    I visited Woodland in search of a new home for me and my furr babies. I immediately met a woman named Kieyana, who greeted me. She was friendly and polite. She went on to show me a beautiful apartment. Gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. This is definitely in my top 5 based on the professionalism and kindness.

    My initial meet was with Cynthia. At that time, there werent any apartments available to tour, but to come back the next weekend and the model I was interested in would be available to tour.My husband and I came back and meet with Kieyanna Jordan, our tour guide! Kieyanne is very friendly, courteous, full of life leasing professional. She answered all my questions never appearing impatience (and I ask a lot of questions!). I give her 5 stars. If you find an interest in the Woodland Apartments, ask for Kieyanne she will be a big help!

    I have lived here 3 years. Clean, safe, great and kind staff🥰. Once I caught break on removal of a late fee. 🙌🏽🙏🏽Regular maintenance completed. Grounds are kept meticulously. Neighbors are quiet and nice. Just overall I have been 1000% satisfied. Oh yeah, great community for pet owners and convenient to shopping and public transportation!!! Also the most important note is the mantras and staff are very professional and supportive to the community. My go to is the leasing manager Cynthia. She knows how to get things done and I’m grateful for her. Thank you Cynthia for helping me!!!!

    I usually dont leave reviews but I must say my family and I had the greatest time with Kieyana on our search for a new home! She was very kind and sincere, made us feel welcomed, and made sure we did not leave with any questions unanswered! The two apartments we saw were nice and had plenty of room for us. I cant wait until something is available in August, We really enjoyed what this place has to offer here and the customer service we received!

    The reason for the five star review is because Luma Corp. has some great properties. I transferred from their property in Carrollton called Indian Creek 10 years ago to this property Woodland Hills the staff members are awesome especially the new staff members that they have bought in Kaitlyn Natalie and keyonia Katlyn started off as a leasing agent. She was awesome in that position that she became the office assistant manager, and she does her job. Well, I have to give her kudos for that she went beyond her duties she tried to get me in a two bedroom unit But it fell through not on her part it was on my part But she fought to the very end and she ended up getting me a townhome that became available afterwards and her boss Natalie she’s very warming. She’s a great manager. The property has always been well kept. We don’t have any problems with any insect inside the apartment because I’ve been here in the same apartment for 10 years and never had an issue with any kind and bugs or anything and when Natalie saw that it was an issue with the trash , the trash bins she stepped right in and she got a different company. The trash has been well kept outside with the new company she takes pride in this apartment complex I recall me needing help to fill out my lease. My new lease went in the office. She walked me through it. She wanted to walk me through it over the phone, but by me not having computer experience I had to go into the office and she dropped what she was doing to help me get that done .And out of the 10 years that I’ve been in this apartment complex we’ve changed over managers and I’ve known the four I known the four people that work in the office it was Devon and I knew Devon because he worked at the Indian Creek apartment so and then Natalie, Kaitlyn and Keyiona so I tell anyone if you’re looking for a decent clean, respectable management team and apartment Woodland Hills is the place to call home. It really is a place to call home and your maintenance crew Henry he’s right on a job. I don’t know the other maintenance guy name but they’re so friendly. The maintenance crew also need to be recognized too because they get the job done. That’s why I call Woodland Hills my home Thank you team for all you guys do.

    Natalie really outdid herself and im actually glad that someone like her is here. The old managers screwed up my lease and charges and did nothing to fix it for a whole year. New management is in and i am happy that now Woodland Hills have people that actually take a look into things and go beyond to help those who charges and fee was screwed up by the previous managers. Natalie looked into my situation and actually looked on the side of the tenant and understood my situation. I have no doubt that she will fix this place up and make it better for new and current tenants.

    Every time I go into the office for help! They are attentive! In my experience of apartment living, I never deal with the manager because they always seem occupied. At Woodland Hills on three separate occasions the other two girls in the office were busy and so I assumed I would be waiting until they were done because I’ve never had a manager come out and assist me. I always have to wait for another person in the office to become available. Well, the manager came out and offered assistance. She is new so what I needed help with wasn’t a quick easy solution but instead of passing me on or asking me to wait until someone else could help me, she took the time to try and figure it out. Welp she DID! That meant a lot to me! For obvious reasons! For me, that shows she genuinely cares! The other ladies in the office are always helpful but to see the manager step up was a new delight bc managers in apartment living in my personal experience always seem too busy to help. 5 stars!

    I was hesitant to leave a review at first because everything seemed too good to be true, but after living here for about a month there is so many good things i have to say about the Woodland Hills but let me start off my saying how amazing the customer service is. Jacob made my move in experience so convenient and quick, he responded to all my emails and questions in a timely manner. I was able to move in within a month of my application.After living here for a few weeks i have absolutely no complaints. I recently put in a maintenance request and it was fixed within a few days. If your looking for a new home i would say to seriously consider moving here.

    Customer service is just awesome at Office. I have been to different apartments looking for rooms. As soon as i reach here at woodland, I met Jacob. He is so helpful. He literally guide me through every process and solutions that were required. Just love it. 5 star is definitely for him and his service.

    New management is very nice. Especially Jacob, very nice and helpful, always ready to help with anything we need. Service provided by them is very quick and very satisfactory. Also the apartments are very nice and clean. It is well maintained. But, I wish they would provide the trash container a bit near to the apartments, so we don’t have to walk all the way carrying trash to dump it.

    When I found Woodland, it was through an apartment locator that referenced Jacob. Jacob was super helpful in answering all my questions and letting me know what the process was in applying for an apartment. When I got approved, he would email me to congratulate me, check on me if I got all the things needed like electricity which he would give me recommendations as well! When I told him that I had no hot water in my shower, he sent someone to check it for me. I told him that I had cold water for two more days. He was off for one day and when he came back the following day, he got someone to go fix my shower and now I have hot water! Jacob is the man that makes Woodland Hills feel like a home! This is my first week living here and I am grateful for Jacob helping me find an apartment suitable for me!!!! Thank you again, Jacob!!!!!

    About to be a year since I first moved in & definitely renewing my lease. New management is great!! The maintenance staff is very friendly & always punctual. Orlando is the best!! Work orders are completed very quickly! If youre looking for a nice, peaceful and safe neighborhood I highly recommend these apartments!!

    Normally I’m hesitant to leave reviews for apartments, but after living here for about 6 months, I can confidently say I absolutely love Woodland Hills! I’ve had several apartments in the past, and this is by far my favorite one. I highly recommend the “Palm” floor plan, as it makes the apartment feel like a town home. I love the bedroom being on the top floor, the second bathroom downstairs for guests, the fireplace, the tall ceilings, and the plethora of windows. It feels so homey. The maintenance team is always great at completing any work orders of mine in a timely and professional manner. The girls in the front office are great as well. When I first moved in, they worked out a payment plan for me paying my pet’s deposit. Most complexes are money hungry, whereas I can tell this place is very understanding and as helpful as they’re able to be. The complex is overall pretty quiet and clean, all of my neighbors are friendly. For the monthly cost and location, you seriously cannot beat it! I will say, the back gate of the complex has not worked this whole time, just the front one, and even then, sometimes it doesn’t work so the gate stays stuck wide open. The outdoor lighting throughout the area is far too dim, it’s really dark at night if you’re outside. So with those two things in mind, I have felt a little on edge in regards to my safety/security. That is why I felt like I could not give a full 5 star review btw. Besides that, I have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you Woodland Hills!

    I recently moved to Woodland Hills and I couldnt be more pleased. The staff and management have been very professional and courteous from the leasing process, my move-in and through my first weekend. My apartment was delivered as expected with no surprises. Even a minor maintenance issue at move-in was corrected within 30 minutes of making a call to the office.The location of the community is great!! It is near highways 183 & 114, which makes getting to work at DFW simple and easy.Thanks Woodland Hills for everything!

    I can not express my gratitude and appreciation enough when it comes to this property. Very clean and quiet environment. Everyone in the office is so helpful. Minor maintenance issues always fixed within hours of the request. Jamilya and everyone in the office are kind and very very helpful. I definitely recommend this community.

    Woodland Hills is a great place to live! The Management and Staff are Outstanding! And the Maintenance Guys are always on top of it.     We are preparing to move away from the DFW area and I want to personally talk about how awesome Devon and the staff have been to us. Weve lived here for three years and have had our requests handled in a timely manner. They have provided great explanations (DFW HAS AN INCREDIBLY HIGH GROWTH RATE, FOLKS!!! If you dont like it, try buying a house and well see you again in a month) to renewal rent increases to us when we questioned and made out A/C issues a priority when out daughter was born. Heres the thing. If you come and are kind, you will be happy. If you come and are rude and inconsiderate, dont expect them to be happy with you. Thats life. The staff are not racist (Ive watched them interact with a variety of people). They do care.The 4 stars is because the water thing is an issue that is out of their control. I would say its cut out about 1x a month. But other than that, this place is so so accommodating and I would and HAVE recommended.Also, Orlando is the best - he deserves a raise or promotion because he goes over and above all of my maintenance expectations.

The amenities such as the gym, swimming pool etc are accessible and in good condition. I have finally found a place I can call home.     I could say so much right now but it would take forever...but...I just hv to brag on Jacob!!! He made this experience so easy!!! From the very first email hes been a total gem!!     I am not a residence here BUT my beautiful Mother is... she has lived here for almost 10yrs. Not once has she had any of these issues i am reading. Anytime something breaks, they come out a fix it. She has never had a parking issue, hell no issues at all. Each time I visit her which is often, its always peaceful. Great place to rent.
