I absolutely love it !!! I just signed my 7th lease!!! Im so happy that I chose this community! Im proud and grateful to call this home!Maria and Hollanda they have always been nice to me have helped me in many ways were they didnt have to I really appreciate every time that I go to the office to speak with then if you put in a work order they get right on it me I feel like my real family!!!

I have been living in this complex and in the same apt unit since 2017 and I love it here. Friendly staff and maintenance workers. Have only had 2 different managers and asst mgrs since living here, not bad at all. Requested work orders are done within a 24 hour period. This is a great place to call home. I feel very secure day or night. The only thing I am not to fond of is the visitor parking. Each guest is limited to two visiting any given time. Management will accommodate me for my out of town visors and I really appreciate them for that. You will love living here if you choose to make this your place of living... Enjoy!!

Best customer service experience. I started my walk in visit with Mrs Yolanda Parra. She was helpful respectful, she has the knowledge of what she is doing. Thats why Im the new tenant in Waterchase Apartment.

Ive lived here since 2013. Ive enjoyed my time here and intend to stay for the foreseeable future. The office staff has changed a few times over the years, but each time they are both professional and courteous. The maintenance staff is even better in that any issue Ive had has been addressed quickly and efficiently. Its a smaller complex compared to the others around us, but I feel that makes Waterchase better because its therefore easier to manage and maintain, as well as safer too. Parking can sometimes be a challenge, but again, its a small complex, so that adds maybe a minute, at most, to cross the central courtyard to my apartment.Moreover, Waterchase has a modern construction style than other similar complexes further south in Lake Highlands.Personally, I believe that if you show respect for the place you live and the people that work there, they will do the same. Sadly, not every complex is like that, but Waterchase is.

Yolanda is the best manager I have ever seen so far .she is helpful ,cooperative ,fair ,patient and so on she deserve to be a manager.I have been happy living there waterchase apt in dallas almost a year

I love the RC Ms.India is very nice and uplifting. i wish there were more places like this. i come every day and do my homework. Such a great place. I wish she could buy us more computers
