    Jose Olvera, the manager was amazing and so professional. He was so helpful, attentive and sounded very knowledgeable about the property. He gave me a tour and explained everything I needed to know. He was very patient and broke down all of the fees that would be needed for move in and as well as the monthly fees. I would recommend anyone that goes to the Vue to meet with Jose. He rocks!

    Hands down the best maintenance and reception staff Ive ever experienced at an apartment complex! Whenever we send in a maintenance request, it has ALWAYS been taken care of the following morning, sometimes even in the same day! Bianca at the front desk helped us move in a few weeks early when my roommate and I were in a rush to find a new place, and the management sped up renovations so that we could move in ASAP. She is always very kind and welcoming to me when I come to the office to pick up packages! What truly inspired me to write a review was when Bianca chased me down in the lot as I was walking up to my apartment to give me a package I hadnt picked up in a few days, since the office would be closed for the weekend and they wanted to make sure that people had their packages before Fathers Day this weekend. WOW!

    I had a great experience living at the Vue on the third floor. Maintenance was astonishingly quick, the office staff are kind and helpful, and our unit worked very well for us. No problems with bugs, good hot water and decent appliances.The layout of the apartments would be good for a small family or roommates. The living area is really big, with a combined living room, dining space, and kitchen creating a lot of open space. The complex has a lot of families, and is right next to a school, so it feels safe. Do note that the neighborhood is very diverse, and this complex in particular is mostly hispanic. So if you like getting to know your neighbors, that isnt going to happen unless you speak spanish.My only complaints are that the large amount of kids and proximity to the highway makes the complex pretty noisy, there tends to be a lot of trash/litter about, and it was sometimes hard to find parking without a reserved spot. There isnt a lot of unreserved parking near the buildings so you have to get lucky or you might end up walking a ways. And the neighborhood could be better. While there are lots of fast food options nearby, there isnt any healthy food or good stores within walking distance.Overall, I would definitely recommend the Vue as an affordable complex, especially for families. If you dont mind the cons mentioned above, you will have a great experience here.

    I have been living at the vue for almost 3 years. The manager Kitzie is great. So is the staff, never had a problem with any of them. I dont have any problems here. When i need something done it gets done. Out of all apartments i have lived at here is the best!

    This was my first apartment when I moved to Austin. The only reason why I moved out was that I moved in with a roommate to a location that was equidistant from our jobs.The Vue offers the best bang for your buck. The apartments are really spacey for the amount of square footage that you get in comparison to others, and the price worked well with my budget. Location wise it is located near a Wal-Mart, a library, and an elementary school and you are about a 10-minute drive from the Domain and about 15-20 minutes from downtown Austin (depending on traffic).Since the beginning and during my stay, Denise, the former leasing agent, made the transition process so easy and was extremely helpful with the entire application process. This customer service continued even when the Vue hired their new leasing agent, Jamilex. Kitzie (the manager) and her leasing agents were very helpful and provided me the answers to my questions in a very quick, professional and courteous manner. I never had an issue communicating with them which is a MAJOR plus in my opinion. Their professionalism never changed during my entire stay at the Vue Apartments. I greatly value an apartment complex staff who lends an ear (no matter how small the issue), offer a resolution, answers promptly and professionally and do it all with a positive attitude. I can confirm that the staff at the Vue stand behind and uphold these traits.I never had any issues when it came to maintenance. The maintenance staff at the Vue works very promptly. The Vue maintenance crew also built great rapport with the tenants. I knew the maintenance crew on a first name basis. Ricardo was always quick to assist and fix any minor issues I had in my apartment. The maintenance staff was very professional whenever they came to the apartments and they also did an excellent job on their tasks.Cleanliness - I never had any pest issues inside or outside of my apartment. The grounds are maintained on a daily basis. The dumpsters are picked up on a regular basis. Management does make an effort to keep up the overall look of the apartment by having rules against trash in front of the apartment doors or junk on the patios, etc.The apartments are family friendly as a lot of the residents kiddos attend the elementary across the street. Since some of the residents are families they Vue offers family friend events throughout the year for the kiddos to participate in.The only reason for the 4/5 stars is due to the narrow parking slots (which is easily remedied by purchasing a reserved slot) and the unavailability of the on-site gym due to renovations.

    Ive lived in a handful of apartment complexs before but none have lived up to the expectations the Vue has given me. I am so thankful the leasing agent, Jamilex. She handles every problem I come to her about. I know it must be frustrating sometimes because some of these problems are probably so simple but she always has a smile on her face and seeing that makes me feel so good. She always remembers my name and its the little things like that that makes me feel welcomed. Thanks for being so awesome Jami!

    Best apartments in Austin Tx I stopped by to view a few apartments when walking into the office I was greeted by a very nice and friendly woman named Blance she walked the property and showed me the amazing things this property has to offer after finishing our tour I got to meet another sweet lady in the office named Kitzie both these lady’s made my visit very lovely and will definitely be back and hopefully be a resident next time
