I’ve only been here for a month and so far it has been nothing but great! Jenna has been so great and very helpful with answering our questions and addressing our concerns. The application and move in process was so fast and easy! Everyone around has been so nice and welcoming, this has been the best community we have lived in. Very quiet and clean as well. My family LOVES it here!!!!

Lived here about 2 years and overall experience was amazing . Jenna is extremely fair moving in and moving out! Processes were easy and She helped us out in many ways . Maintenance was always extremely fast and knowledgeable. People are nice, pets allowed (big dogs too!!!) the construction was hard to deal with but they’re almost finished! I definitely recommend!

I have lived here at the Stanton for about 2 years now, it’s a beautiful complex! The apartment manager is amazing! She’s very understanding and friendly the maintenance crew is awesome they always make sure to get on top of issues In a quick manner! Overall recommend the Stanton!

We have lived at The Stanton almost two years and we are very satisfied with everything. Weve had minor issues and they were taken care of immediately. The management staff is great. When we moved here we were in a bind to move out and Jenna worked with us and we were able to move out when we were supposed to and move in to our new home. We are happy at The Stanton.

I wanted to post an update now that I am 5 years into being here and have seen so many great improvements. Rules are being enforced that keep our community clean and safe for the residents. The pool is being kept for the actual residence with guest policy being enforced and trespassers being asked to leave. Maint is on top of things especially on the weekends with emergencies major and minor (it’s too hot to be without ac). All staff is courteous and approachable and really gets to know those who live here.

I HAVE LIVED HERE AT THE STANTON FOR THE PAST 3 years and I enjoy the quiet and clean environment. The Manager Jenna has always been helpful and any issues I have ever had she has always been able to get them taken care of in a timely manner. The apartments are very nice and maintained I love that I don’t have to leave my home to wash and dry and that we have a Pool area, playground, and Vball area and all well maintained! I have looked around every year and no one has amenities at a fair price and great staff ! I recommend friends all the time .

The community here is super friendly and quiet. The grounds are well maintained and the staff work hard daily to keep the property looking amazing! Jenna is hands down one of the nicest apartment managers I have come across. She goes above and beyond to help you and is just a very friendly face when you walk in the office. She keeps everyone up to date and informed on things going on in the community. Our maintenance staff is amazing as well! You never have to wait long if there is an issue.

I lived for a short time, here at the Stanton luxury apartments. It’s a new complex built in 2023. I lived in phase one but phase 2 will be completed shortly.Here in Lockhart, Texas there is a abundance of growth as far as residential communities. I was fortunate to land on this one as there are many opportunities that other apartments do not offer such as no smoking, quiet, lack of theft, while being adjacent to Valero and Mario‘s tacos! We are also off 130 and San Antonio St.Probably one of the better reasons for living here is the community manager by the name of Jenna. She makes things happen quickly. Anytime any issue arises her maintenance staff addresses them immediately. Problem solved!

I came in December of 2023 and I had to break my lease due to a work transfer to Cedar Park. I cant be making that drive everyday. With that being said, I am very sad that I have to leave from living here. This happens to be one of the best apartments Ive lived at. The office people are extremely nice and very understanding and the maintenance crew have been much more than helpful. Any time Ive had any issues, they have always been on top of the issue and had it resolved immediately. I have absolutely NO complaints. These are very nice apartments and very spacious even for a one bedroom. I am/was in Building 2 and I have/had amazing neighbor. Everyone is very friendly and its very quiet at night. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to apply here if you are in the Lockhart or in the surrounding area. To break my lease, I just had to pay a re-letting fee and put in a 60 day notice. But I really wish I didnt have to leave. Lockhart is a cute little town and a hopping night--life downtown on the weekends which I never thought a town like Lockhart would have. Very open-minded people / liberal minded and very accepting of everyone. Thank You Stanton Apartments for allowing me the opportunity to live here and experience what you offered.

I have lived in The Stanton going on 2 years now. I would really like to give Jenna a huge shout out for holding the tenants accountable for keeping our home area as clean and organized as possible. I truly appreciate her holding residents accountable for guests not taking all the paying residents parking as well as keeping the grounds clean. Jenna always has her residents best interest in mind and goes above and beyond for everyone to live in a safe and clean environment.

Moving into The Stanton has been amazing. Jenna has been very helpful and understanding with our move in. She has given us all the information needed and made us feel welcome. We have been living here 3 weeks now and my husband and I love it! The community is great and feels like home.

Sold my house in San Antonio to move to lockhart for work. I was pretty apprehensive about moving from a house to an apartment at first but the property manager made the transition a breeze. Everything is so clean and convenient here and it makes my life so much easier with the busy schedule I have. The grounds, pool, and gym are all kept clean. Theres a convenience store and taco spot so close my teenager can walk there safely. Commuting to Austin or San Antonio is easy with SH130 Toll being right up the road. The staff has been great and very responsive to what few requests Ive made. Over all it has been a great experience living here and I would recommend it to anyone whos looking to move into the area but not looking to buy in this crazy market.

Recently moved in and honestly I don’t think I could be happier. Clean, spacious, well appointed, well designed, my unit is comfortable and laid out perfectly for living. The appliances, cabinetry, shower, everything is great, and the grounds are all impeccably maintained. My dog loves it too! And so far all the neighbors are friendly and considerate people, and management has been so helpful throughout the entire process; I feel like we won the apartment lottery!

Having lived in 3 units over three years (2bed then needed a three and now back in a 2 on the ground floor) the new management has been amazing. They are always available to explain changes and why, to help with any issues and really knows the residents. The maintenance guys are phenomenal as well. The grounds are looking better, the pool is pristine and issues are addressed promptly. No one likes imposing new rules or restrictions but after having a conversation with them over why I understand and agree it’s only to make our place nicer and more relaxing for those that live here.

Been living here since July and the only gripe I have is that occasionally you can hear the neighbors through the walls. Beyond the maintenance guys take care of the area and its nice to hear from Jenna the property manager with updates and general openess to help.
