I lived here a while back and it was very peaceful. Recently I was having an issue with a court case and needed some documentation for it. the staff went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed on time. They were very kind and fast in their efforts to help me even though they had an issue with the system after I moved out and had to search for it; showing they do their best to not only take care of their current residents but also their past residents as well. I am extremely grateful for how amazing the people that work here are. A very pleasant experience to have them still work with me after all these years in a very dark time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment to call home with an office that cares. Thank y’all again!!

The owners were very strategic when choosing staff these ppl actually enjoy what they do ….landscaping is always on point … maintenance is rapid …. My neighbors are awesome… police actually live here …. So you sleep good …parking lot clean …. Free game “ Pay a little extra” for a piece of mind at the end of the day you’ll be glad you did. I love my apartment but I also love my extended family here at Wilson Crossing.

Have to say I’ve been here going on 3 years and seen a lot of new office staff. But this new management staff is GREAT! Any questions I have, and concerns I have they answer them. Ursula, Tasha and all the other staff that includes maintenance keep doing what you are doing!! Luma you have some true gems on your hands and everything they are doing I personally appreciate!!!!!

This will be my 3rd year here and I can honestly say this has been the best experience I have had since moving to Texas in 2014. The office staff is caring and VERY professional! Ms. India is very informative of the programs they offer for the kids and Ms. Cassandra is the sweetest person I’ve ever dealt with, the customer service is above the best! My apartment is a ground floor unit and the property is kept clean and the landscaping is beautiful. Maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner, no pest issues whatsoever. My neighbors are pleasant and we look out for each other. The Wilson Crossing is a great place to live.

KaSundra is very knowledgeable about the property and processes. As she showed me around I could see that she cares about taking care of the place. India and KaSundra made me feel welcome before I even moved in, they are both gems! And a few days after I moved in, the office provided donuts for any resident who wanted to stop by for one - Thank you!The apartment is quite nice with all the amenities I had wanted. If you are apartment hunting in the area be sure to stop here, you will want to stay!

We moved to Wilson Crossing almost 6 months ago and have loved every minute of it. The maintenance staff is excellent and efficient and the property is always clean. It has felt like home from the moment we moved here. The amenities are great and the neighborhood is safe. I have never had a problem that wasnt addressed promptly and respectfully.

Kasundra is the most knowledgeable person, she goes above and beyond her job duties. She helped me throughout my application process & this is the place I’ll rather be with customer service like hers. Her office is so peaceful and clean. I have lived at Wilson Crossing for the past 17 years and have had amazing experiences. Noe and the front desk staff are always extremely accommodating and kind. During the snow storm years ago Noe left his home and stayed on site to make sure all the residents were taken care of and management got me moved into a new apartment in less than two weeks after I experienced damage. My 90 year old grandmother also lives in the complex and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and taken care of which means the world. Thank you for everything you all do.Update: I recently moved into a new unit and KaSundra went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get into a larger unit so I could have more space for my family and dogs. I was in her office or on the phone with her daily for about 2 weeks and she was patient and kind throughout the whole process. It was really nice to have someone go out of their way to make sure I could be more comfortable in the complex. Due to me being in her office so much I got to see how accommodating she was with every resident that walked through the door and she never rushed anyone out. Thank you KaSundra. I appreciate you so much!

Ive only moved in recently, but my experience to date has been nothing short of amazing!!I left the rat race of Frisco to take a job in Cedar Hill, but didnt want to live on site for a few reasons. We found Wilson Crossing to be an idyllic setting- an old garden style property with mature landscaping and rustic charm. KaSundra in the leasing office was absolutely wonderful throughout the process- touring my girlfriend as I was still up in Frisco, and when we finally got there unexpectedly, she was able to tour us, and I filled out the application on the spot.Even with the inevitable computer glitches, we were still able to start moving in a couple of days later.The maintenance team were prompt responding to a move-in day AC issue and had it fixed by our return a couple of hours later.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, attractive, peaceful property with fantastic staff in the area!

WILSON CROSSING APARTMENTS WANTS GOOD TENANTS!!!!!!**When I wrote my review about the issues we were having in our unit. I was so hurt and disappointed and did not want to move. Mrs. Kasandra the assistant manager reached out to me. If not for her compassion and effort I would not be writing this retraction. She did not say much, but what she said went a long way. She was so concerned, caring, and very apologetic. She stated let me handle it. By the time I got off work my phone was ringing it was the assistant manager. She kept her word and did just that. Our issues are resolved. Because of her willingness to go over and beyond, for just a tenant. I am very happy and feel that my concerns did not go unheard. It feels so good to have a good nights rest. When the owner wrote, residents experience a sense of pride in calling Wilson Crossing home. I can now say I feel right at home. I am humbly appreciative.

I have to say moving here was the best decision I’ve made! It’s so quiet and peaceful over here. The office staff well lets just say I have absolutely nothing bad to say about any of them. My child was hospitalized and they defiantly checked on us to make sure he was okay. The genuinely were concerned. Shoutout to the maintenance team he came out and fix my AC so quick! He didnt just give me a excuse he actually fixed the issue.Any questions or concerns I have I know I can go to the office and theyll answer any question I have!!! Only been here 6 months and still happy with my decision to move here. Great Job you guys

I lived at WC from Dec 2019 through 6/30/23. Overall, I had a good experience at these apartments. The move-in process was simple and the staff was nice and accommodating. There was different management at the time I moved in. As of this writing, the manager is Sandra R., and assistant manager is Cassandra K.I lived in a downstairs, one bedroom apartment. Any of you who’ve lived on the first floor understand what that means. I had three different sets of neighbors who lived above me, and all of them acted as if no one lived below them. I had to complain to management about the noise, and that helped tremendously.Maintenance requests for my actual apartment were handled expeditiously (thank you maintenance men). The maintenance requests for the laundry room and other external issues didn’t appear to be fixed. I put in multiple requests for the malfunctioning dryers, and they continued to be in disrepair. Living there so long, I learned which were the “good” dryers. The price is great at $1 per load.I had one personal incident where management accused my “children” of slinging mud. Mind you I have one child. They said they had given me multiple warnings, which was false. I never received any notice about any issues until I got a charge on my account for $25. When I asked about it, I was told I had received a written warning before (false). They ended up crediting the charge back to me; however, Sandra then came and put a notice of a lease violation on my door. There was no date of the alleged incident nor any other proof other than the word of the maintenance men.Another issue involved an old neighbor of mine. She had a major issue with the previous management after we had snowmaggedon. The pipes that burst during that time were not properly repaired, and major damage was done in my neighbor’s apartment. Repairmen were coming in and out of her home without notice, and she was a single, older female. She faced a lot of issues and had zero support from management. She ended up having to go to court. Just want you all to be aware of this in case something similar happens to you while living here. She moved out, then a new neighbor was moved in immediately. She had to leave often because the plumbing still wasn’t repaired properly. She ended up moving after just a few months and then an older couple moved I’m not too long before I moved out in June.The last issue I’d like to share is regarding my move out. WC did honor my request to break my lease early (had some personal issues that required me to move). I had to pay the reletting fee, final water bill, etc. WC sent me my final bill, and my original deposit was not shown as a credit on the final statement. I asked about this and still have not received a valid response as to the status of my deposit. My rent was always paid on time and I never had balances carry from one month to the next. I paid the entire final balance in full; therefore, I should’ve been credited my deposit on my final move out statement. Update as of 7/26/23: management emailed me a detailed statement and information regarding my deposit. I appreciate their time and explanation.I felt safe in my apartment as a single female with a 3rd grader. Most of my neighbors were amicable and my daughter had friends she got to play with outside. The apartment was modern and spacious. The pools and fitness room are okay. There is no volleyball court anymore, so those pics need to be updated. There are a couple hoodlums who like to cause trouble, but that’s anywhere you go. The property is well maintained and quiet for the most part. I work from home, and most of my neighbors were gone to work during the day. WC is right next to a park and walking track. It’s in close proximity to everything you need (groceries, restaurants, medical/dental offices, schools, etc). The price is probably the most competitive for the area and the quality/caliber of the apartment.I believe WC is great for most families or singles.

Ive been at this property for about 9 months now. The office staff has always been friendly and professional from the time I was a prospective tenant up until now. The maintenance staff is efficient and responds to work order requests within 24 hours.So far, I have not personally encountered any issues or concerns with safety, which is something that always makes me nervous when moving to an unfamiliar area.I was planning for this to be my last place of residence before purchasing a house. However, due to ongoing issues with my downstairs neighbor, I may not be renewing my lease. Im not sure if there are foundation issues or if my neighbor just doesnt like anyone living above her. But, either way its caused stress for me and my kids. Thankfully the office staff has continued to be amazing and helpful. If I decide to stay and simply relocate to a 1st floor or townhouse unit, it will definitely be because of the staff.

I was there from 2007-2011. My unit had just been remodeled with laminate wood flooring, new counter tops, new carpet in the bedrooms, and nice cabinets. The only issue I ever had was with a neighbor upstairs whose children, whom she babysat, would jump on the floor. The staff was always courteous and maintenance repairs were done promptly.

I have lived here for years and love it. There arent alot of people hanging outside. Maintenance is wonderful about coming out to repair and assist. I feel safe coming home at night. I havent ran into any nosey neighbors. The neighbors speak in passing and go on. I like that. No one has asked to borrow any sugar. During the summer there are kids from the houses that come to the pool. You must have a key to get in. They manage to get in. Overall I really like it here.

The place looks a bit outdated looking from the outside but Christian really made this place feel like it was brand new pointed out the major upgrades that where done to the apartments my lease isn’t up until April at my other complex but I’ll sure be leasing here.
