We moved at the begining of Summer allowing us time to experience the property for the past few months, the maintenance staff is very helpfulband busy. The property is always clean is quite no issues. IS NOT PERFECT but close to it.very nice are with plenty of shpping centers and restaurants.prices are good and Norma and Shandra are very kind and helpful when needed

I have to thank Leo the guy who works maintenance is an exceptional person in maintenance good service and a very hard worker in every aspect he did plumbing he did absolutely everything my apartment broke 4 pipes I had four floods had to do everything in the cold and the leak until I found them I found myself in such a frustrated quote and he fixed my problem Thanks Leo because without you I dont think I would have been able to bear everything the apartments have to thank you for the good service and the good worker that you are . I still sleep in the living room but I know that for a short time now my apartment is being rebuilt, the bathroom will change my carpet. My apartment is ready with New carpet Thanks to woodchase apartments and Leo ❤️ my apartment is beautiful now, I love it🙏♥️♥️

I been at Woodchase for couple of years and is sad to see some of the posts bashing the property, yes is no close to perfection but at the end is a good place to leave.I do not interact too much with the office ladies but they are helpful, they constantly having small events for us, maintenance do what they can as soon is possible because they are extremely busy working on emergencies which management kindly informed us.They recently did upgrades to the court yard and made a volleyball court, grill area and more.I do recommend this property, prices are decent and the are is good lots of dining places, great stores.

I been living in this apartments since 2/2018, I noticed people come and go and I still here, my first apartment was a 1 bed now I have a 2 bedroom and I rarely have issues, maintenance is for the most part quick to respond to our requests Norma and Chandra are helpful and they attend our needs, most of the time they have resident parties which we always enjoy. Now they builded at nice play area for adults and kids. I can not ask for more for the price I paid. We are happy to be here

I saw a review stating Not perfect, but close enough. I couldnt agree more, weve loved our experience here and are ready to renew for another year. Like any other place, theres bound to be small issues but none that Norma or Chandra havent handled! Best staff Ive ever encountered at any complex. The only thing Id say is my biggest complaint, is how often the water is shut off(were notified, but still). Other than that, its home sweet home!

Been here about a week and my experience so far has been very pleasant. The staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance is quick to fix anything. Grounds are well kept. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage space. I was lucky enough to have a unit with all new appliances and carpet.

I have enjoyed living with my family in this complex since 2003. The manager Norma and her assistance Chandra are courteous, professional, and friendly. The response to my recent request for the carpet replacement in my apartment was immediate with no questions asked. The complex is conveniently located in a prime location at the intersection of Westheimer Rd. and S. Gessner Rd. It is accessible to schools, shopping centers, fine and fast food restaurants, and even two bank branches. The landscape is well maintained. The maintenance team is very good. The rent is reasonable. I strongly recommend this apartment complex to any one who is looking for modern and trouble-free, and safe living. What else you need? Live Long and Prosper.

I swear I love my apartment complex and especially their attention to the property and the upkeep. My air conditioning went out and I sent in a request to have it fixed not thinking they would be able to make it in today but I was extremely wrong! LEO came to save the day as he usually does!! He replaced the whole unit in about 30 minutes maybe less and he was so quiet and pleasant and respectful of me working from home. Thank you LEO for making your way to my home to make sure we are comfortable and not overheated. YOU’RE THE BEST!!!

Maintenance is horrible, take months for them to fix little issues, cookaraches infestation, we pay pest control separate from rent, but when we request it takes forever for the pest control company to come. Personal in office is not very helpful

Awesome place, they just need NEW OFFICE STAFF!!! When we first moved in they had an awesome leasing agent name Elias Sanchez who had awesome customer service. A couple of months later they changed office personal like 3 times in less than a year. The place is quiet, the price is reasonable, Maintance request gets done on time but the new leaser and the new guy assistance are not as nice as the previous staff other than that its a GREAT PLACE. .. The reason why I dont give a 5 star is for office staff!

Since the two months I have been here, I am glad I chose WoodChase Apartments. Norma has been so wonderful and attentive to our needs. The area is very calm and safe. It is close to grocery stores which is a plus to me but not only that, their prices are incredible. Everyone is so nice and maintance employees are quick to respond. I definitely would recommend Woodchase Apartments.

These are some nice and very accommodating apartments. Ms. Jemy and Me. Lester are very nice and took care of everything I asked for. Ms. Jemy went out her way to constantly stay in contact with me as I got ready to move here from Louisiana. Its quiet, gated community, and overall a very good place to live. Every store and even my job is atleast 10mins or less from my apartment. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

Overall, I am happy with Woodchase Apts. I have lived here since late 2015 and presently. Its very affordable, relatively nice on exterior, and my studio apt is spacious & my visitors enjoy my place. The con is that it is unsafe to make a left turn exiting the gate onto Meadowglen Lane & every day I DREAD this because there are cars parked on the street that often block the view.

We have lived in this Complex for about five years. The geographical location is excellent and this is one of the reasons why we remain here. On the other hand, the maintenance service is permanently aware of any problems that may arise, as is the administrative staff. There are no security breaches with this new administration and it is a very comfortable small Complex. The garbage area is always clean and there are no alcoholic beverage containers lying in the parking lots and that speaks in favor of the residents and administration. We highly recommend this place to live...very quiet and pleasant.
