I have lived at The Moorings for over a year and it is so peaceful. Maintenance is on top of requests. I love that I’m close to all of my favorite restaurants and grocery stores. There’s so many opportunities for walking my dogs and exercise too. Definitely one of the best communities I’ve ever lived at.

We were living in these apartments for a year, the overall experience was good regarding the way of living and the safety of the place and the area, it is a quiet and nice area, I think some neighbors do not appreciate this place not keeping it clean, the office staff does their job when you need something, we fulfilled our contract and delivered the apartment clean and as ready as possible, after a few weeks I received the deposit check without any problems. I do recommend these apartments to live in.

I seriously cant recommend The Moorings more. I’ve lived at a lot of different apartment complexes & in my experience after you sign the lease they turn cold, but this management team has been so amazing & nice throughout my time here. I really appreciate the office management, especially Hannah who I have spoken to on multiple occasions & been very pleased with her level of service. The maintenance staff is very kind, helpful & timely, shout-out to Walter & Jorge. They’re very personable here & actually care about you. We’ve re-signed our lease for our second year!

I love the location of this property. My apartment is perfect IThe is very well kept and clean. The staff in leasing office are nice. Especially Hannah. Greets you with a friendly hello and a great big smile. She is always willing to answer any questions or concern and responds in a timely manner. Moorings is lucky to have her.

Being the first time I have ever apartment shopped, I was relieved when I came to tour the moorings with leasing agent Hannah. I didn’t have the first clue about renting an apartment or what amenities I needed or wanted and Hannah gave me the run down of everything and answered every question I had and didn’t think to ask. Finding a home is stressful and it was awesome to find someone so caring about ensuring all my needs and wants were met as well as just giving general advice about apartment living! Couldn’t be more thankful for her help!!

This place is absolute paradise. From the incredible views to the wonderful staff, you truly cannot beat what this apartment has to offer. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, well kept, and very safe. If you are remotely considering a new apartment, you won’t find a better one than the Moorings. And Amy is AWESOME!! Ive experienced a lovely living space and community while staying at the Moorings! My favorite part about the apartment is how open and airy it is. Lots of light and lots of space.

Been here for two years and might make it 3, the apartment itself, maintenance staff, neighborhood are all very nice and the management is very helpful and the area is surrounded with a bunch of good restaurants, definitely a nice place to live in.

Ive been here for over a month now and I really love living here so far. The community is very quiet and the amenities are lovely. While my apartment is a more older model, I had no issues having things fixed with the maintenance staff (they took care of everything I needed done in a very timely fashion). My neighbors are friendly and the leasing staff is courteous. Community is also very dog friendly and marina views make for lovely walks. Waiting for the warmer weather to try out the outdoor pool and marina deck. My only regret is not moving here sooner!

Let me just say I normally dont leave reviews and i am a very tough person to please but this place is absolutely perfect. I just moved in yesterday and Stephanie has been the sweetest most helpful person I’ve met at an apartment complex in a very long time. She’s been so helpful and fixed any issue or concerns i have and it definitely did not go unnoticed. So thank you to The Moorings for employing such great people and also taking care of the inside and outside of the units.

Stephanie and Nicole in the office are fantastic! Very friendly & knowlegable. I just moved in, but I really feel this place is a great fit!Maintenance is quick, the grounds are kept extremely well, and overall, as a young woman on her own I feel safe here.

This is not the first apartment complex we (husband and myself) have lived in; however it is the best! The pictures they have on their website are accurate. The complex is beautiful as are the apartments!The Moorings are set-back off of a busy street which provides a very quiet and beautiful setting. There are many large trees and beautiful park-like setting.Our apartment is amazing! I highly recommend renting on the side by the bay! It is calming and peaceful! We would never have been able to make all the stars but we don’t have to! There is an elevator!The apartment is finished in light gray; floors are a product that looks like wood, but is much easier to care for! Our bedroom has light gray carpet. The kitchen is also beautifully updated! Grey cabinets with white/grey granite and stainless steel appliances!In addition to the pool, there is a work out room accessible 24/7! Also we have a balcony that overlooks the Bay! Beautiful! And a nice touch... a small storage closet on the deck/balcony!The office staff and maintenance workers are always friendly and knowledgeable! Roy has maintenances our apartment a couple times, always the same day we put our work order in! He literally knows how to fix any and everything we have had! As for the office staff... Stephanie is awesome! She is very personable and helpful! She is easy to get ahold of and follows through on each and every request!If you find yourself wanting to move, consider the conveniently located “Moorings”! Right by Kemah Boardwalk and yet close to League City and Webster!

Transferred to a 2 bedroom after living here a year and a half. Community is lovely and quiet. Excellent Pool and Marina space to walk. Dog friendly. Excellent staff and maintenance. No place is perfect but this place is pretty great!
