I recently had the opportunity to tour 101 Center, and I must say, I was genuinely surprised! I assumed it was going to be a poorly kept up college student filled complex. I recently attended one of the resident events at 101 Center, and I have to say it was a great experience! The atmosphere was so welcoming, and the staff really went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included. Zion, in particular, made the event even better. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the community here, and it makes such a difference. Events like these are just one of the many reasons I love living at 101 Center!

I’ve had a great experience with Autum and Zion..they are always so responsive and incredibly nice. Whenever I have a concern, they provide real solutions and address the issue quickly. Jerry in the leasing office, in particular, has been outstanding. He’s always friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth. It’s rare to find someone as genuinely pleasant and accommodating as Jerry Additionally, Maintenance addresses my concerns promptly and they are always so communicative! The grounds are always kept up and the amenities/resident events are nice. I will most definitely be renewing my lease here!

Ive had an amazing experience living at 101 Center! The state-of-the-art fitness center is a huge perk, and the pool is always clean and inviting. The clubhouse is spacious and luxurious, making it the perfect spot to relax or get work done. The maintenance staff here is fantastic—always friendly and quick to resolve any issues I’ve had. A special shout-out to Zion and Autum, who truly go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I had a few concerns when I first moved in, but they were addressed immediately. Highly recommend living here!

During my lease at 101 it was just an average apartment complex compared to any other apartment but the maintenance for the service requests were always on top of their game! The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is because the communication is hard for the office. Jerry is the only one from the complex that goes above and beyond and was willing to help whenever I needed even after hours to answer questions while he deserves 5 stars the complex could work on being more reliable with phones and emails when residents need help or have questions. Just waiting for my refund check :)

I absolutely love the work-live unit here at 101 Center!! It is centrally located in downtown Arlington, close to the DFW airport (15 minutes away) which affords me the opportunity to catch quick flights. The amenities are wonderful and the staff is great!!!! And if something does come up, they are quick to resolve it. This is a great place to live.

I have not moved into the 101 Center yet but I went for an in-person tour this week and was blown away by the clean, inviting, safe, and secure environment that the complex has to offer. The location right in the heart of Downtown Arlington means it is incredibly close to plenty of food and shopping options as well as the University. My interactions with the tour guides and administrators were pleasant; everyone has been incredibly helpful and answered my questions. Every question and inquiry has been answered promptly. I have been very pleased with my entire experience with the 101 Center thus far. I am eager to move in to the complex this August and hope the experience continues to be as pleasant as it has been so far!

Stayed here for a few nights while we were in town for the Thanksgiving game.Clean apartment(most important) spacious, and well equipped. Plenty around the area food wise etc too.Bit fussy trying to get in to the building but Once sorted no issues. Nice to have the gated carpark too.Would have been nice to know there is a freight railway right next to the apartments but once the first night was done I got used to it and ignored it.

5/5, i absolutely love living here. the staff is so caring when it comes to needs for their residents, and maintenance comes really fast! My roommates and I decided to renew from how much we all love it. Brenda Wall is one of the kindest leasing managers I have experienced. She was extremely helpful with all questions my roommates and I had about renewing our apartment and changing the location of our rooms. I would definitely recommend living here if you are a student applying to UTA, because it is so close to campus and is in the heart of Arlington. I have no doubt that the staff will provide everything you need, and if you ever need to go higher up I would definitely recommend speaking to Brenda Wall as she will make you feel heard and do her best to give you what you ask.

My experience with Ms. Wall has always been pleasant, whether it be greeting her downstairs or seeing her at community events. Having someone like her work at these types of apartments is very assuring in every aspect of living. Overall I do love this place. There are some things that I am iffy on such as the constant fire alarms and the lack of accommodations for dogs (which is the city’s fault not 101’s), but other than that I absolutely love 101. The staff here is wonderful, specifically Brenda Wall. She is very understanding and makes sure to advocate for her residents. She helped me and my roommates more than I could have asked for and I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend living here as a college student.

101 Center is a delightful place. I enjoy that it’s in the center of downtown Arlington and that it has really beautiful interior. I do wish that they were more strict on the parties in the pool area but you can’t expect the staff to work 24/7. Now as for the good things I wanna appreciate the staff that work here. Most are very friendly and do lots of activities for the 101 center residents. I especially want to thank Ms.Brenda Wall. She really works hard to accommodate every resident and I as well as others I’ve spoken to believe she deserves a raise regardless of what she makes now. She always hears my roommates and I out whenever there’s a problem and does everything within her ability to help us out. When we needed her help last week she immediately jumped on it and got back to us within an hour. I’ve lived at a different apartment complex before and I can tell you they are the exact opposite of Ms.Wall. You won’t really find much more helpful and kind people other than at 101 center and a couple other places in a college town like Arlington. So to whoever reads this I do recommend living here. As long as Brenda Wall works here, this place will continue to be my most recommended apartment complex in DFW!

But when I toured 101 center and talked with Donella, I was sold and decided my parents needed to come check the place out. Have fixed the guest parking, the halls smell fantastic now & more clean, and finally an office that actually answers the Phone and is there when I have questions or requests. Came by to do some research for my apartment hunt, and found this hidden gem. The complex itself was very clean, seemed quiet and had a refreshing atmosphere upon walking in. The customer service was nothing less than amazing, Alyssa took very well care of me and was very accommodating. She was very knowledgeable, answered all questions that I had and even gave slight more insight on things that I didn’t know prior to.This complex also had great amenities almost to where you felt like you didn’t have to leave the premises. The units seemed well fit to my liking as well.

The apartment and amenities are amazing. Location is in the middle of everything, food, drinks, city center, and campus is less than a 10 minute walk away. Only few concerns is the continuous fire alarm issues and some maintenance requests take longer than expected. Security is great other than a few doors leading to the outside stairways where the key scanner doesn’t work which lets anyone in. I’d recommend this to students at UTA because of the price and location. You won’t find another apartment in the area that offers this kind of luxury type apartment for the price range.

Kristin and Shantel are awesome!!! I’ve been here since August and they’ve helped straighten any situation I’ve ran into. They are undergoing new management but they’re learning really fast!!! Every time I walk through the door or come downstairs, they are ALWAYS greeting me and making sure everything is okay! I love their customer service!! Austin is super friendly and is always super quick to do his job!! I love it.

I moved here in January 2021, and have to say that this place is great! I have thoroughly enjoyed my single bedroom, and have had plenty of peace and quiet while I study and relax. I have had very few issues and this place beats my old apartment by a country mile! 10/10, would move into again!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Just renewed my lease. Everything is in walking distance. The staff downstairs has always been helpful and understanding. Any time I needed any maintenance work done , it was always done in the same day. The city controls construction moves, which is completely normal and you will get delays. I love love love this place. And all my friends and family that come over do too.

Ive been living here since middle of January. I was delayed from moving in on August. Even with the delay, Im very satisfied with living here.I love how close I am to all the bars and restaurants around. I love that all my appliances are modern and up to date. I love the privacy of the units and how friendly the staff is here. Yes, we dont have all the amenities that were promised yet, but that is not at fault with the management here. Even with all the setbacks, they have tried their best to make us all feel at home. This is the best apartment Ive lived in here in Arlington.The people complaining are expecting the world from this place. They think its too expensive to live here. If you add up all the utilities that are included in the rent, youre actually saving money. I use to live in a complex that was on the East side and it cost much more after electricity, water, and internet were paid. And they werent brand new!Im giving this complex 5 stars because I know once everything is completed these will be fantastic apartments to live in. If youre looking at these reviews, take the 1 stars with a grain of salt. Come check out the apartments for yourselves and make the decision once youve seen them in person.

The hallways and study areas are always clean. The pool is really nice and clean as well, but the best part is the staff! They are very helpful and friendly! Caitlynn from the front office always makes sure that any problems I’ve encountered are fixed ASAP. Management seems to be solid for 101center.

Ive lived at 101 Center since it opened and renewed for another year. I love my studio apartment and being able to walk to work everyday. It is also walking distance to our favorite bakery, Sugar Bee Sweets, a variety of restaurants, and event venues. The apartment has quality appliances and energy efficient. In the past 6 months, Ive only had to pay maybe $30 for electricity. The internet speed is insane, and its free. The apartment office staff and maintenance crew are friendly and helpful. Im looking forward to the pool and courtyard to being finished. Hopefully, it will be a great space to relax. Thank you!! --- Kirstin

Living at 101 Center has been great! I have lived here for A year and a half and have enjoyed it, but I will say what has made my experience great has been having a maintenance man like Austin Dean around who is always quick on the job and very helpful. Austin is who makes 101 Center the best place to live!

Yes the moving delay do give me and some of my friends a lot of pressure back to the August 2017. We suppose to move in 18th of August but we actually moved in 1st of October with three times of delay. But also I would say thats the only problem made me mad, after I moved in the apartment is excellent, all brand new unit. Nothing need to complain about. Friendly staffs, interesting package system, fancy club room, nice fitness center and I wish the pool can be done as soon as possible. The office hold many activities and events through the week, free food and gifts. Garage is all inside parking structure, easy assess. I do recommend friends and families to move in with 101 Center.

This place has started to turn the corner. We were delayed, like everyone else, due to construction. I didnt complain because I knew the managers there had no say on how fast construction could be complete. They didnt know, because the construction company didnt know. We got our apartment, and they had placed us in an ADA apartment, by happenstance. We informed them of the problem, in which they promptly fixed the issue, upgraded our apartment at no charge, and were very nice to deal with. Henry and Alex are great. They have had their fair share of people berating them, I thought I would put in my good experience.

Whoever decided to send me a text today asking me to fill out a survey seriously needs to reevaluate their credentials. Today was one of probably a half dozen days since I moved in four months ago that I was awoken early in the morning to the fire alarms going off. I am seriously so tired of this. It is the most terrifying, frustrating, inconvenient thing that I have ever experienced. Not to mention that it happens ALL. THE. TIME. Besides that, however, I have loved living at 101 center and would recommend it to anybody, especially if you’re deaf 😁. I love the pool and my unit. Most things function perfectly, and while maintenance will not fix every tiny issue, they do come when completely necessary.

I am a current resident of this apartment complex, and I absolutely adore all of the amenities and events that take place here. The management and staff are all very easily reached and super understanding and helpful. I 10/10 recommend living here. Great area right down the road from Cowboys and Rangers stadiums and The Arlington Highlands. It is key fob entry so its an ultra safe and family friendly enviornment.

The main reason I can’t leave 5 stars is because construction was delayed and I had to commute from home everyday for about 3 months. A lot of residents gave the leasing staff hell, but it’s not like construction was the leasing staffs’ fault. So take that into consideration with all the negative reviews.HOWEVER, after moving in and with the opending of leasing office I have been very pleased. I love the study rooms with TVs in them so I can study and watch ESPN at the same time. 101 also started hosting resident events including free food and alcoholic beverages. Who doesn’t like free food? I’m also greeted by warm smiles and jokes by Alex, Jenna and Taylor in the leasing office when I walk my dog in the mornings.

I have lived in these apartments since the end of March, and I love it. If you take the time to read the comments about this place, you will learn that 90% of them are just bratty college kids that love to complain and want something in return. What I do love about this apartment community, is how quickly they reply to concerns. I just moved from a two bedroom into a studio and my dishwasher didnt work. Instead of getting on here to complain, I put in a service order and it was fixed within 12 hours while I was at work. Someone on here complained about the train? If that doesnt scream annoying college kid, I dont know what does. Yes, the apartment complex is located near a train track. No, the apartment complex cant do anything about that. I give the leasing agents and maintenance staff a 10/10 on how they handle the stresses of working here. Most of the problems caused ARE from college students. I was curious about the pool, so I personally went to the management office and asked the simple question hey, whats the latest on the pool? and I got a positive reply saying that it has nothing to do with the apartment complex, but it was/is the contractor behind all the work. If you want to live in a community that has everything you need within a 5 minute walk, this place is it. You can walk to Fuzzys for happy hour, walk across the street for free concerts on the weekends, walk to the dollar store if you need groceries and you can even walk to campus. These are all within a 5 minute walk. One other thing, a lot of comments on here complained about trash being in the hallways. Yes, that is very annoying, but you know what else is annoying? the people complaining about it are the ones who do smoke the weed and throw their trash in the hallways. If I come home late from work and see trash in the hallway, it is removed by maintenance before I leave for work the next day. This place is the best around and I highly recommend this to anyone. Also, its really nice to have free wifi, cable, electricity, water/sewer and trash service.
