For my family and I The Madeleine is our peace and quiet. The acceptance process was fast and seamless. The office team is courteous and friendly and maintenance is effective and efficient. Its a quiet place centrally located near all stores that matter as well as the highways. I moved in sight unseen and am thankful that I did. The rental is very spacious and the exterior improvements and renovations are a plus. I like knowing that there is 24-hour camera surveillance which adds to the comfort. And while all of the staff is awesome I have to say that Reese is very kind and compassionate. They are people dealing with people and this is exemplified in every interaction. I am thankful to call The Madeleine Home!

Not going to lie, they put up with my stuff and I haven’t even moved in yet. Tashyra Has literally done ALOT for me in this process. The office staff in general is pretty helpful. This would be my first apartment so like I wasn’t sure of the process but they’ve done good at explaining everythingIt started off rocky but it’s smoothed out. Just don’t jump to conclusionsThe biggest advice I will give is advocate for what you want.

Peaceful place to move. Did not have any issues I applied and submitted the required documents and signed paperwork. It was an easy process to get through. Love it here!

We have had so many problems with this complex under the old management/ownership. Since the new company has been over the complex I’ve seen major improvements. The reginal manager Jeanna is hands down the most wonderful person. She makes sure that things are taken care of. They have gone above and beyond to help us getting our needs taken care of. They took good care of my little family to get us into a wonderful unit. Thank you Jeanna for going above and beyond for my family.
