    Ive been living here for more than 2 years and I love it. The green areas are huge, beautiful and very well maintained. the apartments have plenty of space and pretty inside. They rotate their admins often but the new are still very attentive, they always try to remember your name, apartment number and special needs. they are really helpful and I think the maintenance team of this property is the best you are going to know ever. Ive placed maintenance requests probably 4 times and those get done the same day or next day, and whenever there is something broken in the social areas they will fix it very soon. I always compare these apartments with the ones around and I can say Remington has the best prices (they only increase your rent by $15 after each renewal which isnt bad to me), best management team and best green areas. By the way, the community is amazing.

    2022: Application and office communication was fast and clear. Our leasing agent Brianna was sweet and caring from the first day. Maintenance has a clear fast and efficient turn around time. My husband and I have loved being part of this community! 10/10 recommend despite the old reviews.Edit: 2023After being here for over a year, my husband and I have 0 complaints. We have loved living here and just renewed. Love that it’s quiet and the staff does an amazing job at keeping the grounds/ pool clean and maintenance up to date. No problems with pest or finding parking.Edit : 2024Still happy residing here. Maintenance is still up to par quick turn around time clear communication from management when checks or bug sprays etc are happening. Only complaint so far is that one of our cars has gotten hit TWICE and when I reached out to management just to confirm that there are no cameras outdoors on the property no one reached out a little ironic given the previous sentence I know but this is the only time there was no communication. A simple no would have sufficed instead of crickets. There is an older gentleman who I constantly see keeping the ground and he does a great job! Still recommend living here (:Edit: 2025Remains a quiet community, good neighbors clean pest free apartments. Still great maintenance turn around time! Overall still kept well. We enjoy living here. Just wish there would be 3-5 more visitors parking because as of recent it’s been hard to find parking for visitors. Our washer/ dryer broke had someone come look at it and there wasn’t any visitor parking. 😫

    I recently went to apply at these apartments for one bedroom the staff was so patient with me due to the fact this was my first time applying. they were very helpful in guiding with this process giving me details on on which utilities company are the best and most affordable. the apartments look amazing inside but my favorite for the balcony by far. The rent was very affordable compared to the others i looked at. over experience was 10/10

    Ms. Asya Manuel, the property manager, is SUPER AWESOME! She is very professional, patient, helpful, and well-informed! The apartment community is great and it’s located in a nice area. Would definitely recommend The Remington and other of its sister properties to friends!

    The office staff has made living at the Remington a great experience so far. Decorating contests, resident events, and giveaways help to keep a great community aspect to the complex. The initial signing process was very smooth and they were quick to answer any questions and concerns. The maintenance staff is very attentive to concerns and always respond the same day. Very quiet complex with nice neighbors, friendly staff, and affordable rates. The complex is close to plenty of grocery stores and restaurants and is in a great location overall. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to move to the area. Thanks for making apartment living a great experience!

    I moved into The Remington about a year ago, it has turned out to be the Best apartments Ive lived in in the last 10 years. Very Quiet and Peaceful.The grounds are always kept clean , Maintenance is superb. The office staff is Amazing! I look forward to spending many years here.

    The Remington has been a great place for my first apartment. Grounds always look nice and it’s a quiet area. Maintenance is always on top of everything and Brianna from the office has always been very helpful. I’d say the only thing that’s given me trouble is the front car gate will only open using an app and I’ve gotten into a pickle a couple times when my phone was broken. I hope they can add a key code to the front as well.

    Remington is a jewel of a complex nestled in between several other complexes. The grounds are immaculately maintained. You will constantly see one of the maintenance guys pressure washing or blowing the drive clean. Maintenance is SOOO quick to respond. I have never had an issue where they didnt respond the same day.

    Weve had a great experience here for almost 4 years. Maintenance is very quick to fulfill needs, and the groundskeeper is extremely hard working. The new office staff is very friendly and personable. We always feel safe here and neighbors are so friendly. They stay on top of pest control, and we have never had any complaints with that. We are thankful to have such a wonderful home for the time being that is so well-kept and with reasonable pricing. Thank you, Remington, and keep up the great work!

    Very quiet calm apartments. Nice neighbors and the front office is a pleasure. Brianna the manager is super sweet and helpful and so is her assistant Damari. Routine pest control and clean dumpsters and parking. Renewed my lease for a second year!

    I just moved at the start of March 2022 and so far, I love it, Let me tell you why. first, the office staff members are so professional and informative. I leased my unit with the property manager, Brandi. She has been super helpful and showed me around the community. The grounds were very clean, not a dog dropping in site, the pool was clean and sparkly, and the gym was very clean and organized. Since then, Brandi had moved to a new community and I started to work with Luz, the assistant property manager. Luz was very professional and accommodating, especially during the ice storm. She made me feel so relaxed after a very stressful move from Fort Worth.After moving in, I had submitted a few work orders, these guys took care of my work order like that *snaps finger*If its not the staff that sells you on the place, the fact that you are so close to everything sure will!The location is quiet, and I feel pretty safe walking around the area. ( safety is not a sure thing, so use your better judgment when you are out and be aware of your surrounding )Im so happy to be home.

    A lovely peaceful, friendly and quiet community. Very nice neighbors. Beautiful apartment with crown molding, quartz countertops and plank flooring, plush carpet in bedrooms. Oversized garden tub. Great staff and excellent response to all maintenance requests regardless how minor. Love this place.

    I’ve lived here for almost 5years and I’ve been looking forward to renewing my lease each year because this place is one of the best experience I’ve ever had living in an apartment. I appreciate Luz for her excellent service and determination. The maintenance team provides excellent service. I’m happy to call the Remington apartment HOME!!! 😊

    The remington is by far the best apartments I have lived in. Maintenance call turn around is always less than 24hrs. They also comes out every 6 months to check smoke dectors, leaks, and air filters without having to schedule. On-site Keeper is A1 he keeps the outside area very clean. He even comes and cleans the breeze ways and front doors faithfully. Pest control is already scheduled so you dont have to worry about that as well. Front office staff always been extra nice, a1 customer service.

    I lived at The Remington Apartments for a year and it was amazing. From the initial showing of the apartment all through moving out the staff was wonderful. They answered any and all questions I had. Maintenance requests are easy to submit and the response time is super quick. The office staff are really kind. The apartments are affordable, nice and clean. Definitely a place I recommend to my friends.

    Ive been here for 5 years and this is hands down the best complex Ive lived in. Everyone is so friendly, from the office staff to the maintenance team. They all truly care for each and every one of their residents. Our manager Brandy takes her time to get to know everyone by hosting resident events which my family and I love! One of the most important things to me as well is that the maintenance team is ALWAYS there when you need them. Ive never had to wait over 24hrs for something to be fixed or replaced, but at the same time the complex is in tip top shape that nothing ever really needs attention anyways haha

    I love this place. The prices are reasonable; the grounds are kept nicely; apartments are spacious; the property is clean and well maintained; maintenance is very timely; extra quiet; tenants are friendly; management couldnt be better! One couldnt find a nicer bunch of folks. If I had a complaint it would be the parking situation-but hey, Ill put up with that just for all the amenities that come with this great place! Id recommend Remington Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment!

    I have recently moved here from out of state, and words cannot describe how this place has become like home. From the main office to the maintenance staff, every one here is so welcoming, courteous, and helpful. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day. The apartments are clean, renovated, and very nice. The community here is so kind. I have loved my time here, and highly recommend this beautiful neighborhood.

    Very nice and quiet place to live. Neighbors are very friendly. My unit I am very pleased with the size of entire unit, rooms and dark wood flooring. Even without my furniture the apartment itself still has character. Again very pleased with my new home at the Remingtons. Additionally we know staff does matter and the do an excellent job with communication and keeping this beautiful community where we can live. Thank you The Remingtons and Staff.

    Ive lived here just a few short months, but the people who work here are good people. They throw great events for the residents. The front office people are always there when you need a helping hand. The maintenance guys are also always on top of whatever you need! They work hard and get things fixed quick! Highly recommend moving here, you wont regret it.

    The new management is super wonderful and extremely friendly. I feel like they actually care about what I say and they take the time to listen instead of just brushing you off. Dillon and Brandi are super sweet and friendly and you can tell they try to do all they can to make the Remington a place you enjoy living. Thank goodness the old management is gone and we have these guys now.

    I have been looking for an apartment in Lewisville for several months without any luck. I decided to stop at the Remington apartments. I had the pleasure of meeting the assistant manager Luz Zarate. She help me setup an application and was extremely nice and helpful. Within a couple of days she called me and informed me that she had a 1st floor apartment available. I declined the apartment and informed her that I was hoping to find a 3rd floor apartment. A few weeks passed and I stopped by the Remington complex again. She informed me that a 3rd floor apartment might be coming available soon. The next day she called me and informed me that she had an apartment available. I had problems completing the application and drove to the leasing office because I didnt want to miss out on the unit. She helped me complete the application and was extremely nice, professional and helpful. She seemed generally concerned that I found an apartment. I was approved for the apartment and looked forward to moving in. Not only did Luz Zarate help me with my housing needs, she happens to be one of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting since I moved to Lewisville Texas in 2012. Luz definitely deserves a raise and a promotion.

    Weve lived here for 3 years and its served us well. Overall a pleasant place to live. Office staff is very nice, very helpful - zero complaints, they are fab and really care about the residents. Maintenance is quick and professional. The parking situation is fine, just pay attention to where your visitors are putting their cars and you wont end up with angry towed friends. If you cant tell where visitor parking is go get your eyes checked. The price has been pretty great for our 1 bedroom, 1 den apartment - honestly the cost to square footage ratio made it a unicorn apartment for us. Fitness center is ace, it had everything I needed to rehab after my knee surgery and they keep it nice and clean.Cons - kitchen is tiny, not much counter space and barely any storage. Weve had to get creative with where we put things. But its never fun having to hold back an avalanche of pots every time you need to fry an egg. Sadly, the pool is also very, very small. Coming from a diehard poolside gal, trust me this broke my heart. Not once in 3 years did we feel like hanging out at this pool. I have also personally witnessed people coming from across the street, letting each other in through the gates, and proceeding to take over our dinky pool like its their own backyard. Also, in the last few months of our stay we have found that our neighbors on literally all sides - left, right, top, you name it - are LOUD. Sometimes while trying to fall asleep it would feel like these people were in my apartment, in my personal space, stomping around, watching TV, and yelling at each other. BUT - again, this was a really recent feeling weve had, Im not sure if thats the situation across the entire campus but be aware if youre looking to live in building 6 anytime soon.I get nitpicky, but at the end of the day weve had a good experience here. Its a comfortable, affordable, safe place to call home for a while. Now onto the next adventure - thanks for the memories, Remington!

    I had a great experience at Remington! I was unable to rent anything out, but I was given a tour that definitely made me want to rent from them in the future. Very thorough, organized and communicative as they gave me a walk through. If you’re ever in need or have any questions, ask for Samantha Gosse. She helped me so much and was the best at suppling with me with all the information that I needed.
