fantastic and the neighborhood is great! Best apartment that Ive lived in in Dallas county proper.

    The Leasing Team have been great since our moving in. Things did not go as perfect as we hoped and we had been working with someone who is no longer here.     I love living here! My visitors love the complex and have positive feedback too. The staff is very caring and customer service-driven, and its evident that they work very hard for the residents here. The community is wonderful too. The area is very busy with airport, traffic, and emergency vehicle noise, but those are beyond the apartments control. We have had no issues with security and no serious issues with neighbors. All in all, weve had a very positive experience.

    I love my new apartment! The property is very well kept and you cant beat the location. Lincoln properties are always the best in my opinion because they make sure all their residents are taken care of and happy. You can tell the manager Phillip takes time resolve any issues that arise. THe staff is always smiling! I would defiantly recommend this property to my friends.

    Without a doubt, one of the best apartment complexes in the area. It may not be the newest or flashiest, but Ive had zero maintenance issues in the 2 leases Ive had here, one in 2012 and one in 2016. The grounds are well kept and theyre always so quick to fix gates or elevators in the rare occasion that they break down. Definitely the best value in Uptown/Oak Lawn.

    Love the location, neighborhood. Management is very helpful, the whole team. They are there if you need them. I love the covered parking and there is more than enough space. I never was a fan of valet trash but I actually do enjoy the convenience.

    Ive been living at 2929 for a year and was with the previous management before Lincoln Property Company took over. I must say, the change has been great so far.The leasing and management staff have been great and the amenities they are adding and renovating to the property are very promising. Fully remodeled Leasing Office, Lobby Areas and recently renovated property fence are complete and an upgraded Fitness Center soon in the works. Additionally, the property group will be adding a new dog run/park which myself and several other residents are excited about. More renovations are coming as LPC has the reputation of coming to properties and giving them the make-over they rightfully deserve.The previous management was not very attentive, had no real interaction or parties with the tenants and issues were left unchecked. Several of the older posts make references to when the property exchanged owners and was physically remodeled from the exterior causing lots of headaches and issues. LPC group took over in late 2014 (a few months ago) and has been trying to interact with the tenants more than previous management and bring 2929 to its higher potential.As for the property and area, I have a dog and with the access to clean sidewalks, the large open lot behind us and dog trash cans, this is a certainly a dog friendly complex. Just a block away from Cedar Springs with a good selection of food and bars to experience and enjoy. Being a couple of blocks away is great as you are not right in the middle of it all, but can easily walk on over and still feel safe. Katy Trail is about a 10 minute walk away but if youre going to walk on the trail, an extra 10 minutes is just bonus health points. Its right off the Tollway, or you can take Wycliff to 75, makes it easy commute anywhere. It also is not know for extravagant pool parties like the Illume but does has an enjoyable and large courtyard pool area in the main building and separate garden courtyards with lounges and grills in the smaller building. Easier to enjoy with groups and not having to hear the party continuing on until Midnight.I recently put in a transfer within the complex and moving into a two bedroom. Im excited to see where LPC goes with the property and the continuing renovations that are bringing 2929 to a higher and better quality. With moving into the new units, all appliances are being upgraded and replaced with French door refrigerators (with water and ice dispensers), glass top stoves and new heating and cooling control systems.I will be commenting on this post after I move into the new two bedroom and tell how the transfer went. Ill also be posting a move out comment when that happens as well. If anything arises or major issues occur, Ill also be commenting about it. Not just a one hit wonder with this review. =-)Hopefully this review was helpful to people looking at 2929.

    Great location, staff is always friendly, maintenance is prompt if you need it. Amenities are good. They hold regular resident events which is really nice and a good way to get to know your neighbors or meet new friends.

    We just moved in and are really enjoying it. As we moved in boxes we were tired and hungry. The property was offering a Thanksgiving dinner, I think they called it a Friendsgiving dinner! Let me tell you we really appreciated it and everyone was so nice. Thanks for everything!

    No complaints about this apartment complex. Plenty of room to park in the garage, well made apartments - insulated, appliances arent outdated, lighting is good, etc. Cant say that about everywhere Ive lived in DFW. Also quiet here, except the occasional plane flying over heading to Love Field, but I dont even notice that anymore.
