    The staff was amazing everyone was helpfull and inviting. My friend toured the property as she was the one looking for an apartment I was just tagging along. During our tour with Raquel she was very knowledgeable of the property and as we walked and there was a little bag of trash and she picked it up, this showed me that she cares about the property. Prior to walking in the office we drove around and seen that the manager Sandra and her staff was out cleaning up the property, maybe the reviewes that are on here was during a time that the staff was not in. Even with that said my friend leased the apartment.

    The upgraded apt was great, but the advertised affordable apartment smelled really molded. My host Victoria A. was the GREATEST. If you ever go there request your tour be done by her. The apt overall is great and has a lot to offer. Great grounds and the book store. That Park like setting is the absolute BEST.

    I’ve been here less than one month, and had to submit at least 10 maintenance request. Only two of them have been resolved. The main one I have submitted is, my AC has gone out, and they still have not fixed it. The first day, two people were here for two hours, and then they broke for lunch. Only one guy came back and stayed another two hours and it was not repaired. They did compensate me with a portable unit that only can cool one of the rooms.As of August 2, 2023, my AC is still not operating properly. The auto energy saver feature does not work. The United States is on. It appears it only can be turned off by the breaker box that’s in the hallway. Now, it is not getting that cool. So, I am about to go to the office to report that. today it’s August 10, 2023, and the AC is still not operating properly. It is getting cool, but the energy saver auto feature is not working. We still have to turn the unit off by flipping the switch in the breaker box. They have installed a new thermostat, but the gentleman said that he was going to come back the next day to do some more wiring. That was five days ago. No one has been back. It appears the only time someone comes back is when I go to the office and remind them that no one has come back to finish the job.Today is August 21, 2023, and i am happy to report that my AC has been working properly like it should since August 7th. The new installed thermostat and the auto energy saver feature is working properly. I had also put in a request for the carpet in my bedroom. That request was honored on Tuesday, August 15th. Also, as of about a little over a month residing here, I do feel safe. today is Saturday morning December 16, and I am quite pleased with my time spent here. When maintenance request are submitted, they are usually honored within 24 to 48 hours. If there is any minor thing to complain about is. when calling the main phone number, 99% of time you will get the answering service. They do not answer the phone live in the office anymore.

    Thank you Alexa for helping me and my best friend out yesterday even tho I wasnt the one looking I felt like the apartment was for me. If youre looking for a more than just an apartment come here they have it all a big business center to help with those term papers and the very sexy fitness center that helps with the outta budget gym fees... this place has it all ohhhh did i mention it has A STORE an actual STORRREEE.     I selected this apartment complex for my mom Almost two years ago. Good location near Wall Green Kroger Dollar Tree Ross Academy etc…she can go on walks.About the leasing office, its a stressful job to keep all customers happy. I self also in the customer service industry. I have to tell everyone about my experience I met Miss. Victoria Aragon. This lady is professional and always greets customers with a smile.Thanks 🙏

    Shonda at Park at Voss took care of everything wonderfully with a super easy move in and was able to tour and keep in constant communication during the entire process before and after.     I think its fair to say that we always want someone to blame for things that happen in the complex unfortunately crime is at its all high due to inflation but to blame the office for homeless losers who choose to come in the building thats not fair, Ms. Sandra does the best she can with what she is given she doesnt own this complex she manages it shes also is not a babysitter for grown adults. I had a hardship and I sat and talked while she listened and in the end we come to an agreement that benefit both parties! Thank you Ms. Sandra for listening to a young adult who just needed help and you did exactly that ... you help me! Been here two years and its had its ups and downs but for now this is where I call home and I love my little space.

    Edit: Since I wrote my initial review things have improved tenfold. They fixed up the problems I was having at first, became way more responsive, and really cleaned up the place. The location is killer. Community is great. Lots of families and definitely quiet and peaceful. Rough start, but things have improved and it’s been a good place to live

    I went on a Saturday afternoon to view a one bedroom. It was really busy so I had to wait a while. I received a complete and informative tour that made my wait worth the while. I had three other tour that day and none of them bothered to show me all of their properties features without me asking.

    Nio was my first impression of your establishment. She was so welcoming and pleasant and answered all my questions. She showed me your lovely model A1 and the amenities and I was so impressed. Clean facility with a lovely leasing office and open space. I enjoy peace and quiet and a nice view and was pleased with the balcony for each rental unit. The convenience store and Deli was a wonderful surprise as well. My only wish is to have washer/dryer hook up in my unit and some storage for seasonal items.     The experience of renting has been simple and pleasant. I completed everything online and the leasing agent, Nio, was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The thermostat was broken when we viewed the apartment, but was fixed right away. the apartment was clean and ready for living. Everything worked properly. The complex as a whole has a lot to offer in the way of convenience.

    Sharon was really nice & helpful finding my husband & I a future place to live.Im giving it 4 stars because the 2 bdrm was not available to view which is what we need.     I loved living at park at voss! In my experience I never had a problem with neighbors or the apartment itself. Whenever something did happen they were always quick to let the tenants know through email. Very affordable and the staff is straight to the point and helpful.

    Had an issue with ceiling fixture in kitchen. Maintenance responded same day. Turns out ballast was bad. They replaced the entire fluorescent fixture with a new LED fixture. The difference in brightness was amazing. Thanks for speedy response and resolution to my concern.

    It was a journey in patience. Some of the stuff just dont apply or work for people with no credit history. I have no credit history. My credit is just my job tenure there . So me doing rent grow after the approval was pointless. Me doing my own print out of my ID to give to pava and then have rent grow ask for a id upload. And then at the final signing of papers they needed another confirmation of my ID. I understand they need that stuff for lability and emergency and mail and security purposes. But you have a copy of my print out I gave you by request. The irony is some of us do change the id once we move. I think the lease office should be able to explain the whole process before the tour . Just let the agent give applicants a how to apply and step sheet via paper and online before the tour. Nevertheless I look forward to the amenities there and at the moment I am ok with the service Im just worried about the utility thing and the errors I kept hearing about when in the lease office. The other thing is there is no refunds on transactions and I am pro over paying my balance so hopefully the late fees and other errors wont mess up my payment. Lol hopefully the computer algorithms wont think Im tipping them. But hopefully they will know its a carryover balance to my account. The other thing is I just paid whatever I owed recently at move in. And a new month and rent cycle is here. Im worried that I have to pay again basically the same amount that I just paid to move in with next week. I dont think I understood the agent when she was telling me the cost of things. The other thing is I had a balance when I know I didnt have a balance but I paid it anyway. So I wonder if pava have a audit system for errors like that because technically you can not move on in the system without the payment. So I will double check to see if it was my error or a algorithm error. The other stuff is not that serious. I gave four stars because of the amenities and the big difference between floor plans. If you can afford a one bedroom apartment do so over a studio it is worth it.

    It has been a great experience staying at this apartment complex. I have had a few concerns but most of them have been address fairly quickly. The manager Melissa has done a very good job at helping me with many things I have needed. This apartment complex offers great deals and you cant beat the location!

    Marcy, the leasing agent that helped me was so nice and answered whatever questions I had. There was even a resident that had some encouraging words for me when I was walking for my car to the leasing office. I was having a not-so-great day before I got there. Everyone seems super nice!

    Really loved the complex and the people working in your office were so nice, considerate, and both very friendly but at same time professional. I also really liked all about the apartments themselves and the convince to surrounding stores and shopping. Just very disappointed and let down over not being able to move in and live there.

    I lived at Park at Voss for about a year and had a good experience. I loved my apartment there, had a 2x2 on the 3rd floor. The windows in the living area were huge letting in lots of natural light! Had a great balcony (which I didnt use) but still nice to have. When I first moved in, there were little roaches, BUT if you just get pest control, spray yourself, and clean / disinfect you will be GOLDEN. Didnt have many issues with my apartment throughout my stay, except for a leaking ceiling in the living room area. Unfortunately, this leak lasted for months but they eventually repaired the roof as a whole. I truly miss the amenities! This place has beautiful pools and definitely missing that volleyball court! Office staff / management was good for the most part! If you have a problem, its probably best to go up to the office instead of calling.

    Clean place very homie. Shawnda knew about the complex and was very patient and showed different places and the apartments were updated. My only problem theres no washer and dryers in unit but have plenty laundry areas on complex.... Pool was clean and Hot tub was running. Shawnda Thank you.

    Let’s just say I had more than a few obstacles in getting into an apartment based on outside factors. But Violet and everyone at the office were incredibly professional, and went out of their way to help in any they could. I’m also incredibly pleased with the unit. I myself went with the renovated studio which for under 500sq feet feels much larger without how they used the space. Overall a great experience so far!

    Honest reviewTo first start out, today will make day 37 since first move-in and so far I have no complaints here. I love how everything was a smooth transaction as far as applying, picking what unit I want, getting the paperwork signed, and receiving the key. Jessica was really nice and helpful. Reading the reviews on apartments can sometimes be tricky as most can be negative really due to being denied for an apartment. I love how there is an elevator since I live on the top unit and when something goes wrong Issues with the breaker for power, and my sink was clogged, I scheduled for maintenance on Sunday and they came the next day. Its also quiet and peaceful. When theres a pro, theres a con. The only dislike I have here there is no reserved parking, the gate buttons are mashed in and the pools are not maintained as it should. Other than that, I highly recommend it here.

    I am very happy about how Shaunda, handled a parking situation that I was having with another tenant immediately.. It’s employees like this that every apartment should have. The Manger was absent and she stepped up and took care of the situation. People get hurt often when situations go awry. Than u again Park At Voss.

    I moved into park at voss in November 27th 2022 and I must say my experience with Ms Nio, one of the leasing agent was amazing. She was sweet, loving and caring and took care of my every needs. She made sure everything was ready to go including electricity. I didnt have to do anything honestly but just move right in. I love how she takes care of everyone even residents that are living here already, and those that are trying to lease the apartment. If I have to recommend any leasing agent to anyone, I will say please go to Ms Nio workman. She is an amazing person.

    I am living in this apartments for a year, it is an amazing apartment complex. It has great amenities. Staff is always ready to help you with anything you need at any time. 6 months back, I cancelled the lease because of my job transfer, again I got the job in Houston, when I requested Brittany to stay...she cancelled my notice and I am staying in same building same floor. Thanks for her help, she is always very helpful. I recommend this apartment for every one. Right now I am moving to another city, so I am leaving this place, I miss great community and good people.

    Ive never had ANY probs here other than an occasional roach or 2, I have them named, (Sophie and Jake), but youll get that most anywhere. There are people in this world that wished they only had roach problems.Ive lived here for just over 3 years and have never had my car tampered with or an attempted break in, knock on wood.I rarely need to call for maintenance but when I do they usually are in-and-out within 24 hours. This is a huge apartment complex and it probly takes a great deal of money to upkeep with maintenance and they do a good job considering the prices they charged. If you want more then simply go across the street and pay more, several hundred dollar$ more. When you pick an apartment complex that is considerably cheaper, even though most of the units have been nicely remodeled, then you will have to make a few sacrifices.If I have an issue I simply email Maria Vazquez in the leasing office and shes very prompt and professional with her responses.Again, Ive been here for almost 4 years and Ive never had any of the issues that people have referenced here, a lot of these issues you will have anywhere you go. All apartment complexes and areas of towns have occasional break-ins of cars and of their residences.All in all, Im happy here. 👍

    I have been in this place for almost 6 months... when I first moved in it was not that convenient because of the bad customer service that one of leasing agents had when she gave me a tour. What made me love this place that the manger ( Brittany) gave me a another tour after she knew what happened..Honestly : every single employee here is super nice, professional and got a great customer service specially (Jean) and (Kelisha) ; they made me love my new home!!!!!Great management.Keep it up guys. You are awesome team :) .

    Ive lived here at Park at Voss for about 2 years with my dog Pepper. This has been by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. The staff is very accommodating to all of my needs. Ive never had an issue with the leasing office nor getting in contact with maintenance. Recently, I interacted with a young lady named Aisha who was friendly and assisted me with a minor leak. I highly recommend this apartment complex!!

    I have been living at Park at Voss for a couple of months and I am really impressed by the apartment complex and the friendly staff. It is a very family friendly place and I feel completly safe living here.When we had an issue with a door maintenance was quick and really helpful.I am especially impressed by the facilities such as the great pool area, many tennis courts, fitness room, business center etc., which are always clean and rarely overcrowded.I am a happy resident!

    Upon entering the business area of Park Voss i was acknowledged I love that.     Park at Voss is the best place to live. Ive lived here for 2yrs. The staff is great and the maintenance is too. Even my family members love coming over to visit. Weve had family events at the pool and the banquet hall. They feel like were at a resort. Great amenities, plenty of parking space, cant forget the Cares Team they have events for the kiddos and adults.

    I cannot rave enough about how amazing Aisha was. I came by looking for a two bedroom floor plan & Aisha showed me several options addressing all of my needs. She was super friendly and very informative to my endless list of questions. When she gave me a tour of the apartment she made me feel secured and comfortable. You dont get quality service from leasing consultants like that these days! Overall its lovely place to live and I highly recommend for everyone to work with Aisha! Shes very helpful and she does an extraordinary job.

    I have lived at Park at Voss for 4 yrs now and I am really pleased with all the improvements which were very much over due. The gym is much improved and the exterior is getting a facelift Walter and the guys do a great job keeping this place up and those Care events are usually a lot of fun. The girls in the office are great and I just renewed for another year and am hoping I will win that cruise!

    I am extremely pleased with the property and the staff! The apartment has been updated and it is the most peaceful apartment complex that I have ever lived in! Super quiet! Very Clean! Everything was perfect when I moved in! They even have a dog groomer on the property!! Close to the Galleria and lots of neat shopping!! Easy access to the freeways of Houston!!

    Park at Voss Apartments is a great place to live. The area is always very quiet and I feel 100 % safe. The neighbors are kind and it is easy to meet them, as there is a neighbor care program, which organizes various activities.The staff is very sweet, and the men and women at the leasing office is always very helpful. Before I moved in I had a lot of questions and my contact person would always do her best to help and this continued after I moved in.I give Park at Voss my best recommendations.

    Had an issue with water pressure and they came out and fixed it. Actually the pressure is way better than it was previously. The men that came to help were very nice and informative and helped me track down the problem. Great staff here.

    I have about 2 weeks here and i like it. I am very satisfied with the studio, it meets my needs and its very nice. I think people exaggerate about roaches. I have seen about two, but they have pest control service your apt often. You must keep in mind these are old apts, but theyre doing some upgrades and thats good to see! I at first though it was weird that their building hallways are enclosed like dorms, but I feel pretty safe here.

Ive seen a lot of bad ratings and honestly have to say to each his own because my experience here has been awesome.As to those with past pest problems, I dont have any, I mean sometimes one or two tend to show up, but I cant control the other residents cleanliness or way of living. I know Im clean and pest control can only do so much.

    Great location especially if you are my India, with Indian stores and restaurants very close by. Very cooperative and accommodating management and office staff. Have small issues in the apartments with respect to roaches but they are very responsive on maintenance requests and address them on a war footing.

    I went to Park at Voss as Ive been interested in moving out for a while. Upon my arrival, Aisha greeted me and was very informative of the process she was going to take me through. She showed me my options if I were to live by myself or with another person. She didnt force her opinions onto me but rather described all the features and surrounding area that would be beneficial to me. Because of her, I am highly considering this as a place to stay. If you are considering this place for stay, please visit and ask for Aisha!

    Current resident.I have lived at park at Voss for 2yrs now. The leasing office staff are very friendly and are always ready to help with any issues. My A/C unit went out once and the maintenance crew jump it and took care of within the same business day. Thank you.#I Love the new renovation

    Went in to tour the apartments. Nio was very nice and helpful. The staff was willing to work with me. I did not end up moving because of personal reasons but they were nice for the price.

    Moved in April 2017 and have really enjoyed my stay here. With the amenities alone this place is a paradise. From the large pool and bbq area to the tournament size volleyball court and tennis courts you will not need to leave this place to have fun. They have an onsite convenience store and fully loaded work out room. Not to mention they offer a rare amenity. Each month the Cares team put on a event where we get to meet our neighbors over free food and drinks, it gives us a chance to make new friends with our neighbors, something I have never seen in a apartment complex. The apartment was clean moving in and the staff have met all my needs and concerns with my move in and apartment. I highly recommend this place for families and singles.

    Update: The alarm system is no longer going off constantly, so Im raising the review a bit and open to further improvements. I would have rated much higher a year ago, but they have installed a loud alarm system that wakes me up often several times a night. They claim it is to protect cars in the parking lot, but the speaker is pointed into an interior courtyard not at the parking lot. Worse than the noise are the hollow apologies. without actually fixing the problem from the office and the management company about this nuisance. The maintenance crews are excellent. The pools and fitness center are nice. Fix this alarm issue so I can sleep and Id rate 4.5 stars.
