Had a problem with the property owner trying to withhold deposits upon leaving the property. Luckily UrbanOne Properties was able to remedy the situation, and stated that they now take deposits so that the owner can no longer withhold deposits for no reason.Was a great property management company, and was always very quick with maintenance requests, mobile payment issues etc.

Have been renting with UrbanOne Properties for a year now and have had no complaints. All maintenance request were filled in a very timely manner, and residents were notified of every instance of building maintenance or issues.

I have truly had a great experience renting from Urban One Properties. Kyle and Laura are so helpful and friendly! Every maintence call I put in was delt with in a timly maner and done right the first time. They were also very helpful with any questions I had and helped make my move easy and pain free. I have lived at 2 locations that they mange now and both are clean and nicely managed. Highly reccomend!

I was really looking for a place with a good location near Montrose, and the smaller units I found are walking distance to most of my favorite places to hang out or at worst a 5 minute drive.The property managers and maintenance crew have both been quick to respond when I needed them, and have been pleasant to interact with. Having rented for the last 10 years in a couple different towns, Ive learned that a good property manager is way more important than the unit itself!

Management is extremely helpful here. I had a good experience living at the units at 400 Westmoreland St and if it hadnt been for the pandemic and change in my job situation, I probably would have renewed my lease. Many thanks to Kyle here.
