I toured this property with Harvey “ Which is the best” and thought that it was gorgeous. I enjoy that there is a Captivating view, concierge service, valet, and is conveniently located to stores, shops and food. I had a really awesome experience moving into this complex. My leasing agent was Linda. She helped me from start to finish. I moved to Houston from Oklahoma City so the entire process was handled virtually. She sent me multiple videos of the spaces and answered all my countless emails and phones calls and kept the most positive attitude!! Harvey was super helpful as well! I am so excited to live in my new home!

Overall, 2929 is home. The staff is great and with as many units 2929 have, staff knows you by name. I would like to see circuit training that targets every single muscle group in the gym but what 2929 has, is good too.

Over the last 2 years I’ve lived here, the maintenance staff have been phenomenal especially with completing work orders either the same day or the next day! The building amenities are great, there’s always weekly events on the 8th floor which are pretty cool and the rent prices are very reasonable for the enormous amount of space in the apartment. Definitely one of the best high rises to live in River oaks hands down!

Since moving in 2 years ago, there have been so many improvements made at the building that have made a big difference. The new maintenance supervisor seems really on top of it and he keeps the property clean. Management hosts a lot of fun events which have made it easy to meet my neighbors.

There is plenty of parking and some of the residents are friendly. There are some improvements I would like to see. However, I will not comment unless it becomes a trend.

I love it here and Im not even a resident!! Ask for Elizabeth when you or your client wants to move here.

Due to its location, I decided to check it out. I was given a tour by a very friendly and helpful Harvey. He was knowledgeable about the floor plans available and amenities included. I was impressed that he took the time to find out what I was looking for in a living space. I liked the openess of the building and some of the luxuries available such as the concierge service and fitness center. The on-site dog park was a big plus as well as the environmentally friendly profile. Definitely worth considering.

My amazing downtown view , amenities, and location are what initially attracted me to this apartment building. I’ve now lived in my apartment for 4 months and know I made the right decision. Concierge and valet team are amazing amazing amazing , as well as all the staff. Karla Cabrera helped me find my home and I’ve also worked with the leasing agents and they are all helpful. The 2929 weslayan team made my move here from New York so effortless and easy and smooth. Looking forward to the rest of the year

This review is solely to sing Linda McNeil’s praises (and I rarely leave reviews)!! 2929 is a gorgeous property, but it has some competition in Houston and I was considering and toured all of the typical high rises in the city. Of all the leasing agents I met during my tours, Linda stood out.She went above and beyond each and every time we called, stopped by or asked to see yet another unit. We felt welcomed and as though she was genuinely excited that we were considering the property. Many of the other properties we toured either were a complete mess or average in their communication and reception of a potential tenant. Linda deserves an award and should teach a master class in patience lol. Definitely ask for her if you stop by!

I have lived here for 2 years and recently renewed for my 3rd year at 2929 Weslayan. The views and location are prime. There was new staff took over in May of this year, Greystar. I have seen much improvement and a ton of effort from the new management since they have been here. The Maintenance was a bit slower at first because they were backed up with unaddressed issues from previous management but has improved tremendously, the turn around time for maintenance is quick. I am very happy to call 2929 Weslayan my home, I love attending the resident events and getting to know all my neighbors. The Farmers Market has been the most unique and my personal favorite. The leasing staff is always so helpful when I need anything or have questions. I recently renewed my lease with the assistant Manager Karla Cabrera and can say that I probably would not have made the same decision had the management change not occurred. Greystar has improved this community since taken over and there is no doubt in my mind that this place will keep improving. Thank you Karla and the staff for looking out for us

Linda made the whole experience amazing. After touring several luxury apartment buildings in the area, Linda made 2929 Weslayan feel like home almost immediately. We came for a regular 2/2 apartment, but she sold us on a splendid apartment on the 30+ floor. We were in a rush to move in and she went above and beyond to insure that everything went through smoothly, thank you for the help Linda.

My overall experience has been very positive. AQ in concierge is very helpful and I like the 24 hours concierge service and mail services as they always keep my packages even those that are delivered by Amazon at late evenings or early morning. Valet team are very helpful as well.

This weekend I toured several properties but nothing beat my new home at 2929 Weslayan. The convenience of location, modernized amenities, friendly staff, you name it, they have it all. I deliver Uber eats here occasionally and I cant stress enough how much nicer this is than most apartments I deliver to. Many luxury apartments I go to have no parking for drivers and rude concierges. This place is friendly, and they have a designated area for delivery drivers to park which is so so so nice. More places should strive to this standard.

I had such a fantastic experience with Elizabeth (Liz). I made a long distance move across several states to 2929 and distance moves can be stressful all by themselves! I have to say that Liz made the move far less stressful by being on top of things. My flights were delayed several times and she made herself available after hours (around 8:30pm!!!!) so that I could get everything I needed to move in. I have not ever experienced a leasing office going above and beyond for tenants in that way. I was so appreciative. And after that, she even went out of her way to make sure that I got whatever maintenance needs I had addressed as soon as possible. Im so pleased to be a new resident here! The staff is amazing and the building is lovely!!

I have not moved in yet, however, my initial experience has been pretty amazing thanks to both Elizabeth and Keisha. Both ladies did their absolute best in assisting me with getting the best deal, but Elizabeth is truly a God send. She went on vacation (which is how I met Keisha) and as soon as she returned, SHE DIDNT MISS A BEAT on following up with me. The deals are amazing, the building is clean (and quiet), and the Gym is phenomenal. I move-in February, so ill provide an update soon but my initial thoughts are truly 5 stars all around.

Just moved in last month so far the property is absolutely beautiful and I have had no issues. The view from the 27th floor no matter which way you face is gorgeous (I have the west side view.) when it came to choosing the apartment Kellye from leasing was very helpful and cared about our concerns from the color scheme to the views. When I asked her to see several floor plans she was inquisitive about what I was looking for in an apartment and met those needs. And every time I see her now she is super friendly and asks if everything is going well. Overall this apartment choice has been by far my best choice,

Excellent views of Houston; management werected very helpful with explaining parking issues and building issues. The building is the tallest high rise in Houston thus far, managers explained to me the design of how it was created and helped me with any questions that I didnt understand. The leasing agent were nice and polite and very precise on what they have to offer. I was even greeted well by the valet and concierge that are around lobby area. Cant wait to move in.

Well, Liz Davis had worn me down, well..not really. She didnt haggle or pull any cheesy tricks, and that was MUCH appreciated. Im not a man that suffers with fear of missing out syndrome and that bothers a lot of sales/leasing reps. Liz was very patient with me and even followed up at the times I ASKED her to follow up. Not before and not after. During my search, I looked at over 15 places personally; more than 80% did not return my calls or follow up. I was really looking into Latitude at the Med Center, (had a lot of what I needed) but they was not very responsive to my calls or pop-ups. Since Liz was so accommodating and warm, I decided to move forward. Great experience and nice property.Heres a run down of what I love about 2929.*Liz introduced me to current residence during my tour (very nice)*Liz was extremely patient. I looked at six different units and floor-plans that vary by floor*Liz honest with me about my needs and wants*Liz actually calls back and follows up in a timely matter (Greystar, Im looking at you)

I was dealing with Taylor and let me tell you SHE IS THE BEST! At first the process was a little confusing but when I spoke to her everything was good! She made the whole process a whole lot easier for me , explained everything to me and even went out of her way to get me an apartment with the colour scheme I wanted. I toured a lot of apartment complexes and this was far by the easiest process and she’s such a sweet nice lady and very easy to talk to. I am glad this process was very easy and Taylor made it so smooth and I really appreciate her for that because before her I was very stressed and with her coming in she just made it very very easy and I am glad I am moving here so I can deal with her directly and I’m happy she’s there! Thanks Taylor! Ignore all these other reviews on here deal with Taylor and she’ll make your life easy!

We have loved our new home at 2929! The concierge, valet and managers have been nothing but kind and helpful. Our apartment is well planned and thought out. We love being able to have friends and family over to swim and watch ballgames by the fire pits. My partner and I toured with Kellye and had one of the most amazing experiences looking at a property. During these times, we had so much hesitation going in to tour but we felt so comfortable with Kellye. We had more questions than most when it comes to looking for a place and she really took the time to answer all of them and was very patient with us. I can’t say enough amazing things about her professionalism and knowledge of not only the property but the city. We unfortunately had to find a place further out of town due to proximity to our work but I had to make sure to write this as the property is absolutely stunning and the service is unparalleled. If we are able to move to the city in the future we will definitely contact Kellye and lease here! Thank you for such an amazing experience.

The views, wrap around patio and spacious layouts are attractive but Liz absolutely won us over! Dear any future/upcoming resident— if you’re looking to lease at 2929, you should most definitely lease with Elizabeth and have her help you through the process!!! I came in the other day after being apartmentless for a couple of weeks and urgently needed a quick move in date, once Elizabeth heard what trouble I was going through she was very quick to take matters into her own hands. She sat with me and my fiancé and personally helped out with filling out applications on her own computer (a really, really lengthy process that she was willing to take on immediately, while other leasing agents i’ve talked to always offered 0 help with applying and actually made the process more difficult).Everyone at 2929 has this eagerness to help you, which is what has made me so satisfied with their staff and facility; but Elizabeth is definitely the brightest, sweetest, and most helpful leasing agent i’ve ever come across. Me and my fiancé loved everything about her, especially how funny and sweet she is! Usually apartment leasing is a drag, but with Elizabeth it was more than a breeze and we were able to move in to 2929 the day after meeting with her (moving in takes around a week or two to be fully completed, but she thankfully made it work for us). Elizabeth even agreed to facetime my mother during the process to explain some things to her, which resulted with my mom falling in love with her too! 😹 She’s just too sweet and truly is the best leasing agent I’ve ever, ever come across. If you’re looking to move into 2929,meet with Elizabeth asap—it’ll be the biggest favor you do for yourself!

This building is the definition of refinement. The units are configured well, and the views are breathtaking. Constance and the team in the leasing office have taken care of all problems I’ve ever had, and did so with upmost haste. There are always drawbacks: on the weekends the garage is super busy thanks to the restaurant below, sometimes debris is found on your veranda from above, occasionally the gates are broken, but they always seem to be fixed quickly but the main issue is that it’s expensive. But you do get a lot for your dollar. Overall I still rate this place 5 stars.

Intuitive listener and always approachs the situation from my personal experience with a ready made resolve. This building is one of the uniquest apartment in Houston and I always wanted to visit inside and oh boy when I did go there for the first time i lost words. It was beyond my expectations. From the Valet who parked my car to the concierge who welcomed me with smile in the Lobby! That was just starter. I lost words when I reached the 8th floor where the swimming Pool and gym are! I am nature lover and could have swore i was in somewhere Japanese garden if I wasn’t the one who hit the 8th number in the elevator! The view is breathtaking! Thank you Elizabeth DaVis! She is the sweetest human being ever!

This place was amazing from the start! I had visited several high rises prior to this but the customer service at 2929 Weslayan was above all. My agent Kellye Etheredge was very straightforward about the whole process and helped address all my concerns. Jennifer Bindeman assisted in closing the deal. The whole staff deserves an A+ from my experience. Very excited for my move!!!

Im the manager over and Baggys Grill right across the street from the 2929 and we absolutely love and appreciate the amount of help they give us when It comes to advertising in thier building. We are vending with them every other month for brunch. Over all they are fantastic and I highly recommend them it your looking to live in an H-TOWN High Rise!!
