This is my experience with the maintenance people,Also communication with the office! I put a couple work order’s in and was told that they would get to me as soon as possible! They had a couple AC work orders ahead of me! I understood that the AC was more important! The communication on my work order was understandable! Today, Melvin came to work on my work orders. And I can say he actually fixed everything that was possible and explain to me what he had to do next! That’s the way I can say that maintenance people should communicate amazing performance to the maintenance guy “Melvin” And Office did an excellent job with replying back to me on my work orders! I just moved into the apartments in the middle of November and when I tell you the customer service from Paola and Teresa(I think that’s her name) was amazing. They were able to help my kids and I so much. They were able to answer every question I had. Super friendly and keep the apartments very clean. Thank you ladies so much!

When I first moved in there were quite a few issues with the apartment, but they jumped on the problems immediately, got everything fixed up fairly quickly, even started my rent start date a few days later so that I could save some money while they fixed everything. Good parking with wide spaces and no towing issues. Ac works pretty well even on the 95+ degree days. Not the most put together apartment that I’ve had but everything works and nothing is badly damaged. Easy to fix small wear and tear issues and make it your own home; anything bigger they’re good about getting fixed.Office staff is very friendly and tries their best to do what they can. Maintenance staff are very sweet guys who really seem to know what they’re doing! My toilet and bathtub drain was clogged and they came in and bleached the whole bathroom after they were done. I have a baby so the extra care was really appreciated. Hoping these next 6 months are great so that we can turn this place into a long term home. :)

I like my three bedroom apartment but when I first paid my $300 deposit and $1675 for rent they promised me a move in date on the day they gave me my key floors where dirty tub was ripped up cabinets missing doors off no blinds my unit was not ready at all I still had a moldy fridge it was brown everywhere..they told me that they where going to clean the fridge and not replace with a new one I said no. They didn’t fix my unit for a month, when I finally did move in there were bed bugs I had to throw all of my furniture out move my family back out of the apartment. They said they professional come in but when I moved back in there was still bed bugs they will send a maintenance man to Home Depot and come to your apartment and try to do it themselves..that’s why the bed bugs are still there..there’s a new manager every 2 months and they mix everything up and lie to residents

Great sq ft for the price. The ladies at the leasing office are super easy to work with, very patient. Maintenance is really nice even gave me tips on things like reserved parking and electronics in the unit. Really quite in my building, you can faintly hear 635 in the background.If youre from the area or have been near the area you know what to expect.There were a few baby roaches, mostly inside the tub.Update 5/24/2022:Theres was dead baby roaches all inside the bottom back of the refrigerator.Theres terrible water damage all over the floor I never noticed previously, living room to the kitchen is very slanted.The bottom of my entrance has a big gape and the interior wood is very warped by the entrance making the hole look bigger.The apartment got repainted, roofs fixed and new concrete stairs added, leveled out my balcony and repainted it. Looks much nicer

I dont understand the negative reviews, I actually live here and transferred here from another state. When I first arrived there were some underlying issues with my apartment. Christian and his team were AWESOME at handling it. He was not forceful he gave me options and even offered me a down sized unit. I chose to wait and it was promptly done. NO ONE in that office is even mean. Everyone is very , very helpful. Now lets get into this BEAUTIFUL apartment. EVERYTHING is updated. (Once im done decorating I will attach photos). I have two full bathrooms , a whole laundry room inside my apartment , full kitchen with newer looking appliances , a dining room and huge living room. Every bedroom has a walk in closet also. The balcony is a nice size too. So dont go by these negative reviews. At night its quiet you may hear a dog bark but the neighbors are also respectful.

Been with these apartments for 2 years now. Not the best area but the great apartments and great place to live. The staff and manager Amber is always there to help. When I renewed my lease it was lower than what I was told and she had everything ready for when I came in to sign again. She always helps and makes sure maintenance jobs are done! Her and Maria are the perfect team!!Always recommend these apartments!

This are great apartments, friendly, wonderful and helpful staff, there office is open on Saturdays for working people who cant make it during the week, They are very diligent and dedicated to adhering to your problems, Amber and Maria are awesome in the front office. They take their time to personally get to know each tenant. The pool comes in handy during the summer for the kids. The office is always having motivational and fun functions to bring the community together. Also there are activities int he front office to help occupy the kids while at home. There is a very low crime rate because your neighbors look out for you. The parking is convenient unlike most apartments. I have just renewed my lease at these apartments and I look forward to another year of comfortable living at The Estara.

Amazing neighborhood wonderful leasing agents that tend to you right away. Property manager is such a wonderful person and take care of his tenants. Quiet place to stay and they move you in pretty fast. Enjoying my stay here and will renew my lease

I moved to The Estara in November of 2017. It has been a great experience thus far. No bug problems. Newly rennovated and I couldnt ask for a better place to live. Its peaceful here to me. The staff goes above and beyond to assist!Im back giving a shout out to Amber, the assistant manager here at the Estara. To the owner, keep this jewel as long as you can. She has heart and passion for what she does and her work ethics are impeccable. Im always greeted with a smile and she produces that friendly environment that makes you feel welcomed! Thanks for all you do! You are appreciated.

The asst manager amber and the other woman in the office has been very caring and on point with everything that they have to offer here. The property is well taken care of as well. If your trying to find a new comfortable apartment complex to raise a family, look no further than The Estara.

I moved in a month ago and I highly recommend these apartments. The staff went over and above to get me in my apartment asap. They had my apartment redone with new faux wood flooring new carpet in the bedroom etc... everyone from management to maintenance has been super nice. I will be honest we all can see the neighborhood and be apprehensive but I can say the further down the street you go the better it gets. Police are always in this area which helps immensely. I have had no issues people have been nice so far. Yes the neighborhood leaves something to be desired as I would NEVER let my kids play outside unless I was sitting out there with them. Just use common sense and pay attention to your surroundings coming and going as with anywhere in Dallas and you should be fine. Again I love my apartment not much to look at on the outside but the inside is a wonderful suprise spacious updated my friends and family have been impressed. Best of all rent and bills are cheap. Highly recommend.

Since my last review management and office staff have really stepped up their game. I see alot of people have issues with rats, we have not and have been here a year. They have put bait stations out so they are working to resolve the issue. With our first management company we had issues with roaches, but with this company now, after we did pest control, I have not seen one Roach. They did everything they could to make us happy and we will be renewing our lease. Thank you!

The Eastara was great when I first moved in. Then they got a new people in office and they are horrible!!! They will tell you have late fee for electric but never get a bill she turns off your power in the middle of the day in the middle of January when it’s 32 degrees outside threaten to change your locks as soon as possible!! Stay away they are scammers tow cars for no reason!!!’ STAY AWAY!!! Shooting and crime all over the area!!!! Update I talked to the owner and he has fixed the problem I have since moved back into the apartments and I’m a happy resident! Thanks again for reaching out to me...

I moved in on 2016 at that time the management was efficient and easy to deal with. The management did change a couple of times, and unfortunately the experience was less than pleasant. As of a few months ago the original manager is back and it seems as though the issues are being addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend this property to friends.

I previously left a bad review about estara but after a year lease I’m pretty happy with how management has really tried to turn the property around, units are spacious, never had a pest issue, I would like to see some gutters on the buildings so we’re not walking through a waterfall but that’s just nitpicking. All I all I’m happy with estara and I would definitely recommend
