These apartments are wonderful! It is hard as a parent to send your most precious possession to college away from your protection. I felt comfortable with the caring staff and attention to details. These are things that are important to a momma sending her daughter into the big world. The apartments are spacious and nicely kept. The only maintenance issue we had was quickly handled. Hunter was ready to answer all of my annoying parent questions (ha ha) with patience and professionalism. I highly recommend this place and the caring staff to anyone searching for comfortable, safe and affordable housing for their young adults headed to college.

I cannot say enough great things about 2818 Apartments! The property is clean, well-maintained, and in such a convenient location, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. They are the sweetest. Every interaction with them feels genuine—they truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Whether its a maintenance request, a question about amenities, or just a friendly chat in the office, they are always so kind, patient, and helpful.It’s rare to find a place where the staff makes such a big difference, but at 2818, it’s like having an extended family. Super nice environment. Although they have a couple maintenance issues they made sure to fix them. The price is also nice and affordable. It’s a pretty good choice for a first apartment especially if you’ve got friends.

Really nice modern units that have lots of space. 24/7 gym and study spaces are great with a nice pool. The new staff is super friendly, and constantly doing events and giveaways. The taco truck they sponsored recently was really good!

Hunter is the best. He works with you, is great at communicating with you, and is very professional. He did his best to respond for any questions or concerns, even after the office was closed. Hunter is impressive and the 2818 Apartments are safe, comfortable, and a great value.

My luck with my apartment seems pretty good, but I have heard horror stories of how other buildings are more neglected.The apartment is not perfect, but it’s absolutely worth the cost of rent. I’ve heard about cockroach issues, and I’ve only seen two in 6 months, and both were dead so it means the exterminator service is working. The units are generally pretty good and will be great if you are just willing to put in maybe an hour or two of deep cleaning when you move in.My only complaints are that the office is really bad about sending clear communication, and if you need maintenance, it won’t happen. They take forever to respond to maintenance requests, and they’ll hardly listen to college students. If you want something done, best bet is to get your parents to complain to the office.

I have enjoyed living at 2818. They had free tacos and answered questions about renewals and what the process was. The front office staff is very friendly. Mr. Preston was helpful in explaining my account. It is also great that I can ride my bike to A&M very easily.

We recently toured this apartment complex for my son and immediately knew this place was a great choice. The vibe felt right and we did not get the same feeling at any of the other places we visited. Preston was our tour guide and he answered all of our questions. He took the time to give us details and let us look around. They offered a great sign up deal and added to it when we filled all four rooms! That will helpful when we have to spend extra on move in expenses.

I came in about a week ago to look at some one bedrooms and I must say, compared to a lot of other places I definitely felt like this place had more to offer for the value compared to what I would be paying elsewhere. Dawson helped me out, he was very sweet and didn’t make me feel pressure to sign any lease (because that has happened to me before) and just did a very good job of informing me on the complex overall, I’m not done apartment searching just yet but I am most certainly considering 2818 Apartments. They really stood out to me!

Overall, I would recommend living here as a student. The apartments are very nice, the parking is great (never seen a tow truck), the amenities are well maintained but are hardly used, and most importantly rent and utilities are very affordable for students. Although, I would recommend getting a deal. The place does come with negatives. Such as, the rooms are very small, the apartment was dirty upon arrival so expect to do some cleaning, and the lobby isnt always open when they say it is (Which is inconvenient when youre waiting for a package). Also, like most places, expect to do some waiting on any maintenance request. Overall though the location is great, the place is not very noisy, and the people are nice. Way better then my experience down the street at The Cottages.

This is my 2nd year with 2818 and I can confidently say I have had a great and stressless time here. The staff since 2022 has been great and attentive, they are always so sweet when I come in for packages or for questions! I was in a 4x4 flat my first year and now in a 4x4 standard townhouse, the townhouse is by far worth the price you get a ton of space and privacy from roommates. I always recommend my friends to come by and tour 2818, they are in a great price bracket for being close to really everything between the grocery stores and campus! I will say regardless you are going to see bad reviews at any complex for damages charged on move out fees but you kinda have to understand you will get charged if you leave a unit a wreck! I made sure to leave my room spotless before I left and that reflected! So just be diligent in making sure you do your part! Overall I couldnt say enough good things; my unit both years was perfect and Ive loved it here :)

Ive been a resident at this apartment complex for more than a year now, and overall, its been a positive experience. The location is superb, and a variety of amenities nearby. The management team is generally responsive and friendly.However, Ive encountered a few minor issues that prevent me from giving a perfect rating. There have been occasional maintenance delays, and communication could be more consistent. Additionally, while the community is generally quiet, there have been instances of noise from neighboring units.Despite that, my overall experience has been positive. The positives certainly outweigh the negatives, and with a bit more attention to certain details, this apartment complex could easily earn a solid five-star rating. I look forward to seeing continued improvements and enjoying my time here.

2818 Apartments is a good place to stay. The cost is reasonable, and the location is decent. The office staff is always friendly and very helpful, especially Ryan H. All of the amenities and events the apartments host are a plus. However, maintenance requests can often take a long time to be fulfilled, and my apartment had many noticeable blemishes from previous tenants.

I love these apartments! I’m from a small town with a budget and they helped me tremendously. They have a 24 hr pool and basketball court. They have computers for studying,a gym,and tanning for the girlies! Such a modern look which i love and it comes FURNISHED! If you’re looking for that beautiful,cozy and home feeling apartment . This is the place to lay your heads down at night!

Living here has been really great this past year. The amenities like the shuttle and study rooms are helpful getting to class and doing homework while the gym, pool, and basketball court help me to relax and stay fit. Staff here is very friendly and helpful, they also do a lot of giveaways and events for the residents! The houses are well kept and perfectly sized for college students with great pricing

It was pretty frustrating when I moved in last semester because the buses kept breaking down. However, the buses got fixed very quickly and things were running smoothly again. I have plenty of space in my apartment and I save so much money with the bus shuttles and low rent. They have so many incentives and raffles for the residents which is my favorite part. The staff at 2818 makes sure they can accommodate your living experience as best as they can and I love that. Overall, it’s a really nice place to live in.

They have helped me by going above and beyond when uncontrollable occurrences happened in my apartment and getting everything fixed in a promptly manner. I have looked at so many different apartment complexes and I am glad I chose 2818 Place for a couple different reasons. Their location is perfect, they arent in the middle of all the traffic and craziness as some places are and they arent too far from campus either. They have a great pool where they hold a lot of great resident events at! They have great prices and the staff in the leasing office is always so helpful with anything I need. I dont really have any complaints and I have already renewed my lease! I would recommend living here

I had a few small issues but spoke with Lauren and she went above and beyond to help me fix these problems. I have lived at 2818 since November and love how quick and efficient the entire staff is. The new assistant manager Ashley is also extremely helpful and very reliable. I appreciate the entire team and everything they do to help make this my home away from home. I recommend living here if you are balling on a budget and need a homey apartment. There are lots of resident events that are free and so much fun! Thank you 2818!

For the price point, amenities, and location this property is a great place to live for all college students. They have friendly staff, requested maintenance has always been done in a timely manner (in my experience), and they often host events for their residents with food, games, prizes etc. Some things I do want to point out is that the on-site shuttle (there’s no bus stop) has been pretty unreliable, the rooms are kind of small (across various floor plans), and finding a parking spot can be hard sometimes since there’s no established visitor parking. Overall I would recommend this property if you’re looking for somewhere to live.

I currently live at these apartments and I couldnt be more pleased. The staff is friendly and the buildings are well constructed. Plus the gym, pools, and hang out areas are nice too. The units come fully furnished with appliances, a nice TV, and a really comfortable mattress.

I recently just signed a 10 month lease at 2818 for a one bedroom! The pricing was extremely affordable for the property and amenities that are offered at 2818! I currently live at the Rise, which is supposed to be the nicest in college station but have had nothing but problems. When I signed my lease the staff was nothing but helpful and nice. Also a big plus was that I could get a dog in the future if I wanted :) My experience with 2818 has been great!

This place is the place to live while youre in college. Great floor plans with FANTASTIC pricing!!!! If youre like me and youre having to work to get yourself through college, then 2818 is the place to save as much money as you possibly can. I cant express how much money I have saved by just living here. AND its in a great location! The new HEB off of Wellborn is just a 5 minute drive which is very very convenient. A&M campus is super close and Blinn is just a 10-15 minute drive (depending on traffic). You seriously cant beat it. I live in a 4x4 flat and Ive had ZERO problems this entire year. Also, the staff here is amazing. Anytime I go through the office to go to the gym, everyone is so nice and welcoming. Ive never had a bad experience here and I dont expect one. I highly recommend living here. I dont regret it! Thanks & gig em

I do really like living at 2818 Place, however. Looking at pictures online, I expected the unit to look more updated. The floors in the bathroom and bedrooms really need a new look. They look as if from the 90’s. Also when I moved in, the floors needed to be swept and vacuumed and I expected that to all be done before moving in.

I lived at 2818 for a couple years. While living there, the maintenance was very responsive to our requests. Their clubhouse has had a full repaint and even has a starbucks machine! FREE. Legit, one of the best apartment complexes ever.

The new team at 2818 place is amazing! The renovations look amazing and the staff are super helpful and awesome. Especially Cori who has been there to answer all my questions and get me into the perfect situation! They are not only super helpful with their responses but they also respond really quickly! Honestly totally worth the cheap price. The updating process was really inconvenient and they had the problem of telling us when stuff was done when it wasn’t. That being said the updated models are really nice. The maintenance requests are done in reasonable amount of time. Good luck to you trying to leave at 5 pm though it’s a mess since there is no light or stop sign to let you out.

I don’t understand why people don’t like 2818 Place as much as it seems in these comments: the staff is SO nice, the apartments/townhomes are what you pay for and TBH are pretty cute & well kept. The pools are nice and overall, 2818 is a great deal for any college student on a budget looking for a good place to live. I love 2818 and how caring they are, especially during COVID-19. I haven’t had a bad experience with them!

Love living here. The emergency maintenance was very helpful when I needed it. The bus system is very poor though. Sometimes the run at the exact same time and youll have to wait more than 30 minutes to get on.

Ive actually lived at the same unit for 3 years now. Ive had small issues constantly with the A/C every now and then, but staff is amazing to come quickly to service the A/C unit. Overall staff is very friendly and fast at answering questions. Emailing them always gets you a quick response
