    The apartments are nice and well taken care of and maintenance be keeping the place clean.We were told the pool was open year round but it hasn’t been open since we moved in. There is no supervision in the park, I’ve seen countless of small kids without their parent. The faucet water isnt drinkable, it smells like sewage and will make you sick.

    The maintenance crew do so well come fix thing fast and right and take care of the things you didn’t even know was wrong with it. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and always take care of things in a timely manner. And I applaud them on cracking down on these kids and security this was a rough summer but that got it done and still working on things. My only complaint is the roaches I get pest control every two weeks and it still don’t look like it is helping.

    Enjoyed my tour, staff was very friendly and informative. We enjoyed the property so much that we applied and after all of our paperwork was processed we were approved. The staff was very courteous during that part and informed us in advance approximately how long it would take, how they process applicants and if we were to be approved what to expect. My move was super easy because of the caring and understanding staff. They were just as excited as we were when I got my keys to our new Beautiful home. The property is as Beautiful in person as it is online and the staff works hard to keep it that way. Everyone is friendly and professional and 2900 Broadmoor feels like Extended Family fun

    I love how Denise in the office has always helped us. She keeps her word, and will try her VERY BEST to resolve any issues we my have. She follows back up and keeps us updated. Her attitude is so sweet and she is always willing to help. Thanks Denise for all you have done for my husband and I since beind a tenant here for a year.

    I have been applying to multitudes of apartments with in the last few months with little luck on availability. Broadmoor contacted me and setup an appointment right away. David was very helpful and professional in assisting in the application process. I am looking forward to seeing the apartment soon! Thank you team!

    I just put in an application, so I dont know if Ill be living there. What I do know is every lady that I met in the office was very, very professional, and accommodating. They dont leave you waiting.

    I love my new place! It’s a lot of paperwork but, well worth it! Friendly staff! My apartment is incredible. Very spacious. Up to date appliances. Room for full washer and dryer. You also have all amenities workout room, pool and it’s gated! Best place to live.

    Whitley is the best person in the office always making sure that what needs to be done and communicates everything in a timely manner from asking about an apartment being put on the waiting list and moving in even now she checks in!!!!! I wouldnt be here if it wasnt for her!!!! when she leave Im leaving!!!

    I looked at a 2/2. Theyre nice, rather small, but I loved the split floor plan, full sized w/d connections, ice making refrigerators, and large bathrooms. You cant use your own BBQ grill and can only grill on the grills provided at the community area/playground. That was a no go for us because you just cant slow smoke briskets and ribs on those things.

    I’m super excited to be moving in today. The apartment is super nice and up to date. Everything is NEW and WORKS. I have gotten to know the staff and I know I worked their nerves but after all they did their jobs. I feel like I’m apart of the family I really like Michael and Vanessa they are just too funny and cool. I’m a very outgoing and outspoken person and they were able to deal with my personality. Denise and I have a love and hate relationship but she’s a great person and works really hard. Megan is just super sweet and I don’t know the rest of the staff. I have recommended my best friend to apply to move in as well and she’s in the process. I like how they monitor the pool access, everything was clearly explained and I know the do’s and don’ts. I’m just excited to be apart of Broadmoor’s Family. I know I was hell but it was all in love❤️❤️❤️

    The staff members are awesome and willing to get you in. You just need to give the information thats required in a timely manner. Its quite and laid-back. If theres something that needs to be fixed, they are there within 48 hours depending on if its a major emergency. I am big on giving credit where credit is due. Check it out for yourself. No matter where you live its what you make of it.

    I’m giving this place a four star based solely on customer service. I first viewed the complex with a woman whom was just filling in Vicky although she was unaware of something’s she made sure to find an answer.Upon returning a few days later I met with another woman Vanessa. She was great. She made sure we were assisted through the entire application process. Although I did not get approved these two ladies made the experience there ok for me.Customer service is a number 1 factory. Great job ladies...

    Ive been living here for 2 years. The original management I was not to keen too. The current management is pretty cool. You get to know them and they get to know you. The maintenance staff is amazing. They handle the maintenance request in a timely manner.

    I would like to say Miss Armani is excellent shes a great help with everything that she does and she needs a raise seriously she needs a raise not saying that everybody is not excellent cuz they are but shes awesome she helped me and it ran so smooth and Ive noticed these days that everythings running smooth in the office we needed that thank you.

    Ive been trying to contact for weeks , no one answers the phone .Update. New management and they took care of me right away. I’m awaiting the final process of being approved. They were really good about helping, and making sure I was ok through the whole process.
